Making of Ninja Assassin Video

Back in January, we gave you an article showing Rain / Bi as a badass during his Stunt Training Choreography for his upcoming Hollywood movie Ninja Assassin. Well, it's been almost 10 months since then and Ninja Assassin is just a month away from being released.

As the release date gets closer and closer, more videos are popping up, including this video below. It's titled "Ninja Assassin Making," and shows off his hard training and stunts used for the movie. Most of the moves in the movie will be actual moves by Rain with no assistance from special effects.

Ninja Assassin opens worldwide on November 25, 2009. (this is November 26...)The movie is produced by the Wachowski Brothers, whom are famous for creating The Matrix Series. Joel Silver is also a producer for the movie and James McTeigue is the director.

Warner Bros. seems to be spending big bucks on the advertising. I've seen commercials for Ninja Assassin during the ALCS Broadcast between the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on FOX. I've also seen commercials for this movie during NFL games on FOX, CBS, and ESPN. Hopefully, this movie help Rain become the "World Star" that he desires to be. Maybe you'll even see a big billboard of Rain in Los Angeles or New York City.

Interview with Rain regarding 'Style Icon' - tvN Ent News aired on October 21st

Rain : Style is a weapon to me.

I'm not afraid of failure, and I could come seriously unstuck.

----Who does he think is this generation's ultimate style icon?------

-Rain's first music album 'Bad Guy' in 2002-

He is a hard worker enough to make himself get exhausted.

He produced the image of himself to show the Rain through the stage clothes with Oriental patterns in silk.

-His second album 'the Way to Avoid the Sun' in 2003-

His own style started with the 3rd album in 2003, and it had a great effect on 'Street Fashion' which uses jackets made from wool, Grunge Look, and sunglasses of Boeing style.

He was the king of the song world and was acknowledged as a bona fide star.

Since he could not win recognition as a singer who has an outstanding singing ability because he is a dance singer, he would express his inconvenience.

And so he ran on the treadmill and sang at the same time in order to improve his ability in singing, thus he was able to get to what he is.

-His third album 'It's Raining' in 2004-

During his 3rd album activities, he used leather vest, having pants on the hips, leather wristlets, and a big belt as styling items.

Rain: My concert may weigh heavily upon my mind, but I'll do my best to show a good stage.

-His 4th album 'I'm Coming' in 2006-

Rain : Hi, everyone. Long time no see

I was so delighted I won 'Best Style Icon' last year, and I'd like to thank you again for awarding the prize.

Q : who do you think is the top style icon?

Rain : I think actress 'Kim Hye-Soo' is the top star in terms of style, because she is always challenging herself and always creates new trends.

Q : I know you have a short episode which makes people laugh, related to her?

Rain : In 2004 during a film award, I was so nervous that I made a big mistake about her. At that time, I thought she was a male star because she was wearing trousers. Later, I was able to make up for the mistake, bringing her a bunch of flowers in another film awards.

Q : What do you think is a real style?

Rain : I think it's the vitamin of life.

Q : How do you think we can pursuit it ?

Rain : First we should feel comfortable with the clothing we have on.

And, I believe that the most important thing is not the expensive clothes but the well-proportioned figure that will help you look gorgeous anytime, no matter what you're wearing.

Q : What do you think about Seoul city?

Rain : I think Seoul is the best city in the world because there is no such city anywhere in the world as the water runs through its center.

In my case, I've held some events that will help unfortunate neighbors at the end of every year. Later, I'd like to help to encourage the unfortunate teenagers, who have the making of a singer and a dancer, in order to use their talents, establishing a foundation for them, that's why I've worked hard and saved money.

I'd very much like to do such thing if I have the need to help in ten or twenty years.

Q : What do you think about starving children?

Rain : I've heard much about them, thinking the situation is serious, so I've tried to help them as much as I can.

----Rain indeed can be called just a real all-round star who is going over the border genre between and nationality in this age. Hopefully, he'll keep on challenging and acting as a star who has boundless potentialities and will realize his dream.-----

He has put everything into his students

Singer Rain has taken on the role of 5 people for boy band MBLAQ.

He has declared 'all-in' since the release of MBLAQ's single "Just Black". They are his first quintet and there isn't an area which he hasn't touch, from producing the album to the actual performances.

A representative from J-Tunes has stated that Rain composed and wrote "Oh Yeah" and even featured in the rapping. He also choreographed the dance and designed the costumes. It wouldn't be an overstatement if someone said that everything came from his mind.

Rain is showing a lot of love for his first product, MBLAQ. Despite being famous for not having guests on his performances, he left the opening stage of his Seoul concert to MBLAQ on 9th and 10th October. They also participated in the 2009 Kyunghee Peace Concert. Rain has been taking them around to all his schedules so that MBLAQ can gain experience on stage.

In a recent interview, Rain said "Even though MBLAQ are rookies, they are quickly adapting to the stage. It's important for them to be able to experience different types of performances. I will try my best to support them."

MBLAQ consists of G.O., Mir, Chun Dung, Lee Joon and Seung Ho. The title song 'Oh Yeah' is a dance song with a fast beat and unique melody. The members wear smoky make-up and black clothes, with the 'Vampire' concept.
