Haha, that's pretty sweet. Definitely my first time seeing a heart shaped watermelon. I think it's so nice of it to represent their love <3 Even if I were to buy it, I wouldn't eat it.

How did they grow it into a heart-shaped?

They probably utilized genetic modification to change the shape of the watermelon. There's a lot of debate over genetically modified fruits/vegetables (do I want to start it here? nah ), but there doesn't seem to be much heat over this lovely shaped watermelon. If you don't like it, don't buy it!

Is it true that the Japanese have developed a square watermelon too? (yep reference to an old school episode from The Simpsons when they visit Japan xD)
