Are you sure the subtitles made by QQ are good?? I had bad experiences with this QQ name. I bought a few dramas translated by QQ. They're all suck! Maybe your friend didn't turn on the English subtitles since she understands Chinese.

Do they even dub?

That's a lot for bootleg dvds.

I happen to have my eye on the pink one that says "Palace" on it (partly because I call the show Palace and I know I'd get annoyed if I called it Palace but owned one that said "Princess Hours" on it ) but the only thing I really care about is the quality of the English subs, so if anyone knows from experience or research or anything what the quality of subs on any of these are, I'd appreciate some info, because I want to know which one would be best to buy. Thanks!

They're bootleg copies, and subs wise they are horrible. Yesasia is pre-selling them, but they price is heft as compared to Ebay. For Goong, any price is worth it ^.^

I don't care what anyone says *hides just in case* but if JJH is taken out of goong and Shin is played by another person, GOONG will never EVER be the same again. It's not because he's good looking or anything otherwise, but it's because it's him who makes Shin SHIN. (i bet i didn't make any sense. hehe)

I really do hope his management get their head fixed straight and let him act the role of Shin no matter the PRICE.

Seriously, I LOVE GOONG, but if any of the characters look different, the mood will spoil for me. I will never look at it the same again. *sniffs sniffs*

I can't wait for the DVD with english subs to come out. I got a job just to save money to buy the original one from YESASIA. So far, i got almost 100 USD. No matter how much the price is, I'm SO going to buy it!!!!!!!! LOL. I'm too obsessed. hehe.

I thought Shin (JJH) wasnt that good looking at first too. But as I watch it, I found that he's really cute when he smiles I love it when he smiles :blush: . And yup I watch this because of Yoon Eun Hye , so I love her role (Chaegyung) heheh so kute. I was very impressed of her acting skills too. Both of them did such a great job *claps*
