It's not something to be proud about. Although she's short, I'm hoping she's one of those young ones that look old but are actually 14. If that's true, then her waist will expand as she grows up and this isn't even worthy news.

Well, those are photoshopped. Hyori stated that she was a size 26 in jeans in her reality show, so that would confirm that she doesn't have a 22 inch waist.

Pants sizes do not reflect a waist size, as pants nowadays do not fit right at the smallest part of your waist (where they take your ACTUAL waist measurements). Like Hyori, I wear size 26 in jeans. I am also a size 2 and my waist size (taken at the actual waist) is 23 inches. Therefore, it's very likely that Hyori does, in fact, have a 22 inch waist.
