SBS cancels ‘Dalgona’

SBS has canceled ‘Dalgona‘ after airing it for just four months.

A representative spoke with OSEN and revealed, “‘Dalgona’ will be discontinued. However, it will broadcast for one more month.” He continued, “The program was canceled so early, so I don’t know if it will end smoothly. It’s really pitiful.”

‘Dalgona’ was a program that visited the hometowns of popular stars, bringing their family members and old acquaintances on screen to tell amusing stories of the star’s past.

‘The Musical‘, featuring Goo Hye Sun and Choi Daniel, appears to be the most likely follow-up candidate for ‘Dalgona’. The 16-episode drama will revolve around the lives of musical actors.

Although some news say it's not confirmed yet, this news say The MU has been confirmed to replace dalgona and will start airing in September Friday 10pm. how confusing. but i really hope the MU will see the light of day in september. the current slot seems better than the previous Friday 11pm slot to replace Miraculous Audition.

According to the tweet of Jiro & some other actors, AD is filming in South Taiwan these few days. Seems there was a  fighting scene and Jiro got some bruises on his arm. Hope he is fine and everything went smoothly

I really hope The Musical would be confirmed to air in Sept, can't wait to watch it!

(Isn't it kind of strange?? GHS has so many other children..I wonder why she has not posted pic of them these days. She could have said she misses all her children as well as Potato. Hmmmm,,,,ke,,,,I wonder if Potato has a special meaning to her??? kekeke---my imagination...don't mind me....)

Webby, I agree with you. Many news reports are conflicting about THEMU. SBS affiliate seems to say nothing affirmative. But it does seem like SBS will be the station that will air it. Poor THEMU--it went through possibilities with KBS, MBC and now SBS. But I hope it airs soon. Many reports say that THEMU was filmed to be 20 episodes but now it is trying to make it into 16 episdoes. That means many cast members may have to be cut...THEMU seemed to have hired many people to be in its cast. Also, I worry whether editing the drama to be a 16 episodes may reduce the quality of the drama.

The scene was filmed at a sugar factory in South of Taiwan. It was a fighting scene, probably between Jiro & Shiou. I guess Shiou is playing the role of the second robot, which was created to replace Night.

I think AD filming is almost finished since they are doing poster shoot today!

How’s everyone? Today Absolute Darling‘s Night & Xiao Fei started poster photoshoot since 8am in the morning! Jiro was very dedicated and got minor injury during the shoot, nonetheless, he is still very handsome! Xiao Fei is also pleasant & pretty, made Jiro feels a bit shy!

Wow, Thanks meow13 for GHS's new tweet.

She says: In the mornings, I always wake up with odd/mismatched pair of eyes. Therefore, please do not eat anything spicy before going to sleep.

Swollen eyes from eating spicy food the night before can result in an unbalanced look---I know from beomg addicted to spicy food myself. But, GHS still looks good--her skin looks very white even after being in Taiwan,,,I saw tjat she always covered herself up with long sleeves---I hope she did not have to do that all the time for the filming of AD.

I created a youtube account to upload it to coz I have no idea how to upload it here.   Sorry it took a while. Only had time compiling the pics and clips today. Mostly all the pics are from my cam. I added a few GHS pics at the end that I got from here. Don't know how to credit the owners but I think there's watermarks on them anyways.

I chose a song from Goo Hye Sun's album Breathe - (Sound of Rain at Night) (구혜선 - 소품집 : 숨) - 밤비소리 This is my favorite song from her album plus I felt that it was the most suitable as well since it was a rainy day when I went to visit. The song is very soothing, warm. uplifting, feel good and that's exactly how I felt as well when we were there.  :)

GHS likes stripes and plaids but somehow it is hard to really know whether that is GHS next to Jiro who seems to have gotten hurt while filming for the poster shot.
