Real life situations are completely different to tournaments or training fights. Theres no ref to stop the other guy from killing you and shots to the neck and head are allowed.

I bet those guys that get into brutal fights in prison are pretty tough, they have lots of real life experience in street fights and using home made weapons to really cause damage

since they have to deal with stuff like that everyday in prison theyre use to it

not worrying about someone with a gun shooting like in counterstrike is like not ducking when a baby has an automatic weapon- anyone would take cover, no matter how bad the accuracy is.
