IU album spotlights 'Modern Times' 

One of the songs on the album is going to be included as a soundtrack for the KBS drama "Pretty Boy", in which the singer was a cast member along with actor Jang Geun-seok. 

Loen Tree said that the singer wrote the lyrics for the song, which is tentatively named "Crayon".

Waeyo???Why was it so easy for them to include uri IU in the OST for PM/BA, but they couldn't do it for YTBLSS?? How does that make any sense?  I wish someone from KBS or LOEN were trolling so they could answer the question for us.

Words of Caution: The Rooster and also the Rabbit are highly incompatible.There’s no mutual understanding between your two for any relationship. Compared to the Rooster, the Rabbit is a pure dreamer and does not pursue hard to his or her dreams. The Rooster will practically drive the Rabbit into hiding.  ----> JGS is rabbit so i thought it was kinda true considering they dont have any chemistry and rarely interact with each other bts.

don't remember all the steps correctly but here are some hints:
you have to like it first and then click on the yellow button with the words 투표하기then it allows you into the voting site
additional instruction since it can be a little confusing -in the voting section, like IU first then click 공유하기you can do this once per day for each facebook account
please remember that iu is nominated for 3 categories.

i think jgs and iu do have chemistry but have not really had a chance to develop that relationship what with iu preparing for and having her concerts and then jgs having his fan meetings and japan trip.plus i was thinking about the amount of scenes that iu and jgs have with each other and it isn't much.  to be honest, i think there were more screen times where bo tong and cho david were together.  iu and jgs's characters in the drama just don't really have a lot of time together.  given some time to spend together, i bet they could be awesome.  what i mean by spending time together is like having an after filming going out together, conversing outside of the drama.  
@meahri66i have a theory on why pm is going to use one of iu's songs for the drama.  iu is extremely popular music wise and there is always interest when she releases music.  i read somewhere that her song for the drama is going to be first played on pm on the 18th.  that will drum up the interest of people and maybe make them tune in to watch it which in turn will probably raise the ratings.  that's just my guess though.  
has anyone heard when the album sales is going to be and where we might try our luck?  i saw kpopmart?  anywhere else?

That's really interesting about IU and JGS...the rooster vs the rabbit. Didn't realize IU was a rooster.  I'm with Akina...what's JJS and how is their compatibility? I can't help thinking we might have done this once before on the JoU thread, but I can't recall.
@9jill9Your theory on the OST makes sense. I would have to agree that all the agencies working together on PM, especially KBS, are eager to do whatever it takes to try and increase the ratings...and we do know, despite the IU haters, she has a huge SK fanbase.
Haven't heard of any other vendor yet besides kpopmart.

Actually, now that I think about it... @9jill9 has a point. Also... It's probably another method to advertise MT Epilogue - since the song will be included in the repackage deal. During YTBLSS, IU wasn't releasing an album, so it wasn't all that necessary for her to have an OST.

I heard that yesasia sold repackaged CDs in the past, so it's another site that we could probably look into if kpopmart doesn't have it. All I know is... I'm going to have every site that I know of on separate tabs as I refresh like a maniac, hoping to get a copy before they are gone. With only 10,000 copies and 140,000+ Uaenas in SK alone... You'd really have to fight for it. I imagine it'll be sold out in seconds!

i think it's serving dual purpose - help out pm and a way to thank the fans by releasing the concert dvd along with it.  i know that there were a lot of fans that really wanted to attend but couldn't (kind of like a lot of us here).  Plus they actually are putting IU's self composed song on it!  What a treat for the fans.
also, i think that pm will get a boost soon with the release of iu's music along with the fact that students will be finished with the exams soon in south korea.  if i remember correctly, a lot of her younger fans are actually pretty studious bunch.  another reason why i think that viewer rating is bogus is because south korea is one of the most wired country in the world and a lot of people view drama via the internet which does not get counted in the viewer rating.  anyways, i'm eagerly awaiting the 18th for pm so that i can hear her song! and watch pm of course.
