l1nn3, ur post caught my eyes! hah!!! it sounds like seunggi meant WGM & another variety show called We Are Dating (?)... i think khuntoria may have a high possibility of being a real couple & uri yongseo... hah! those two are busted! the more i repetitively watch the MOTHER OF ALL EPISODES (as per winbros oppa xD), the more boyfriend-girlfriend-feel i get from them. aigooooooooooooooo, i know i always highlight this about them... but i just can't help myself! yongseo are just too out of this world!

This article may not exactly about our couple but I think it's an interesting article.

Recently when we watch "We Got Married" the thing that we feel is not only the decreasing number of couples. Actually it is not wrong at all if we say that "We Got Married" entered a phase of stagnation when they decreased the number of couple from three to two. There are quite a number of reasons, but the biggest reason is that after Adam Couple left the show, there's no more comical element in the show.
Even if Seo Hyun changed which then changed YongSeo Couple, it is true that we feel a lot of emptiness in WGM with Khuntoria who always only display romantic scenes and YongSeo Couple who only changes a little bit. If we take a look at the history of WGM, there has always been a "comical couple".

In season 1 there were Crown J - Seo In Young ("Ant and Witch" ), and in season 1.5 there were Jeong Hyun Don - Tae Yeon who were roughly considered to take the part ("Pudding and Jelly" ), and then in season 2 there were Jo Kwon and Ga In (Adam Couple). Without these comical couples, WGM will more or less only be some kind of lovelines between idols.

However there's another thing. It's the existence of the popular "WGM panel". In season 1 all the casts were also the panels, along with Lee Hyuk Jae, Lee Hwi Jae and Kim Won Hee who did a great job. On the other hand we can see WGM's darkest days on season 1.5 when there was no panel at all.

We saw WGM started to gain popularity and the panel was effective again in season 2, and the biggest contribution was given by 2AM's Seul Ong and Jin Woon. If it was not because of the two of them, the panel would not be so stable. So, considering the main subjects and relations, I am going to explain why these two were the best, and I will also talk a bit about the panel system.

- There's nobody who knows the members well

The thing that made 2AM outstanding was their personal connections. When Seul Ong and Jin Woon were part of the panel, at least one of them was closely related to someone in each couple, be it Ga In - Jo Kwon, Jung Yong Hwa - Seo Hyun, or Nickhun - Victoria.

(I tried creating a connection between them)

Seul Ong gave detailed information and additional explanation about Jo Kwon and Nickhun. Moreover, because Seul Ong is a close friend of Ga In, so he can also provide some behind story about Ga In, naturally being nosy and interfered the relationship between the couple.

Jin Woon is also like that. Of course he knows Jo Kwon and Nickhun very well, but just like Seul Ong, he was another one in the panel who had a close connection to the cast. Actually Jung Yong Hwa, as he is a newbie, and Seo Hyun, as she is from SM, might not have anybody in the panel who could relate to them if not for Jin Woon, who was closely related to Seo Hyun.

Moreover, Jin Woon was the one in the panel who had some kind of connection with Seo Hyun, he had Seo Hyun's name as his password for his notebook and he once declared he was fond of Seo Hyun. That's why Jin Woon could provide some information about Seo Hyun, could naturally be the bridge between Jung Yong Hwa and Seo Hyun even though he acted jealous inside.

Nowadays there's no one like that in WGM panel. When 2PM's Junho appeared, although he did provide some information about Nickhun, he could not comment about the other couple and only acted as an observer to Jung Yong Hwa and Seo Hyun. CN Blue's members as panel were also the same.

However there was someone who knows those two couples, Luna. Although she once appeared as a member of the panel and although she had quick reaction and interfered, there's still something lacking.

- Quick reaction and good interference, but not enough information

The panel is indispensable in WGM. Actually WGM panel do not have a huge amount of air time in the show. We can safely say that they may have close to 5 minutes altogether. So when the camera is turned toward them, facial expressions, reactions and comments are very important.

Now, after Seul Ong and Jin Woon left, there's no one in the panel who has such quick reaction. There's no one who can watch the show and who can provide funny reactions such as nodding in sympathy or exclaiming in surprise.

