And I seriously don't understand why his "Crooked Pirate Arm" was such a big deal for the MC, because I remember doing that too, mostly because when you are afraid she lets go of your arm, you crook it like Yonghwa did, so if her grasp isn't that tight, she just can't slid off. I could completely relate to everything he did this episode. I like Jinwoon and Seulong a lot, but sometimes I think they are overreacting when it comes to Yonghwa.

Totally agree with your post. That Jinwoon is overreacting is not surprising to me because he really likes Seohyun so he gets jealous or something but I don't know why Seulong does that. And also Kim Na Young has this annoyed face everytime Yong is goofy. But they are not like that when Jokwon does it ( no offense to anyone I like him). Honestly the only MC I like is MC Kim because he gives me the feeling that he really likes uri Yongseo. (Sometimes MC Park,too).

Coming out of lurking! Thank you to j2dlee, MountainMadman, and everybody who has shared screen caps and interesting tidbits and everything else!

Daebak episode is daebak! Their happiness about being on a trip is so contagious and you can really feel that they were having fun and that they were very comfortable in Japan and with each other.

It adorable how she just clamped onto his arm. It reminded me a little bit of that scene on the train to Jeongdongjin (?) where she suddenly clamped the neck pillow onto his neck. I love how Yong was trying so hard to contain a smile after she linked arms and how they’re looking for things to talk about and pay attention to EXCEPT for their linked arms.

Hyun was really touchy-feely during this Japan trip. There are little moments throughout the episode wherein some part of her is physically in contact with Yong (I.e. grabbing him towards the sidewalk as a truck was passing by, her affectionate slap to his back when they were eating ice cream, and, of course, the arm linking -- which feels like the culmination of the previous subtle touches and a symbol of her finally "pulling" him back to her).She must’ve really missed him a lot (after about a month of not seeing each other) if we’re to take these little moments along with her very blatant declaration of being happy to see him (in the blackroom interview in the previous episode) while gesturing wildly to show just how much. Hahaha.

And that conversation at the parfait place about their hair (“Y: Since then, I always keep it down.”) --- We’ve always agreed that, to some degree, they’ve already influenced each other’s lives. And while hairstyle choice isn’t exactly the most significant change, it’s cute that one’s opinion impacts the other’s decisions (especially since their looks/images are their biggest assets in their industry).

Now I want goguma ice cream. And the preview doesn’t exactly help with my impatience for next week’s episode. Saturday, come quickly!

I think MC Kim and MC Park really like the Yongseo couple - MC Park asked Yonghwa about Seohyun on another show (Happy Together?) on another channel, which is quite daring, I think. I'm not sure about Na Young ... but as for Seulong and Jinwoon: They are from the same company and in the same boygroup as Jokwon (Nichkhun is from they company too, BTW). Maybe that's why ... ? When I watch dramas, I sometimes notice that the men there are *very* dignified and perfect - maybe that's what's expected of Yonghwa? Plus, I just realized - if you crook your arm, you can pull her closer to your own body. Hehe ... Yonghwa, my bro, high five!

Totally agree with your post. That Jinwoon is overreacting is not surprising to me because he really likes Seohyun so he gets jealous or something but I don't know why Seulong does that. And also Kim Na Young has this annoyed face everytime Yong is goofy. But they are not like that when Jokwon does it ( no offense to anyone I like him). Honestly the only MC I like is MC Kim because he gives me the feeling that he really likes uri Yongseo. (Sometimes MC Park,too).

on stage, he's all charisma and glaring-eyes, but in WGM or other variety shows he is a goof. to me, his playfulness is the best part about this couple. it kinda balances out seohyun's more serious manner.

and because he is such a choding, seohyun is becoming more and more playful. she jokes around more. WHICH I LOVE!!

i don't get how most of the time they look down on yong's playfulness either, but i guess in korea men are supposed to act tough and grown-up?

I second this. I first thought that his arm was in an awkward position as well. However I then interprete it as him afraid of her letting her arm go, like what you had so well described. That happened to me quite a number of times, like when a guy I liked put his arm around my shoulder, I became stiff and would not move much because I didn't want him to take it off What made me happy is how tightly her arms were linked to Yonghwa's at first, even when he had first jerked away ^^ Hehehehe~! It seems to me that she was really determined to do that, thus held on to the end. Oh by the way, someone talked about how Seohyun was touchy-feely in this episode, I want to add this one moment: you know when entering the 7/11, Yonghwa was being silly with his hands holding up like a gun, she touched his hands for a moment as to tell him to stop doing it xD I found that cute~!

