Shockwaves are rippling through the Netflix series Gyeongseong Creature as news broke of a staff member’s untimely death, with the cause of death still hanging in the air. The key question at hand seems to be the potential link between the job and their death.

According to industry insiders on September 20th, a props team member of season 2, referred to as A, has recently passed away. While the crucial question looms about why A died and whether Gyeongseong Creature had any part to play in the tragedy, no details have emerged yet. The family has requested an autopsy and eagerly awaits the results.

Netflix is fully aware of the situation but remains cautiously tight-lipped. A spokesperson from Netflix conveyed, “It’s a heart-wrenching situation, and we offer our deepest condolences to the deceased’s family.” They also added, “We are in close contact with the production company to understand and manage the situation.”

The upcoming autopsy results and their potential relevance to A’s duties on Gyeongseong Creature are expected to significantly impact the series’ future.

*** I hope Ji Sung and Park Seo Joon will collaborate together again in a drama. I miss their chemistry on the small screen. Their collaboration in "Kill Me, Heal Me" was unforgettable. The funniest moments in the drama have to be those between them.  They created the most hilarious interactions.  I burst into laughter one too many times watching this drama.   :emmm:   I also dream him to work together again with his Wooga Squad bro Park Hyung Sik. I miss "Hwarang" days. I want them together on set once again.

From Swings to BTS Jungkook “Let’s save stars’ privacy”

The entertainment industry is grappling with stalking crimes as celebrities continue to voice their concerns about the issue

On Sep 20th, rapper Swings said through his SNS account, “Lately, there have been many people who follow me wherever I go. Just now, the police took one of them with them.”

Actor Park Seo Joon also admitted to being a victim of sasaeng fans. During an interview for the movie “Concrete Utopia” last month, he revealed, “There was always the same car following me from near my house. Sometimes, they would arrive before me, knowing where I was going.”

Park Seo Joon confessed, “It was eerie and frightening. There were times when the car changed but the same person continued to follow me.” He also regretted publicly sharing pictures of his family after experiencing such incidents.

The spin-off of “Jinny’s Kitchen” has dropped a hilarious first teaser ahead of its release!

“Jinny’s Kitchen” is a spin-off series of the popular reality show “Youn’s Kitchen” featuring a new restaurant run by Lee Seo Jin who was promoted from the director of Youn’s Kitchen to the boss of the new restaurant. The upcoming spin-off of “Jinny’s Kitchen,” “Visiting God of Communication: Jinny’s Kitchen” (literal title), stars the same cast members including Park Seo Joon, Jung Yu Mi, Choi Woo Shik, and BTS’s V as restaurant employees, but this time they will strengthen teamwork and communication through recreational activities.

The teaser clip kicks off with a mysterious person reporting, “It seems like the boss isn’t really interested in [his employees].” The mysterious call gives rise to an unprecedented situation of lacking communication among the executives and employees at Jinny’s Kitchen. Accordingly, all the executives and employees are urgently convened to hold the first company retreat at Jinny’s Kitchen to strengthen their teamwork and communication.

With CEO Lee Seo Jin, director Jung Yu Mi, and executive manager Park Seo Joon as well as interns Choi Woo Shik and V gathered in one place for the first time in a long while, Lee Seo Jin expresses his discomfort and sets out to track down the informant, saying, “Communication is going very well, so who reported that it isn’t?” In response to Lee Seo Jin’s question, Jung Yu Mi and Park Seo Joon turn their heads away to avoid making eye contact while Choi Woo Shik tries to get out of the situation by commenting, “Who is it?”

*** Recently, it was revealed through the X (formerly Twitter) account of Marvel India that Captain Marvel, played by Hollywood actor Brie Larson, is over 60 years old in the movie. It did not specify her age, but only marked it as ’60+’. This character will be Park Seo-joon’s lover in upcoming Marvel movie. Captain Marvel, like any other creature, undergoes aging, but she ages much slower than humans because of her Kree blood. This is why Captain Marvel doesn’t look that age, even though she’s over 60. The movie ‘The Marvels’, scheduled to be released on November 10, is also drawing attention as it's Park Seo-joon’s first Hollywood entry.     :heart2:

*** I love "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim". The story is good and make it difficult to forget. For me, the only flaw of this drama was the plot twist. This romantic comedy was one of the most highly praised K-Dramas but was that childhood Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) plot twist really necessary? For me, it's unnecessary.   :kisslevel:

@yaya1241  thanks for sharing this. It says November 10, BUT, this confirms Nov. 8 opening in Korea according to Walt Disney Korea. I'm excited for this upcoming movie because it is Park Seo Joon's first-ever Hollywood film. In a preview trailer released via Walt Disney Korea YouTube, he is seen wearing a suit of armor and leading troops. In an official poster released recently, (below) he is also seen holding a sword, standing right next to Captain Marvel.  :Twerkdatbutt:

'The Marvels,' with Park Seo-joon, to hit Korean theaters on Nov. 8

By Lee Gyu-lee

Marvel Studios’ latest movie “The Marvels” is finally set to hit local theaters next month.

Walt Disney Company Korea confirmed that the much-anticipated superhero film will be released locally on Nov. 8, unveiling the main poster and the final trailer.

Serving as a sequel to the 2019 film “Captain Marvel,” the upcoming film brings togther three iconic female characters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) ? Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau.

The 2019 action sci-fi film, co-directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, followed former Air Force pilot Carol Danvers (Brie Larson), who becomes one of the most powerful heroes in the universe. Caught in a war between two alien races, she uses her superpowers as Captain Marvel to uncover the truth behind her power and find her true allies.

In the sequel, helmed by Nia DaCosta of 2021's "Candyman" fame, Captain Marvel grapples with the repercussions of her actions. The film will pick up after Captain Marvel defeats her former comrades and takes revenge to reclaim her identity. One day, she is summoned to the home of Kamala Khan, who is also known as teen superhero Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani), and realizes there are unintended consequences to the revenge she has taken ― a destabilized universe.

Every time Captain Marvel uses her powers, she finds herself switching places with Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris). As their powers become intertwined, the trio forge a unique relationship and form a team to restore balance to the universe.

The film created a huge buzz in Korea during its production when the studio confirmed that actor Park Seo-joon was in the cast. Known for his roles in hit Korean series like "Itaewon Class," Park will make his Hollywood debut in "The Marvels" as he is set to play Prince Yan, Carol Danvers' husband and ally, further amplifying anticipation for the film.

Park became the third major Korean star to join the MCU, after Claudia Kim appeared in 2015's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and Don Lee played Gilgamesh in "Eternals" in 2021.