Sometimes Park Mi Sun and Kim Jung Min give some comments and the other members nodded to show either their happiness or envy. Of course it is good to be so attentive and well-mannered, but WGM panel is not only asked to sit tight and watch the show. They have to provide some information, show some reaction when they are having fun and deliver great stories.

Seul Ong and Jin Woon were excellent in this matter. Their reaction was huge. When Jung Yong Hwa and Seo Hyun first appeared, Jin Woon showed his jealousy well, Seul Ong teased him about it and they gave off pleasant feelings to the viewers.

When Victoria and Nickhun appeared, when Victoria showed some of her good sides, Seul Ong shouted, "Victoria~~~~". He expressed himself as an envious man so naturally.

It is a problem if there is no one who has such quick reaction and sense of entertainment in the panel. We can see the importance of Seul Ong's character during YongSeo Couple's wedding filming, how the atmosphere was different between when CN Blue appeared as best men and when Seul Ong - Na Young came to participate.

Moreover, since they sometimes participated in the episode, the fact that they prevented WGM to be docu-roman (all about romance) is important. Actually the most exciting episodes are the episodes when Seul Ong and Jin Woon interfered during the early stages and treated Ga In badly... The episode when the Adam Couple moved to a new house for a second time and had no place to live, they treated Ga In badly but eventually everything turned out to be a fairy tale for Ga In...

There was also a scene when 2PM treated Victoria badly... SNSD also appeared and treated Jung Yong Hwa badly. when these scenes were aired, the panel who looked embarrassed by their own behavior was also a part of WGM panel's charm.

Nowadays, as much as they are looking for the third couple for "We Got Married", perhaps they are also trying hard to look for a stable panel. That's why we can see the members are constantly changing. Lizzy appeared once, Secret's Sun Hwa also appeared once, Junho and Luna are not fixed members and only appeared several times. This week Nana joined the panel.

Nowadays, just like how "We Got Married" lost it's comical element, members in the panel who have no comical sense and only listen quietly will only damage WGM. It will be great if they can look for someone who knows the two couples well and who can give good reaction.

Personally I would like to recommend Super Junior's Eun Hyuk because he is nicknamed "entertainment-dol", he is good with reaction, and he also knows Victoria and Seo Hyun. In last week's episode, Nickhun - Victoria could simply end their segment romantically, but Eun Hyuk got nosy and we got to see a different side of Victoria and Nickhun's stunned confusion.

Anyway, it will be good for WGM if they quickly find a stable member in the panel. Of course we are well aware of the huge empty space left by Jo Kwon - Ga In, the Adam Couple, but Seul Ong and Jin Woon who left along with them left a quite an empty space as well.

Come to think of it, it looks like 2AM is the ones who can revive WGM. Can't 2AM be brought back as the panel in WGM?

i hope yong didn't lose the scarf....there was an article in Taiwan magz TRENDY mentioning that CNBlue members often lose their stuff...but that's no excuse..

or maybe like many of you here guessed, yonghwa didn't really lose something. he just lied to hyun...maybe yong wants to go shopping and buy gifts for hyun but afraid she might feel bad about it. so if yong pretends to lose something(could be the scarf, or something hyun gave), hyun would feel that she deserve to get some gifts to make up for the lost item. so she would be able to shop freely without feeling guilty and able to choose the stuff that she really wants.because i remember when yong took hyun to buy guitar, hyun really didn't choose. she let yong do the choosing.

if yong plans this far ahead, he is really considerate.

I totally agree with you...My 1st thought after watching the preview was that Yong was just acting he lost s'thing precious from Hyun, but actually wanted to buy s'thing for her in return..may be we can see the shopping scene next week....!!! If this is right...I really love his style of surprising someone!!!

Yay another review from me! No caps though. I couldn't find one on dc married...

This episode is precious. That day must be an unforgettable day for both of them, something they need for the upcoming days that week. In student's dictionary, it was a hell week for them. What they shared during that day was purely adoration, bliss and trust. I can even tell how they purposely left their idol status in their dorms before meeting each other.