Yes I know that Seulong and Jinwoon are from the same company like Nichkhun and Jokwon but I think they should react the same way to Yong,too. Hmm don't know maybe I'm the one who is overreacting lol (I got really pissed today because there were some people bashing Yongseo and saying that the other couples are " zillion times"more entertaining than Yongseo etc. Yeah I'm too protective right now lol.)

There are always bashers, but I didn't see the other people trending - plus, we have more views that them. Please allow me to be a bit proud. No trolling intended, really.

I think Yonghwa relaxed his arm once he was sure she wouldn't let go. I think that's a GREAT sign. They almost held hands.

Aahhh...its 1:02 am already in my place and i just finish watching the raw episode of Yongseo and really it made my day.Because i'm off duty today and i was reading the previous threads of CNBlue at soompi when i read how the kBoice got angry at Yonghwa and accusing him of some petty things.Like they are upset why Yonghwa said that the rap of the song Lovelight was inspired by Seohyun. Like why does he do other stuff instead of concentrating on the band as a band leader.It really pissed me off:fury:.I mean duh, are they truly a fans because for me if your a fan your just support your idols and critisize them if they are doing wrong like if they do drugs or other bad things.But they are simply trying to earn an honest living and at the same time enjoying it.They are tiring themselves because of their work and they love their work.So for us the fans we should get some inspiration from them, like working our jobs diligently and have fun, that is my opinion.And as for the WGM thing with Seohyun isn't it nice for us CNB fanatics that our idol is working at the same time learning a very precious lesson in life.About LOVE . And marriage and how to deal with others.And can't you just be happy the way our Yonghwa is getting more handsome and he can be inspired and write more songs for our hearts content. Anyway after all those anger i felt for some narrow-minded fans, i browse on CNBlue storm and i saw the headlines Seohyun initiated the skinship, i was like where,where??? then i check the soompi threading on yongseo couple and their it is. And right away i searched for the link and there it is. i watch it then all my anger had gone away.my mood shift from this:fury: to this:wub:. Found the translations thanks you:wub:. and before i will close my long post i would like to comment on @trent which by the way i also love your fictional story about yongseo couple, yes i agree with you.Whenever i will hold my boyfriend's arm he tend to press my hands in between his arms and abs just like Yonghwa did. And it does bring comfort without being mushy.And because Seohyun did not removed her hands it means she like it and feel comfortable with her arms entwined to yongs arm.

I think almost everyone knows I am a big big big CNBLUE fan and YongHwa biased but it's not like I want him to remain single until I meet him and we will get married -.- I adore him and as a fan I just want him to be happy, if the CNBLUE boys are happy then I will be happy. Period. But sadly there are some really possessive and hardcore fans in every single fan club: Boices, VIPs, ELFs, Sones, Beautifuls, Wonderfuls, Blackjacks, etc, etc. That's why kpop idols are almost always focused on pleasing their own fanclub. Remember JongHyun-ShinSeKyung incident

Thanks for the male's POV Trent.

I totally get it. As Seo Hyun is quite serious (who ask philosophical question on the 1st day they met!) and inexperience, I'm sure she would be overwhelmed if her partner is serious or too lovey-dovey. As goguma villagers, we could see the efforts Yong Hwa has given throughout the relationship and I bet he knew better on how to tap into Seo Hyun heart. Imagine if Seo Hyun is paired with Nickhun (hypothetically, don't bash me!), I don't think she would open up so much because he is quite serious and lovey dovey. She would not survive! I think the PD of WGM had really done their work thoroughly in pairing up the couple. I love all three but my happy pill is definitely our YongSeo the most adorable pair!

