Some fun stuff to pass the waiting time... Kim Bum Sang's birthday is, April 30th, 1977.

After my little stint into the realms of the chinese Zodiac, I looked up KBS data, too. according to wikipedia, his year sign ("how others perceive you") is yin-fire-snake, while his inner sign ("what motivates the person") is wood-dragon. Nothing being said about the hour of his birth (his "true sign" that determins his personality), sadly.

So, the others perceive him as:

Element of fire:

Dynamic, Humanitarian, Enterprising, Adventurous, Restless

Competitive, Leadership Skills, Strong, Single-minded, Loves a good laugh

Snake:

Deep thinker, wise, mystic, graceful, soft-spoken, sensual, creative, prudent, shrewd, ambitious, elegant, cautious, responsible, calm, strong, constant, purposeful. Can be loner, bad communicator, possessive, hedonistic, self-doubting, distrustful, mendacious.

EDIT: I had the b-day wrong... Finally found the screnshot from episode 1 back on page 49! So, it's not rabbit, but dragon for the month-sign. Though, after reading the rabbit-sign, I'm almost tempted to think that he's born in the rabbit-hour. :sweatingbullets:

I just love the new look of CH, from her outfit, to her hairdo and accessories.

I guess they already change the wardrobe consultant or may be it`s Suna who decided to change her

wardrobe. 6 more episode to go and the drama is getting more intense.

Regarding KSA's weight, why it goes up and down like that. I mean look at Renee Zellwegger after she put on those weight for "bridget jones' series" she loses right back, to some point she lost it too much she became so skinny. That's not healthy right?

I think Suna had a problem maintaining her weight after MNIKSS, she is very slim before that, specially in her movie Greatest Expectation, i think she doesn`t look good being very skinny. Her weight in S-diary is just perfect.

KRW looks ill... she`s very skinny. I don`t know why she had to loose too much weight.

I`m happy that Suna prefer to have a healthy figure.

She looks fresh and young looking all the time.

and her hairdo. But what happened at the end? The conversation

between TL Kang and KBS and finally CH turned up to say something.

Is she accusing KBS of something ..... ? Please can someone translate

what she said? Thanks.

brief synopsis as there was a lot of conversation involved today

* KBS shows proof to HCH that her father is alive and he says that he will help her in finding him

* HCH tells this news to her father's friend and asks to find about him.

* HCH tells his brother about their father being alive . They later have a talk where his brother says that he is not happy that his father being alive did not search for them but she replies that she also hates her father for many reasons but she always hoped that he will be alive.

* TL gathers more information about KBS as he suspects that KBS is HGD .

* In a meeting they all decide that they will try to capture HGD.

* HCH gets a list of addresses from her father's friend about the whereabouts of his father.

* HCH and KBS search for her father and get no news and finally they went to meet someone who once worked with his father and he tells that he has not met with him recently but told her that her father talked about HCH and his brother and that he wants to return to them after he has returned all the stolen items as a good father.

* KBS takes HCH to his grandparent's house and there they have a meal and hid grandmother keeps treating HCH like KBS GF and KBS says it is not like that but she says that initially relationships start as co-workers.

* KBS grandfather asks whether he likes HCH and he then retorts back by asking him whether his grandfather likes HCH and he initially gives a positive response and later a negative one so KBS keeps asking.

* HCH read KBS's diary when he was young and she reads two pages ( don't remember a lot but ) the 2nd page talked about why KBS walked up the stairs of that hill and that KBS wished that he could meet his father and mother and also wished that his father and mother to be happy.

KBS and HCH in the car

* HCH and KBS are returning in the car and KBS gets a call from the (joker) Prof. and he tells him that TL asked him about KBS and he told him the truth ( He told TL that KBS was fired from the TV job and that KBS has problems with Jang CH and that Jang CH wants revenge against him) but as he is KBS friend he is telling him this. Hearing this HCH suspects TL has found about KBS recovering the 'Artifact 2' . KBS tells her that he is not happy about TL finding about him and even if he did bad by accepting Jang CH proposal , he did not do any bad by improving the 'Artifact 2'. HCH then says that he should not talk bad about TL as from TL's point of view suspecting KBS would have been hard as well as he knows KBS and still suspecting him. After hearing this KBS gets angry and says that he forgot that HCH loves TL and that if she understands TL so much then has she ever tried to understand KBS . She only replied that they will talk later (at this moment KBS was really angry).

* Next day HCH leaves alone and KBS calls her to come back but then she possibly sees her father on other side and KBS doesnot get any answers after calling HCH repeatedly and finally he finds her drinking soju. HCH is drunk and KBS tries to bring her back home and she yells (totally drunk) at him as who gave him the right to bring her back home and he asks whether something wrong has happened and after shouting a bit she replies that she saw her father but (not totally sure have to watch again ) he was somebody else.

* The next day she gets a new message from KBS on the recorder which said something about to not cry in the morning.

* In the museum one more 'Artifact' has turned up and this was also stolen by HCH ' s father and she recognizes the 'Artifact' on seeing it. then HCH calls his father's friend to confirm it and he also tells him that the 'Artifact 3' (returned in ep 9) was also stolen by his father . After hearing this and remembering what her father 's co-worker had told her , she comes to the conclusion written in the end.

TL in this eps suspects KBS being HGD and tries to confirm it by finding information about him.

JH first suspects that KBS is HGD but later she thinks that HGD is HCH :lol:

We get to know a bit about KBS past and how he had longed for his parents.

KBS has totally fallen for HCH and he only has to realize that these feelings are of love , he always wants to be with her , he is worried when he gets no answer from her , he gets furious when HCH regards TL highly than KBS and there are lot of glances exchanged between them.

At that moment TL was suspecting KBS being HGD and was asking for his alibi and HCH comes and says that previous day until night KBS was with her and that he is not HGD and the true HGD is her father Sap jung goon Hae tae soo.

Anyway, I actually sensed that she was very disappointed that KBS didn't "go any

further" when he sent her home after being out hunting for her father and meeting

his grandparents. He reacted indifferently after he answered a call in the car.

Wonder what the call was about.

As for LDG, compared to a year or so ago, he has lost weight dramatically. I hope he recovers a few pounds, it sure would look better on him (also, if he really plans on doing his military stint by the end of the year, if he's still in that kind of shape (just thinkin about the filming of the "digging a hole" scene) they'll wipe the floor with him.)...

isn't there this 'law' in korea regarding military service that if you are the only son in the family you could somehow be excused? :unsure:

No he only said that she was with him until some time and told him that he probably was home later.

About what they talked in the car I have written in the synopsis and you can read from there.

I wonder, when KBS will be sure about his feelings towards CH and how he will tell her about it?

Will HCH, accept him or Ch does feel something for KBS already?

I notice that when KBS comforted CH, he embrace her with only one arm, why is that?

I think kanshu can answer this body language of KBS.