Allow me to spazz about Jonghyun in this episode first, I realized how human he really is. I mean, come on, he freaking asked Seulong if the box he was holding was pizza (baby, what do you think, a pizza box with hamburgers in it?). Even Yonghwa had to look at him with so much amusement! Damn all that popularity, he'll just share his music and eat his food.

So anyway, I noticed while they were eating how Seohyun halfheartedly laughed whenever Seulong and NaYoung said something. I mean, don't get me wrong, okay? She was like doing all those laughing because she had to, because she was respectful just like that. This is in contrast when she was left alone with Yonghwa (well, every time she's with him), she can laugh heartily at everything he says. And I love how they shared food too, she even mindlessly get the food when Yonghwa looked at it!

One thing about them is you can totally distinguish how couple-y they are whenever they're out. The close but not so close distance whenever they are sitting, the subtle glance they shared and all the other obvious things.

One of my favorites is when the photographer gave them a five minute break. Try watching it again and you'll see what I mean. That scene when they were sitting and just spending that five minutes together was pure of sincerity. And I like how Seohyun started this habit of quickly looking at Yonghwa whenever she laughs too.

The forehead kiss scene was perfect. The background music made the scene more sincere, lovelier and true. I wonder if Yonghwa's heart skipped when Seohyun gave him permission to kiss her. And why Jung Yonghwa, why do you always prioritize her opinion? Why do you always give her a choice in everything you do? Seohyun, on the other hand, officially changed. You just couldn't find the old Seo Joohyun anymore. She freaking agreed to be kissed by a guy and kissed a guy! And I appreciate how they put their hearts on their sleeves during their backroom interview for that scene. You can tell how it was perfectly fine for Seohyun when Yonghwa kissed her. And you would feel how Yonghwa was beyond sincere while doing the kiss.

I don't really know anymore...Seohyun was so vulnerable during and after the photoshoot that it would be one of the major reasons why I would cry if they 'E'. It will hurt me so bad because she became so vulnerable and transparent at many moments during their filming. The way her eyes sparkles differently, the way her smiles looked so happy and how her laughs sounded like a melodious music, I suddenly felt like she's madly in love with the guy. Like how some girls put their guys as their world....in that day only, I know better. But it made me sentimental how Yonghwa was able to give such happiness in a girl like her.

Nobody would ever beat that last minutes of the episode. It was probably because of the unbelievable coldness that night that made them decide to let their heart governed their being. It was perfectly imperfect, you know. They were just like these two close friends bickering about the most nonsense stuff in the world. Then there came Yonghwa's back hug. The timing was impeccable. It probably took a few cold wind for him to do that. And I appreciate how Seohyun just gave him a smile after that. They were senselessly flirting throughout despite the fact that Seohyun was starting to lose her nerves because he wouldn't stop playing around.

That's why I call that scenes 'perfectly imperfect.' Yonghwa can be the sweetest, most respectful, loveliest and all other positive adjectives you can think of...but he's not perfect. He will never be. That's the thing though. He showed Seohyun how imperfect he is and can be, he sometimes doesn't know when to stop joking around and he just wouldn't get all those eyes signals from her all the time. But despite all these, she still continue to do her main agenda, to give him her gift. This goes to show how she knows and understands that he is still a normal guy with imperfections. I seriously love the part when she was putting on the scarf on him, when she playfully tugged the end...please look at her face, pure happiness. It's rare to see how she shows her eyesmile on camera.

Anyway, that's the thing with Yongseo. No matter how perfect, serious, boring and all other stuffs that people around them say about them, it suddenly didn't matter whenever they are together. We all know how SNSD talks about how uptight (and all other things) Seohyun can be to the point that it sounded how boring she is. But she was just herself with Yonghwa, she showed him how right her sisters were about her...but he never made it look like it, right? It seems like Yonghwa made up with all her imperfections. This applies to both of them. People around them would feel how perfect they are for each other. However, they may be because they just simply made up to the shortcomings the other have.

This is annoying, I'm literally writing an essay (all the time).

