The Chinese And Japanese Versions Of Won Bin

Chen Kun and Takuya Kimura

I've always found it fascinating how similar Chen Kun (China) and Takuya Kimura (Japan) are to Won Bin, both in appearance and in status. All three are the same height (5'10/1.76 cm) and around the same age, late twenties-early thirties.

They all have the same level of fame in their respective countries. I'd say all three are household names. They also have about the same level of talent in acting, showing that they are more than just pretty faces. All of them have chosen pretty interesting roles to play and built their fame on that.

Do you think they look similar? Most of the time whenever CK or TK's pics get posted, people comment on the similarities to Won Bin.

EDIT: Please quit saying Wonbin is the original. He's not. He's like the youngest out of the three and he has less than half of their experience in the entertainment industry. The only reason I said versions is because this is a Korean forum, not a Japanese or Chinese one.

er......the argument about Takuya Kimura resembling Binnie, I've heard before and frankly I don't see much in it. with him there's the slightest of similarities, but that largely depends on the photo in question.

and for this Chen Kun guy. no. I see no resemblance at all. not one bit. the structure of his face and his eyes are the greatest differences.

i can see where u're coming at... but i wouldn't say they are similar at all... maybe won bin and takuya are more similar than chen kun is to any of them, but i'll say that they're the SAME TYPE of guys.

I'm a huge fan of Takuya Kimura. I think that when TK was younger, he did look a bit like WB, but if you see him now.. you'll see no resemblances at all.