So, back to my POV. I think Yong choding has definitely makes his mark in Seolady's heart. Without his goofy act, the pairing would burn out loooong time ago. It's a good thing to have humor in life and he does not always act like that. He's not a comedian doing a gag or something. I think he is doing what a normal 21 y/o MAN would do in a relationship. BTW, SHE likes it. That's the most important. She never failed to laugh at his act or expression. To me, that's all that matters. Right?

hey guys, i just rewatched the last episode for the 9163529165416th time and i noticed that in the first part of the video (WGM 101120 PART 1/3), around 1:27, for a brief second there i think i caught hyun tapping yong~'s upper arm after she ate the goguma sweet.. it's right before she point out one of the goguma sweets for yong to try hehehehe.. i've never caught hyun making subtle physical contacts this frequently before! i think it's totally appropriate to call the japan episode as a turning point in yongseo's relationship marriage, coz we can clearly see the change of game here. hyun's not as passive as she was before, she talks more (this is really obveeeous) and she expresses herself more (shouting "goguma goguma" so many times, cuteeeeee!) and even gave a flirty look with her eyes when yong tried to peek at her message.. it's true that they affect and change each other in some ways, and i actually love the change hehehehe..

i watched other couples' cuts too on WGM, but i never ever in my life jumped ecstatically upon the sight of them arm-linking each other... but with yongseo couple, little things like shoulder brushing, eye gazing, and in- sync feet movement become these really really grand gestures that surpass other couples' backhug/ piggyback ride. which is why i almost died in overjoy when i saw hyun smiled and suddenly slipped her arms on yong's... like, really.. their lack of skinship and their slow progress make it okay for us to be hyperbolic and go gaga about them... every couple could link arms, every couple could smile with their eyes to their partner, but because it's yongseo who did them, those things become 100000x even more special.. i'm a bit sad coz when i watch the live streaming there's an ongoing chat at that site too (i forgot which site it is, i logged in to chatango and an anon gave me a link.. i opened that link and the livestream worked real well! i'm forever debted to that anon) and before the armlinking scene there's this person who keeps on saying that yongseo couple is "slow" and "boring" and that "yong doesn't like hyun, poor yong" i am too focused to type a reply to that person but after i finished watchign the livestream, i actually think that whie it's true that they're slower than any other couple on wgm, they're actually far from boring! they're very unpredictable and every scene is something to look forward too coz it's just so unexpected. one moment you'd think they're taking us down the hill and the next thing you know you're swept off the ground. and about yong not liking hyun, well.. while i don't have the ability to read minds, i think from what i see on wgm (whether it's scripted or not) yong is too comfortable around hyun to dislike her... and whatever feeling it is that he has for hyun, it's not for us to tell, i know, but... but, i think i am confident enough to conclude that that feeling, whatever it is, is good enough for both of them. and it's good enough for me.

oh, i wonder though, why didn't they include hyun's blackroom interview after she initiated that skinship? i'm actually curious as to what got into her at that time.. there's no way she'd do that out of the blue w/o any reason.. is she doing that to send signals to yong? coz she miss him? coz she just want to give us viewers something to spazz about? or coz she wnts to let yong and all WGM viewers that she's grown up and she's reached the stage where she's comfortable enough to do that?? i really wanna know hyun's motive behind that bold action of hers...

oh and about the mc... man i have nothing against the MCs.. really.. they're funny and one of them is kind enough to tweet us infos about WGM every now and then, but i think sometimes the PD should cut their unimportant comments and give that time to show us more scenes of yongseo instead.. sometimes i feel like their reactions toward yongseo's actions are getting too much focus, airtime, and attention from the cameraman. it's okay to show how they react for a few seconds, but please don't rush to switch the scene to yong and hyun talking after that action and make it difficult for me to hear what yong and hyun are talking coz the mc's voices and chats are still hovering their conversation.. and one more minor thing,... hmm, i am sometimes a little annoyed coz the little box on the side sometimes force me to take screencaps while they're still visible... and i feel bad because i always have the same "man the box with the mc's face in it ruins it again!" thought after i preview the screencap that i'd taken earlier.. hahahahah and i agree with trent 1000% in this..

