In terms of gaining the girls exposure, it'd be easy and limiting to only show one aspect of the girls. As much as I love them on music stages, I think I love them more for their variety shows where they're goofing around and NOT posing gorgeously. So I think a single ad or promotion type can't come close to why these 9 are so special. Really, people need to see both sides of the girls to appreciate them. I think the epic Goobne commercial with them playing around in the practice room in sweats AND the Dior / Jestina commercials, where you can see their beauty, preferrably aired back-to-back would get people to notice them and WANT MORE.

I agree. With J.estina you would be able to showcase both sides of SNSD: Classy and elegant and Dorky and lovable. 

For a lot of people, including me, a big part of their love for SNSD is because of their personalities and the soshi bond. It's going to be really hard to showcase this to the US though because the members aren't as fluent and comfortable in English and the US doesn't really do variety shows.

I go on that forum sometimes, and that place is pretty much a cesspool. Gore/porn bombings, a thread with softcore selfcams with over 100+ pages, spamming, and on going fanwar.

I agree, that place needs more mods with better judgement.

Lol yes. Spamming of your favorite people is okay every once in a while but it can sometimes lag for people I'm sure. I'm sure there are people who don't have high speed internet.  Yep, I'm here and it's been very nice.

I'd just wanna voice my opinion.

The whole 6theory shutting down thing was because Johnny Noh, the big boss, said that the users were be disrespectful and really grew out of control.  The board being temporaly down is a way of scolding us.  If anything they're being giant idiots in my opinion.  First off, yes there's a crap load of trolls and hate, but that's what mods are for right?  What's that?  There aren't enough mods you say?  Simply hire more mods then.  We seriously have troll threads open for like 24 hours before closing down with two mods per board?  It's absolute crap that the the problem is seen as "disrespectful users" when the mods aren't doing an efficient job.  Some said even if they do ip bans, users can come back under another proxy.  So what, most users are like 12 year olds, they don't know how to work that stuff.

Even if they do, just ban them again instead of being lazy -____- And now the entire board is down.  It's like a lifeguard closing a pool because of some kids running around, even though he didn't enforce his own rules.

You can't expect everything to work perfectly unless you put some effort towards it.

They could just simply be more strict and not let people get away with crap. I eventually got fed up and left but I'm not a mod or an owner of the site heh. So it's easy for me to leave even though there's people I miss on there some. I don't know how many users are 12 or what. But a lot of the crap I know I personally experienced on there were from so-called "adult" fans. People who should know better. And one mod said that they can't just ban people because they'd just get another name. Look at that Oso person from that other place. He has like three/four names on there and has been banned at least two/three times but just keeps coming back.

As for commercials cosmetics and food seems to be popular with female celebs here in the US. I think they could do like KFC lol. They'd have to have a brand though with here in the US. Maybe Intel or something. 

Oh and for the Superbowl question I think it'd be a great experience. They're entertaining and I'm sure they'd be used to it after SMTown and stuff.

The problem with 6theory was that they didn't have enough mods running around. One major problem was also that all if not all then majority of the mods were in the same time zone frame which was a downfall on their behalf. What they should do is hire more mods in different time zones. If they hire mods in different time zones those mods in the different time zones can cover up for mods who are in the same time zones. That's one thing that 6theory Johnny did not think of. Not very bright I must say.

What makes them think that by closing 6theory for temp. will stop trolls/users/haters to behave? After opening up the forum *if they ever do* people will still remain the same. The moderators on 6theory needs to start doing their jobs instead of just lazing their butts around.

^agreed, there is like only 4 mods active and 3 of them are from the states. they really need mods at different time zones to monitor the forum. I don't really care what happens to the other parts of 6theory, I just want the artist thread back. sones built a community there and our thread was pretty much troll free and very active. but i admit 6theory is a bit easier to navigate and its much easier to get news from the other groups there.