And please, I love the fact that Yonghwa was almost hugging her at the end and how she was so cool about it. She was even pushing herself in his arms.../dead.

first of all thanks to all the subbers,juhee,dduk,m3,lalacake and tetsuya for the fast subs version.and to all of you gogumas here,the one who often post here,the spazzers and also the lurkers.to winbros oppa and luvtokki, i really2 love reading your post..you nailed it haha..

i'm always been a lurker here,and the biggest stalker of yongseo, but today i wanna out from my lurker mode just to share my thought and feeling about our couple.the reason i have this courage to post today becos yes,this deabak episode was really bring tears to my eyes, and like the rest of you..i'm in go-chun!

this is only my POV,and i really hope i might not offend anyone.i'm not going to spazz about this episode, but i just want to share my feeling is about their whole relationship and my admiration towards them both.

after watching their episode from 1 till 47,i admit that i was really touch by this two.from being awkward to now, so close.and i have this feeling that this two,they aren't acting, they're for real.if we, the viewers can feel their love, then it must be...for both of them..aah something that i cannot put into word...all i can say is that i'm completely sure both of them have developed feeling towards each other..it's being shown by their eyes , both of them, it was just obvious, their a lot of care towards each other, their expression.yes, it speaks the volume..they were in love.

i think that yonghwa started to develop some feeling for seohyun from the very beginning, when the first time he saw her in MBC...and seohyun started to slowly develop her feeling for yonghwa from time to time..

yonghwa - at first, i thought he was a really quiet person, like his character in YAB, but the real, he's the total opposite.and i'm really2 glad that through this WGM i got to know his real personality..and yes indeed, he was a great man. a great charismatic man that every girl dream of, and yet it's really hard to find this kind of namja nowaday. he is handsome,come from a rich and good family,is really kind at heart,humble, very dedicate and commit, have a clear vision and working hard towards is goal, knows how to make you laughs, very caring, playful at time needed and being firm as well.by watching WGM, i'm really2 touch to see how he's taking care of seohyun, his thoughtful feeling towards seohyun (about their wedding kiss,he is really innocence)..really i want him for mine!haha!(kidding,i'm married)and i dont think he's a playboy.eventhough i don't really follow CNblue before, but by watching this WGM, and if you really put attention to the small detail of his act, you can really know his personality.and it's been well said by kay77 in the previous post before.and all of this, thanks to his parents.his parents really thought him well.

seohyun - nah, this girl, just like the dream girl we watch in comics book, in princess like drama,very2 beautiful,feminine,soft, kind at heart,humble,polite,treat people well, what more to say about her..almost all the good attribute are in her.i really2 envy this girl.she has everything yet she still stick to her own conventional principle.no wonder she got many fanboys even among the celebrities....

yongseo - it's like fate bring them together.they were both that kind of man and woman everybody dream of, and yet they end up each other. i believe that many celebrities had her crush on yonghwa,so does seohyun. thats why i think that this two are really2 match made in heaven. i really2 thought these two are already dating, cos i read a few rumour about them going out several time without any camera, and it kinda explain their closeness lately. i really2 pray for them to end up together, get married for real cos yes, they had a very beautiful relationship together.

Ok, I need to compose myself . I´m having a great time reading your posts guys, please keep them coming. They´re melting my heart, YongSeo is melting my heart more and more...

Well this post is because a need to voice out my wish, since this is a magic land, I want to say it here because I want it to be true.

I´m so excited about next episode, because it was filmed this year. I really, really want that the next episode has something to do with FFTL song. Do you thing it is possible? I would die if Yong serenade our Hyun with that beautiful, meaningful and amazing song which was born from the depths of his heart . I´m also happy because the next episode was filmed after Taeyeon wish for Hyun. I wonder If Yong knew about it ^^.

I really really can´t wait for it, I think it is going to be DAEBAK!!!!

after this seohyun is going to be in japan for a while and yonghwa is currently busy preparing for a comeback in korea...

eventhough i'm really happy for that, but i'm sooo dome right not..

I miss those days when they were exchanging letters with each other… hope to see that again in the coming episodes..

