and Ai Otsuka's voice in her super-hyper-i-have-too-much-sugar songs...ie Sakuranbo and Frienger. Otherwise theyre good songs She sounds MUCH better in her ballads, though.

Ayumi Hamasaki (sometimes) - sometimes her very high pitched voice ruin her songs but I still love her x3

..i think the most annoying voice ive heard yet is the girl who sang in the chinese song 'bu de bu ai'. (im not dissing wilbur pan, nor am i dissing that girl. its just her voice in the song. maybe also cuz the chorus repeats 38576874567934 times in the song that makes it that much more annoying) >.< listening to her vocals in that song made me wanna bang my head against the wall...its so terribly screechy... oh man, bu de bu ai would be a better song if her voice wasnt so freakishly high...

Gnarls Barkely's voice drives me insane. Over the summer, no matter where I was they would be playing that song. I couldn't stand it any longer.

And Christina Aguilera's voice bothers me. She has a few okay songs, but her voice is weird and nasal. It reminds me of one of the Muppet Babies.
