As far as I know wy had fiming his music video in January, 2015.

I know actual date of r.o.s.e was around 5th~6th jan. I know because one of female actress posted about that her instagram. I don't know when exactly he filmed happy birthday music video. But I guess It was around same month.

So I don't think he already made the story of music video in seyoung's birthday. I think It was inspired from that. I can only imagine about it.
