bbly, the yellow ribbon is the symbol created by the website Cloud USA in supporting Rain during his 22-month mandatory military service. Said site is posting also all updates about Rain and even his activities from the past. If you want more info please visit HERE and also HERE. As I understand anybody can join the brigade using facebook and twitter accounts. This is a very beautiful project showing the fans love for Rain.
