NO WAY would two billionaire families have such a low-key wedding. They'd have to invite all of their company execs, employees, workers, do publicity ploys, media release, etc. etc.

JP has changed from someone who does things the way he wants to someone who will think of the consequences..

Some may have jumped ship(from JP to JH..oops..be careful, don't slip and fall into the water.. ) or get off and on from both ship(JP-JH-JP-JH-JP....errr...be careful, you might get sea sick from transferring JP ship to JH ship.... )... but i still think that JP has becomes a better person..

If JP went against his mum, i'm sure JD would have suffered not only mentally but also physically from the witch... imagine, if the witch can get those army-like people to arrest his son & friends(when they were young and run away from a school camp(?)), what is it that she can't do to a person she hated so much(i.e. JD)... It will be worst! Do you think JP would want to see all these...?? he knows what his mum is capable of..

Some could also said that JP can tell JD abt it... now....the least person to know the whole situation, the better it is... so that he can deal with it without leaking his real intention/feelings and get them into trouble,etc..

JP wanted to convince his mum(this person has no feeling at all) or JK(at least JP think that this person shd be more understanding than his mum) until they are really hopeless(in this case, during the wedding.... the last resort that JP has done, i.e. kneel to JK and tell her abt his love for JD).. he is trying to convince these people and not act like a spoilt child who only wants something no matter what is the consequences for his action....

P.S. when JK entered his room and saw JP hugging JD in his bed... and JP covered his eyes when he saw JK, i would take it as JP was pissed off at JK's presence and scolding JK in his head for barging in when he was hugging JD... he wished to hug JD for a longer time........and it was JD who pushed JP away and tried to get up when she heard JK's voice...

i still missed my JoonDi!!!!

JH: man up and confess. get a rejection and be over with it. I don't want 10 years from now when JD and JP will have a big quarrel and JD trespasses into your house for some solace and you wonder "what if I had utter those words?". Get a rejection now and move on.

JP: man up and do something. Why would you ask WB to break your arm? Why couldn't you do it yourself instead of inflicting pain on your best friend? Have you thought about how WB feels? Just pay some goon if that's the route you are going. And why do you need JD to tell you not to get marry? Isn't not loving JK a reason enough. The JP that we love has strong conviction. In the beginning, he knew what he liked and what he needed. Now, this JP, he asks, he begs, he runs away. I don't want to see by the end of the series when you finally get together with JD it's because JH and JK bowed out or someone else stood up for you.

재경 makes me so angry. GRRRRR. He just flat out REJECTED her and she's like "nooo we're still gonna get married and you're gonna like it". SNFJKSDNFSDJKFNSD She needs to stop saying 쭌.

I think JP's still scared, like, wouldn't anyone if they were in his shoes? But seriously, there aren't many episodes left and he needs to buff up and take action.

It's kinda sad that BOF is losing some popularity, cuz on Naver it's on third place after being 1st place for 2 months without any competition [Jang Jayun's suicide and some porn video thing/assault is taking the top 2].

Hopefully, the next few episodes will raise it's popularity to the spot it has held. :]

I don't post a lot of comments in this thread but this I can help it. As other poster have pointed out already the flaws in JK character, in my opinion she is the most evil character...compared to her counterparts in the other versions...

its pure evil when she called Jandi not only to see her in her wedding gown but also to ask her to be her bridesmaid...she is no friend to Jandi...she was almost gloating when she announced that she will be staying in JP's house to get some training as future queen bee...she smiled after announcing that. Her character is necessary to add spice to JP's and JD's love story but the writers have gone overboard here.

After watching today's episode I finally see that the PD's did a terrible job developing JD and JP's relationship. For the past ten episodes, JD and JP barely had any connecting moments together. JD might as well be marrying JH since I can believe their relationship. He has been her rock and she trusts him. After seeing the wedding picture shot, I was convinced that the PD's spent way too much time developing the jdxjh relationship than jdx jp relationship.

Even though it is said that in the next episode there is going to be a huge turnabout with JD and JP, really will people believe it? Up to this point, I don't believe that they were in love because JD does really bad job showing that she loves the guy. She even said that the promise they made to each other is no more since they are different people now. It's laughable at how quickly things will turnaround for the couple when I cannot believe that their feelings almost a year ago has remained unchanged.

