the text preview more or less tells us who initiated the pinkyship,

but as of how yong did it is yet to be seen and much anticipated.

so i'm just going to share the reasons some gogumas, who chose yong as the initiater,

shared earlier..

luvtokki - Yong rubs his pinkie against Hyun's hand, and then Hyun grabs it with all 4 fingers.

ayanapunya - Yong who ask hyun to hold his pinky. since Hyun look so painful with the massage.

pseudonykkaii - hyun's hand is hanging down..

yong sees it, wanted to grab the whole hand but its way of a stretch

so opted for the pinky instead~~~

tecle - yong offer his hand for hyun to hold coz maybe shes not used to have massage and its something that tingle and uneasy feeling..

dezadee - Yong offers his hand because based from the translation that will be 1st time for Hyun and maybe she's nervous and Yong offers his hand

seychan - Yong asks Hyun to hold his pinkie by his cute, funny way (like he always do) coz it's her first time and she hurt at 1st massage. Like the moment when they're in train to Busan, he ask Hyun to lean on his shoulder.

just_a_dream - boys usually initiate that and girls could either picked

or not what he meant by that, if she knows much 'bout the boy then it's really easy

for her to get what that act means and if she don't know the boy well,

well, bad for him cause she'll just really ignore that and as if nothing really happens. good for our couple though, seems like Hyun knows her husband that much already.

germbaby - Yong poking Hyun with his pinky and Hyun grabs it with her hands.

maybe07 - Yong poking Hyun with his pinky when he saw Hyun was slightly in pain due to the massage and offers hid pinky for Hyun to hold on to.

hachi - Yong initiate the hand-holding which I think later naturally, became pinky squeeze thingy?

the only ones to chose hyun

jnj - just because hyun is not shy to initiate skinship..

pinkksoupp - Yong's in pain from the exertions of the skillful masseuse

so instead of groaning/yelling in pain, he tries to take it like a man

by playfully disturbing Hyunnie. He probably poked her arm teasingly a few times,

causing our Hyunnie to retaliate by grabbing his pinky

so he can't get up to more mischief.

azuwaza - Hyun initiates it, she probably cutely squeals for help, and Yong being himself,cannot stand wife being tortured, offers his pinky for her to rely on… Die~~

see how gogumas can just join in the fun and come up with the above reasons..

I'll join the game!

I think Yong is the one that initiated the pinkyship

[in my weird logic] It makes more sense to put out your pinky for someone to grab it, than for you to put out your hand and ask for your pinky don't you think?

I can't wait for tomorrow and see it with my own eyes!!

They better show the process of how it happened lol

I can't wait to see the skiing trip, I have a feeling it'll be next week since the doctor & massage episode don't seem to be that long

Although I'm most looking forward to the Wedding Photoshoot, I'm staying patient and enjoying these episodes as much as I can

Since we're seeing how much this couple has gotten comfortable with eachother

Now i'm even more exited to see the pictures, I don't expect a kiss, but a nice, warm loving hug at least [or is that too much?..nahh~ haha]

if you look at the last part of the show it was recorded dated 8/23 because they wrote something on the wall of the ride. it is it was after the mildang when they met at the salon on august 3.

hahamong was filmed back in July, in the mildang time, or was it in september? (also mildang time) and both, Jkwoon and Yong did some performance for Sulli. Yong sang love light, without rap part and changed the lyrics "darling" for "Sulli". It took me a lot of time to get over this incident! LOL but now I even like her, and I´m grateful to her too because she is the one who keeps teasing Yong about Hyun in Inkigayo .

But is this what are we talking about? I don´t know LOL, I´m just going to remind you this... Yong couldn´t sing love light to Hyun face to face, because he got nervous! he can sing this song for a lot of women but just can´t sing it for Hyun, and I used to wonder why, but now I think he gave me the answer .

Yong has one big brother ^^, and lives in USA?... that´s all that I know (:...

