I love eating duck tongue whenever I go out for dim sum.  ;;)
A lot of people I know get grossed out at the thought of eating it, but it's just really yummy to me.

Back at home we ate sheep stomach all of the time. Cooking it takes long, it stinks but when done and eaten you'd want more.

I've eaten snake meat before, also dog (that was a long time ago, in China), brains (I think from a cow), pork intestines, livers...
I actually like trying out new things, but I don't eat them on a regular basis. I eat them perhaps once a month.

I've eaten intestines (sheep and beef mostly), pigs feet, fried pig fat, tripe, ox tail, gizzards, lung, heart, liver, tendons, ect.
Frog, squirrel, rabbit, raccoon, alligator, deer, snake, shark, whale, sea urchin, roe, white roe, snail, blood sausage, blood cake, squid, octopus, emu, scorpion, meal worm, grass hopper, a variety of raw sea food,  and a variety of things I'm not entirely certain what they were...
Peanut butter and tuna sandwich...
I'll try most anything once.

Dinuguan and atay (liver). Liver is really good, IMO, both taste-wise, and it's good for you in general. I don't eat dinuguan often, but I will eat it if it's there.

I eat intestines, cow brain, balut (Fertilized Duck Egg which is my favorite), liver, edible worms, and snail.
I can eat Dinuguan (Pork Blood Stew) as well but I don't really like the taste so I seldom eat this.