Even though I’ve been really busy, whenever I get a minute to let my mind wander, it goes back to Yongseo and the last episode! I play things back in my head, rewatch different parts in slowmo, and reread translations. I’m obsessed, but I like being this way, because I feel so good about these 2 young people. I love what I see, I love what I feel, I love that they’re together and seem to be going deeper into a relationship. When I watch their story unfold I feel good inside my head. Indeed, I think they may be a therapeutic health phenomenon. They should be studied for their benefits to both goguma’s mental well-being, stress relief and health benefits. I believe that long exposures to Yongseo can cure depression and also release antioxidants in the body to combat the free radicals that cause cancer.

The only problem would be for diabetics, because of the high concentration of sweetness in every episode. There would be the problem of going into hyper-glycemic shock!

The wedding photo shoot gave us kiss Yong-to-Hyun, kiss Hyun-to-Yong, shoulder hugs and waist hugs, a back hug, Yong’s manly Hyun grab, hand holding, sweet smiles and eyeship and a heartfelt Hyun-to-Yong gift all in one episode! We would be spazzing our hearts out over ONE of these in an episode. In this one, we got them all.

From what I can see and hear, Hyun is ready to step this relationship up to the next level. She reluctantly agreed to, but still completed her first kiss from a boy and her first kiss to a boy, even though both were very chaste and respectful. She was basically boy- handled throughout the shoot. Without any more protest than a slap and a smile. The last five minutes of them bickering about the scarf, yet still being flirty with each other, I would count as one of the sweetest scenes they’ve done with each other.

Just one thing – what the heck is a ‘web footed octopus’ anyway and what qualities would a person have if they were called one? I don’t know what Yong means when he calls Hyun that, and then she uses the name on him, too. Huuh?!

Anyway, at first I thought it was only Yong who was enamored with Hyun, but lately I’m seeing a young SNSD girl in love for the first time. She’s showing signs of being in love by her constantly slapping him when he’s acting up, or going ‘choding’, her teasing him back to frustrate him (the part where he’s trying to put the ring on her finger, but she keeps moving her hand so he can’t get it on her finger) and, of course the heartfelt, thoughtful, handmade, time consuming knitting of the scarf all are telling me this is beyond ‘young girl crush’ stage. This is a girl who wants a long-term relationship with a special guy. Of course, don’t forget the looks and eye contact that they are always exchanging.

I have to admire Yong. He is in love with a princess/angel/goddess and he has to reign in all of his man hormones just to be close to her. When he had to kiss her, he put his manliness on the sidelines (and horniness!) and held himself back to protect her honor. The pressure this guy is under by having Seohyun as his girlfriend is tremendous. SNSD is the NO. 1 Korean girl’s group. She is the maknae of this group, the innocent and sweet one, a national treasure. Everyone who meets her is totally impressed by her beauty, her morality, her intelligence and her strong sense of conviction in what is right and what is wrong for her. On WGM, not only is the WORLD watching how he handles himself with her, but also the unnies, his and her management companies, all the other K-pop idols, her parents and his family! What stress! If I were Yong I would have the devil on one shoulder saying ’Do it, she said yes! Lay one on her, you might not get this chance again!’ On the other shoulder would be an angel saying, ’But this is Seohyun, all of Korea and the world will be watching, she is sweet and innocent. Look at her, she is lying there with her eyes closed, totally trusting you, DON’T DESTROY HER TRUST IN YOU!’ I’m glad Yong listened to the angel, but I’ll always wonder what would have happened if he ‘deviled up’ and had really KISSED her! A full puckered up kiss on the forehead. Would her kiss to Yong have been a real kiss on the cheek? Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? But we’ll never know…………..