and about yong choding.. well yea i can't help but notice MC Na Young and her somewhat negative reaction when yong is being childish/ when he shows his goofy side. well what can i say??? i actually loveee that side of him, and i'm sure hyun likes that side of yong too (along with every other side of him, of course =p) but i honestly feel like throwing rock at the editor for letting the mc's not-so-uplifting comment to be included when the mood is really good and cute and playful and all... i just wish sometimes they'd keep some thoughts to themselves.. and speaking about childish, yong is not childish at all i guess.. he could be goofy and mischievous but at the same time he's always considerate and he always acts like this protective, manly, adult husband in front of hyun. and i'd rather be with a guy like yong who knows where to put himself in all kinds of situations (when to be serious, when to be manly, when to be dominant, when to be obedient, when to be funny, when to step forward and when to take a step back). truthfully, coz he's always so cautious about his actions most of the times, his spontaneous jokes and occasional funny actions are always refreshing for me to watch... and i think it's more important to see how hyun enjoys that side of yong and how they're so loose and relaxed around each other because of yong's playfulness rather than focusing on the mc's comments. na young is not the one who's married to yong and face it, she's older than both of them. i don't mean to say that being older/ being old is bad but i think it completely makes sense for na young to dislike such actions coz she's a mature lady, and maybeeee... maybe women her age would want cool, calmer guys? idk though.. i'm still young like hyun, so of course i'm more accepting when it comes to guys pulling goofy, mischievous acts. i don't hate the MCs though, i swear i cracked up when MC Kim's eyes were the focus and his eyeballs look like they're about to jump out of his face hahahaha... that's quite volcanic i guess, but i hope the PD-nim and the editor would give us more yongseo and less of the MCs, even if it's only for 10 more seconds..

oh and as much as i wanted hyun's oversized sweater to be yong's, i think that it's not yong's.. the arms are too long, but the shoulders fit her quite well... and i think it'd be too tight on the shoulders for yong?? but idk this is just my opinion hehehe.. nevertheless if it belongs to yong i'd be really ecstatic hahahah.. and i think the color of their sweaters somehow match very well! and the way that hyun didn't roll up the sleeves and let it cover her whole fingers make her even more cuter.. i read in a comic that japanese girls in that comic do that (covering their fingers with their sleeves) coz it makes guys want to hug them... hahahahah idk with yong though, i agree he's so stiff, but maaannnn what do you expect?? he didn't see it coming at all!! hahahahaha..

Today i watched the new drama "Secret garden" with Hyun Bin and Ha Ji Won .....and i saw something really interesting !!!

I almost jumped when i saw YONGSEO in the episode .. One of the character was looking at an internet website and it seemed to be a celebrity news site and there was a picture of Yongseo at the café for their 200th day anniversary!!! I was so happy when i saw that XD

I would have put the screencap that i made....but i don't know how to post pictures on soompi...

Maybe someone already shared this news..if so, sorry guys ^^

It's probably since SNSD has been traveling tons and tightly booked schedule because Seohyun didn't have any black room interview in this episode. Just Yong's... so we didn't get to have insight on her actions and what she felt about Yong during this time... For example, I would really like to know:

1. When she untied her pony tail, was it to please his desires??? (wink wink...)

2. When he said he grew his bangs out because she told him she like it down, did she feel lucky to have such a boy toy... sorry, I meant husband in her grasp? (mmmm...yummy and that wasn't for the ice cream neither!)

3. When he switched sides with her to protect her while they walked, did she feel touched in her heart because he is so protective of her??? (oh yeah baby, I'm your man!)

4. When Yong Seobang asked her to let go of her image for the photo, since this is JUST HER HUSBAND HERE, did he forget that WE'LL BE WATCHING??? ( Crazy Goguma fans we are so please do ALL you want... NO ONE's watching... I promise!)

5. When she decided to hop forth and snatched his arm with all her might, did she want him to finally know "I'm SOOOOO Freagin' IN TO YOU- I want you all to myself!"?? (It's gettin' HOT in HERE!!!)

kekeke now that this episode is here, it tells me that by now, Yong Hwa KNOWS she's hot for him so he shouldn't worry. THAT means maybe that question on NAN to Psy about how to attract an extremely upright girl WAS scripted- However! I think he got set up by the NAN PD's and he got tricked in to the interrogation so his facial expressions were all real. My brain's working too hard now. I'll stop. Ahhhh Love this couple man!!!\

i saw the whole episode of WGM this morning and i found something very funny about the mc's of the show.

when seohyun linked her arms with yong, all the MCs went crazy like literally there was volcano explosion

then in khuntoria part when khun and vic were looking at each other lovingly and eating all the mc were like:man i give up

MC's were so damn jealous

looking at only mc part is just so funny.
