CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa revealed that at one point after his debut, things got so difficult for him that he considered quitting. On January 19, Jung Yong Hwa held a private showcase for his first solo album, "One Fine Day." Jung Yong Hwa, who debuted as the leader of CNBLUE, revealed an upgraded version of himself as a singer-songwriter through this album. He composed, lyricized, and arranged the music for all of the 10 tracks in his album. Jung Yong Hwa said, "I've been preparing for a solo album for over a year, but I decided on it two years ago. At first, I thought about a metal or rock genre. However, as time passed, my thoughts changed." Speaking about the title song, 'One Fine Day," he said, "Since 'Can't Stop' last year, I started to like more mellow music. Once I started spending more time on my own, I began to like calm ballad music more." In particular, he talked about a song on his new album, "Last Leaf." He said, "Not many people know, but since I began working, there were a lot of ups and downs. There were a lot of times when I just wanted to quit everything." He then continued, "At the time, I hated when someone even me 'Are you okay?' or if people even spoke to me. I made 'Last Leaf' during those times. It's a very meaningful song to me." Jung Yong Hwa's first solo album "One Fine Day" will be revealed at noon on January 20.
