Guest istymcm Posted November 17, 2012 Share Posted November 17, 2012 Being a well known bank worldwide..how could Citibank Philippines recruit third party marketing to do their sales and provide them access to our personal information. Now these sales agents do harassing calls TO SELL SUPPLEMENTARY CARDS, LOANS etc.. and even use their own cellphone for us to pick up the phone( knowing it's not them ) and say harsh words if you don't entertain them. When you call their citiphone hotline, they couldn't find the record of who called(obviously since this person used her own cellphone and it was not tagged in their database. Now the thing is..HOW SAFE ARE WE WITH THE INFORMATION WE HAVE FROM THIS COMPANY? DO THEY HAVE A THING CALLED CONFIDENTIALITY? I'm sure I'm not the only one who had bad experience with CITIBANK...this one is just so ALARMING. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