Another telling thing I noticed. When Hyun came out with the pink dress on and complimented Yong on his ‘cute’ pink bowtie, he kind of shot down her compliment with ‘So you thought it wouldn’t be?!’ To which Hyun replied, ’I have to think when to compliment you and when not to compliment you!’ Something like that. Like she was saying, ‘I want to compliment you, but I never know what kind of reaction I’ll get back from you.’ Another down side to Yong’s constant ‘choding’ or teasing side? I think so. Compliments are meant to be acknowledged by the recipient. If they are not appreciated, the person giving them will cease to provide them. And I think Hyun has been doing well with complimenting Yong, but in this exchange you can sense a little frustration with Yong’s constant joking and teasing. He needs to tone it down a bit. He uses it to great effect in getting Hyun relaxed and in a comfortable and in a playful mood, but once that is accomplished, he needs to ‘serious up’ a little when she is trying to be sincere. Just sayin’!

All in all, a really wonderful episode, and I think it was a wonderful and memorable experience for our couple that will provide many fond memories. Now that they’ve practiced, it should be a lot less stressful when they do it for REAL! Heh-Heh!

I have a few questions regarding their latest episode. I hope some fellow gogumas friends can help me out here (:

1. Did Seohyun knit the scarf because it was a mission from the WGM staff? I read the fanaccount from the knit shop owner, and she said that Seohyun came for a shooting. Was it for WGM or another show? If it is indeed a mission from WGM, I find it weird that they didn't show it on air.

2. After Yong received his present from Hyun, he kept saying that he was kind of sorry. Why? Because he guessed her present beforehand? So it wasn't a surprise anymore?

3. In the last interview of this episode Seohyun said: "I have any sense when it comes to this. I really wanted to pretend that I didn't know." This is quite confusing for me. I cannot seem to grasp Seohyun's meaning. Was it not properly translated or was it a editing fault of the editor?

I hope somebody will kind enough to explain this to me (:

Just one thing – what the heck is a ‘web footed octopus’ anyway and what qualities would a person have if they were called one? I don’t know what Yong means when he calls Hyun that, and then she uses the name on him, too. Huuh?!*quoted image*

Luvtokki, I´m really sorry to cut your post, cause it was daebak, but I want to try this one.

It took me a little bit to understand this but, I think, when Hyun said "listen to me" (before the octopus thing) the child who lives in Yong began to rhyme with Hyun´s phrases. That is why when she said to him "Yong Chodding" he answered something like "chukuguin"? (web footed octopus) that rhymes with choding. so it was Yong being Chodding after all.

About Yong Joking around too much, I also have my theory... he was nervous. The little, cute fellow made him nervous so I thing it was his way to relax himself. When Hyun came out with the pink dress he barely looked at her, I think he was still trying to compose himself after the kiss. Same with the scarf, he just had hug her so I think that is his way to calm down his heart.

Yangie12: The fan account said that it was her manager who was filming her and I believe that was the same thing with the rings. Remember that we get to see a video of her while she was buying them?. I don´t think they are missions. Just that they were recording those events.

About Yong feeling Sorry, Kay77 kindly explained to us that he felt sorry because he guessed at the first attemp, so he kind of ruined her surprise.

And about Hyun, I don´t understand very well either, but I think she is talking about how she couldn´t act like if there was not a scarf in a proper way , when he guessed her gift ... or something like that .

Finally, I´m so proud of the gogumas who helped with the donation, you are amazing!!

1. from what i understood, i think it was her manager that was filming her? so no crew. it's kind of like when she had the rings customized and/or when she went to visit yong at his concert during that unpleasant push-pull period. i think she does things on her own for him, but it also plays into a bigger storyline that the WGM staff will jump on if necessary. i could be wrong, though, because i don't really understand the purpose of her manager having to film anything she does personally for yong unless he's working alongside WGM.

2. i think he felt sorry for having guessed correctly/made light of the situation, perhaps because it dampened the element of surprise when she really was making the effort to surprise him with it. i feel like she might have been frustrated that he unknowingly beat her to the punch. that's what i thought of, anyway.

3. if it's not a translating issue, i think what seo was trying to say was that she didn't have any sense when it came to giving him the gift. i understood her to mean that she generally has trouble acting coy, which is why it's easy for yong to catch on quickly to her evasiveness. (then again, i think seo just has to learn that she really can't hide anything with him. for yong, the way to go about it is to just say it instead of running around in circles - but that just wouldn't be yongseo style, would it?)