JP has only shown that he still wants her, but she really hasn't shown that she wants him. that's the point of this blurb. In the next three episodes (which came abruptly), I hope to see their relationship realistically bloom and make me believe in the JOONDI couple!

okay so ive been supportive of jaekyung ever since she appeared and i really liked her ...UNTIL THIS EPISODE. actually, i take that back i still like her.

so the actress is okay, yeah shes pretty blah blah and jaekyung is a decent character as well... but what does jaekyung like so much about junpyo that shes so desperate to get with him?

he's tall dark and handsome and rich, i get that. i wont say smart cause hes a bit dumb, and yeah she says she likes that he has eyes for only one girl, and etc..

but sheesh!!! in no way should a girl EVER be desperate enough to STILL want to marry a guy who kneels in front of her to let him go to another girl. never ever. ever.

the only word i can describe her with right now is pathetic. not like 'GAH! she's pathetic!' but like, the fact she wants junpyo so much (even enough to want to marry him still) is just gosh darn pathetic...

what a waste of a potentially awesome possum character...

but another thing im wondering is why is the fiancee arc so long? i didnt really have a problem with it (until this episode) but personally i think Jaekyung's management company is trying WAY to hard to get her face known. unfortunately the longer jaekyung is in BOF, the more people are starting to take Ha Jaekyung as Lee Minjung...

YEAh! I hope this happens... I think it really is cool if this happens. But I hope they will not include the girl who took care of JP while he had the amnesia.

I was hoping for a good episode today, it was quite a disappointment though. Maybe next week it will be really exciting. Jundi couple will surely, surely be together. No JAEKYUNG!! hahahahaha....

The wedding phtotshoot contest was great! But so sad for Jihoo, it will be his last remembrance of being with Jandi.

^ Ok, i told myself i would refrain from posting in this thread until i finished my papers and finished watching ep21.. but from reading all the spoilers and thoughts of people here and then reading yours, i can't help but agree furthermore. I have not ever jumped ship nor did i want to .. I've been with Joon Pyo and Jan Di ever since the start of BOF and even through all the angst and disappointment that both characters have brought upon us, i still have a whole lot of faith in them. I'm glad you pointed this out because Joon Pyo has indeed changed, not matured completely, but he's grown into a better and more insightful person.~~ For once, he's not thinking of himself alone. He doesn't want any harm done to the person he loves. If he tells Jan Di about his deal with his mom in Macau etc., he knows Jan Di will choose to stay away from him even more; Jan Di will not want to cause any pain or pressure for Joon Pyo~ he knows this himself. Sure, it's not fair to Jan Di that he keeps it away from her, but it's his only way to protect her. And either way~ he gets hurt himself. We still have a stubborn Joon Pyo even though he's grown and became more aware of consequences. If he had all the freedom like Ji Hoo, i'm sure we'd be calling him a Jan Di stalker.xD He has to face many more obligations and pressure from his mom and Shinhwa Group, with no guidance. Even though people are disappointed at Joon Pyo for not "manning up", i think it's absolutely beautiful that for once, he's thought of other people's feelings other than his own. I'm sure he knew that he would be hurt either way.

I admit, i also had a lot of faith in Jae Kyung~ but that was because of the original character in the manga and the ones portrayed after that. She seemed very likable in past renditions of HYD.. In BOF, i must say that she as an obstacle for too long. I thought she was an adorable free spirit, but i didn't think her character would take this route.. Yes, there are many flaws about this version and all the other versions of HYD, but i still can't help it that i still love BOF more.. :blush: If we were suppose to hate Jae Kyung this much, be mad at Joon Pyo this much (even though i'm bias as heck when it comes to him ), be in love with Ji Hoo this much, feel for Jan Di this much~~ then i think our actors, PDnim, and scriptwriter here have done their job!

I can't wait for episode 21 subs to come out! It's drawing to an end now and I'm desperate for some JD and JP scenes already!! And what happens next when JK finds JD and JP in that bed situation. I nearly fainted it was so sweet. It's like JP was vulnerable, let his guard down coz he had just woken up and pulled her for a hug without thinking... I wanna be JD!! Damn JK for ruining the moment! grr

Ji-Hoo acoustic version of I'm Stupid... and what about that song that has the ticking clock noise, the one that's slow and by a male singer? The song that is played once when JP is putting the blanket on JD, and then played again after the scary movie when JK is putting the blanket on the sleeping JP?? I love that song! I WANT that song. I read somewhere that the 2nd OST wasn't supposed to be released until 23rd? Think we should hold our breath and see if another one comes out?? The two songs I want the most aren't on there! I'm devastated!

Because they did say it would definitely feature Hyunjoong's acoustic solo, he recorded it for that purpose so it should be in there.

Also the song that we all love in Ep.20 that plays when JD falls asleep....they used it so much, how could it NOT be in the OST.

Those 2 songs..(and 2 others) are what swayed me into buying it!

And I dont get how people got it so quick when its not meant to be released for another week yet...and I havent heard anything of a leak.