Hi! You have to remember that the concert was on August 29... as we see in that episode they where still fighting over who called first, etc, etc... Ahhh thank you! , and yes, kerubechan is right, they still were in mildang time, that lasted until 200th days aniversary or maybe even until japan trip, cause it was after Japan when we really got to see the turning point in their relationship.

On a side note, after reading about Hahamong show today I watched it again (without subs though) and there is a part when JKwoon dance Gee, and YongHwa´s face is a poem! LOL. You can notice he was unconfortable (or at least I do notice that LOL).

Well sadly we will never know what was happening through their minds and hearts in that period (or now, we do know nothing for sure ), but don´t blame Yong, trust him, and trust Hyun too, and trust your intuition dear gogumas .

Let´s move on, What you all say?

It's Saturday!! Woohooo....

While waiting to see who initiated the pinky grab and seeing that this was Hyun's 1st massage, I thought I'd put together what I remember to be their "first's" since they started almost a year ago:

Yong's "First's":

1. Ban Ki Moon as a role model for a celebrity?

2. Someone who's looked at him with a killer eye-smile without even realizing she was doing it

3. Writing a book report (actually 2 at least) since he finished school

4. Buying a sweet potato field as a birthday present for someone, for that matter, as a present at all

5. Serenading someone special to him on national TV - incomplete Banmal song during prawn dinner @ Dongmak beach(?); Falling Slowly in CNBlue Practice Room(?)

6. Eating 10 year's worth of gogumas in that year (hahahaha)

7. Fumbling his performance because of a lost ring (accessory)

8. Introducing a girl-friend to his mom

9. Introducing a celebrity-girl-friend to his doomakpaem buddies

10. Going to a blood bank to donate blood (?) - we never did know if he did it again with Hyun, maybe the PDs should extend their contract by adding this in

11. Opening a joint bank account with a girl

12. Couple ring!

Hyun's "First's":

1. First ever close male (boy)friend

2. Making herself look good for above said close male (boy)friend - her SNSD unnies said she put on some mask before their move day episode(?)

3. Attending a concert on her own without her unnies (?)

4. Receiving a sweet potato field for her birthday present

5. Receiving a couple necklace with her mom for her birthday present

6. Couple ring!

7. Being serenaded in front of national TV more than twice...

8. Trying to speak more Banmal than she's ever done before

9. Being "walked" home (ok they took a cab but you get my drift) by a gentleman (chivalry ain't dead yet with Yong around )

10. Watching a movie alone with a guy (?)

11. Moving in together with a guy

12. Making "Ma"-drink for a guy

13. Cooking kimchi pancake, or maybe even cooking anything in that sense.....

14. Being woken up to a heavenly breakfast by a hot-looking rocker in a whispering sweet tone..... (and first thing she asks is food.... )

15. Getting a massage!

sorry for cutting your post jnj but i was actually been working on a special project on my own for YongSeo 1st year anniversary with the theme 'first time' for YongHwa and SeoHyun and was planning to post them later next week but you beat me to it. same goes to winbros - i love your compilation for their first's.

and isn't it amazing that aside from YongSeo having their 1st Year anniversary, our very own Official Seohwa/용서/Yongseo Sweet Potato Couple Thread will also be celebrating our 1st Birthday? ♥ It has been a really great year knowing and spazzing with all of the Gogumas here =)

It's a tad late for this but earlier this year during the 1st and 3rd episode of their Busan trip I was wondering why YongHwa and SeoHyun always brought up the arm linking incident in Japan.

Hi Gogumas!

I watched both English and Chinese version of this week's episode.

And I realised there is a part that is not translated in the English version.

YH did said something but it was in a spilt second.

The scene that I am referring is in the train, whereby SH wanted to tease him about his interesting past video.

At first she did this action and wanted YH to guess.

But YH actually said "is it the linking arms?"

Haha, so YH was thinking of the linking arms incident!

Just wanna share this small detail.

This week episode is really DAEBAK!! (:

And when i search over the calendar at Sweetpotato Days i've found out that the Busan trip filiming is right after the broadcast of the Japan Trip

This means that both of them watches their own episode when it airs~kyahh

No wonder YongHwa was feeling really good during the Busan Trip.

