Hi Cris somehow i knew you were for Go Soo what with your banner/signature? ( i dunno what u call these things KO SOO and SONYEJIN.....i also like Go Soo and Ye Jin....though i haven't seen the movie yet, but in their interviews they really look good together........still there's something in me that won't let go of BYJ and SYJ pairing hehehehehehhe...........

btw what website gives an update on Ye-jins' activities and what's the location of the pictures you posted?

I love the pics in the SYJ unofficial FB...i did not even realize that Yejin has been to the Philippines......thanks mmym25 for uploading those pics...she's indeed very beautiful off cam...sometimes even more so, wouldn't you say?

yep ..definitely...that would make her the perfect leading lady....

i wish she'd have another project this year, movie or drama........i'd like to see her in horror/suspense stories or maybe as a rich, arrogant spoiled "beatch" hehehehe i'm sure she can pull this off...or any character for that matter...........i'm always looking forward to see what else Yejin can do in terms of acting......

Sohn Ye-jin recently traveled to the Netherlands for  a photo shoot/working vacation, and the following images, which were  uploaded to her official website on the 9th, were taken during her trip.  They are mostly casual shots taken as she toured around, although one  was taken while Sohn was working on her shoot (it’s the one where she’s  made up and holding the camera).

We’ll be able to see the results of the official shoot soon enough;  they were taken for the September issue of fashion magazine Singles. The  vibe of the set was reportedly relaxed and casual, as everyone on the  staff has been working with Sohn for the past ten years. Apparently  there were so many fun photos to choose from — Sohn culled the  selections herself — that it took her several days to decide which ones  to release. Not to be greedy, but I don’t think anyone would mind seeing  more, yeah?

Sohn Ye-jin has been resting up since her last drama, romantic comedy  series Personal Taste, wrapped in the spring. She’s currently  looking for a new project, and since her last was a television show, her  management hinted the next would likely be a movie.

Omg, it took me forever to find this Soompi thread. I couldn't find it on google no matter how much I searched for it. Luckily, I found it today.

APN(Asia-Pacific Producers Network)은 한국을 비롯해 호주, 일본, 중국, 대만, 싱가포르 등 아시아·태평양 10개국에서 활동하는 영화 프로듀서 100여 명이 모인 단체다.

APN은 제천국제음악영화제 기간인 12일부터 14일까지 제5회 총회를 연다. 이 자리에서 APN어워드를 열고 이병헌, 손예진, 봉준호 감독에게 아시아영화인상을 수여한다.

이 번 선정에 대해 APN 측은 “이병헌은 지난해 드라마 ‘아이리스’와 할리우드 영화 ‘지아이조’까지 활발한 활약으로 아시아를 빛냈고 손예진도 영화 ‘백야행’과 드라마 ‘개인의 취향’을 통해 한국의 대표 여배우로 성장하고 있다”고 밝혔다.

APN어워드는 매년 총회 개최국의 배우 한 명을 선정해 아시아영화인상을 수여해왔다. 올해부터는 수상자를 확대해 남녀 배우와 감독까지 총 3개 부문에 걸쳐 시상한다.

이병헌과 손예진, 봉준호 감독은 13일 제천국제영화제에서 열리는 APN어워드에 참석해 상을 받는다.

In the 6th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival, which will soon take place from August 12 to August 14, APN will give Asia-Pacific Screen Awards to Lee Byune-hun, Son Yejin and Bong Joon-ho.

With regard to the awards this time, APN says, "Lee Byung-hun shows the brilliance of Asia through TV series 'Iris' and Hollywood blockbuster 'G.I..Joe'; Son Yejin has grown to be the representative actress of Korea through the film 'White Night' and TV series 'Personal Taste'; the films directed Bong Joon-ho, 'The Host' and 'Mother,' establish box office success while receiving critical claims internationally.

Normally, APN Awards will select one awardee every year in the country where the APN awards is held. Starting from this year, the awards will expand into three separate categories: Actor, Actress and Director.

Lee Byung-hun, Son Yejin, and director Bong Joon-ho will attend the Jecheon International Music & Film festival on August 13 and receive the APN Screen Awards.