And another part was the comparison with goguma.

Hye peeps! Happy New Lunar Year & Happy Saturday~

Getting worked up over Goguma eh, aren’t we? I bet many have suffered from major heart attacks or maybe short-term mental disorder [my case,I just recovered from both~Aigoo ].. Too many news, too many expectations, too many rumors to process eh? If anything can shorten our life-span, it’s not excessive fat but small bits of YongSeo complications….hahaha

Be a realist is one thing, but it doesn’t mean you have to stop dreaming, right? We can dream and hope as far as stars in the sky but at the same time keeping our feet firm to the real ground…That’s what I called being an optimist..GOD can play tricks on fate, some may find their love while waiting for train to work, some in their best friends. Who knows, in YongSeo case, thing that started as a fake, turns out to be a super real matter for a sane mind to take..heh.. so chill peeps ! Let love lead the way~~hehehe

I’ve been watching these two for only 4 weeks now and I gotta to say, what I really appreciate from them is the fact that they prove a relationship that starts with no expectation can blossom into a blissful one. It gives hope to all of us (whether we realise it or not) that such relationship is possible to have. Simple yet so promising . The best part is, they are able to bring out the best of each other. Ha! Even the best KDrama cannot beat this!So heck, I don’t care what the future will bring, I have no complaints at all~[shoot! Am actually crossing finger hoping they will end up together ~ hahahaha]

P/s : Owh yeah, about the pinky battle, I’d say it’s Hyunwho initiates it, she probably cutely squeals for help, and Yong being himself,cannot stand wife being tortured, offers his pinky for her to rely on… Die~~

i could actually see him pointing to the middle (where hyun was seated)

and he smile shyly..

I want to apologize first before I start my rambling.sorry but I have to say this because its bothering me a lot, and sorry for my lack of english too.

Its regarding hambuger or should I say some boice that don’t like WGM.im one of them before.i seriously want YH to quit WGM not because im a jealous fangirl .But because its hurt to see people analyzing every little things that he did.one of the reason why some boice that I know don’t like this show.not because they want YH for themselves.Because some of them is okay with this show in the beginning until people start to overanalyzing.Leaving comment at cnblue article as if YH is really married to seohyun .

But now im sad because I see some boice/hambugers badmouthing gogumas and gogumas badmouthing boice.seriously,when is this going to stop??i cant blame boice because I know how they feel and I cant blame gogumas too.but this is so wrong.i don’t know who to blame.everyone is just the same when its come to their idol.SH fans saying bad things about Yh.Yh fans saying bad things about SH.

I hate WGM because they make people hating each other.but I love WGM because I got to know yongseo.*sigh*

I hate WGM because they make people hating each other.but I love WGM because I got to know yongseo.*sigh*

All i'm going to say is this: Soompi Yongseo thread is not the place to discuss fanwars. We call this thread Go-Chun for a reason.

Dearest sirius_feez,

I think most of us here would understand your POV as a Boice. It pains a fan to see their idol being criticized for just being themselves. I'm not a hardcore fan myself whether it's SNSD or CNBLUE. So, my perspective of the show is a bit different from those who are fans of the couple as individual. I hope that Boices and Sones could watch the show and stop putting their idols on pedestal. Just watch them as Yong Hwa, a boy who meet Seo Joo Hyun, a girl.

What I like about this couple is they don't look or act as if they are an idol with each other. Yong Hwa met Joo Hyun after barely a month of his debut and Joo Hyun, being an underated member of SNSD, were very shy and conscious about being married to an unknown person. So they bring along the sense of reality behind their reaction and feelings and we as the audience appreciate that. I do think that gogumas tend to be analytical as we didn't get much from the couple verbally on the show until recently. I hope that Boices and Sones would watch the show as it showcase a different side of the idol, which is the boy and the girl. It is a priviledge, for us to have them for as long as we can now. Peace.
