HI, I am just new hear and a lurker for the past 2 weeks. I feel inlove with CJM and MGY! I must agree that they have strong chemistry onscreen!

Thank you for all the BTS stories and photos. I watched Happy Together and somehow, their body langauge tells it all that they are attracted to each other esp. CJM. The mere fact that they are aloof touching each other or some sort of awkardness means they are afraid to show their true feelings. It is obvious that CJM listens to all the answers of MGY whenever asked. Even the time she mentioned about to whom she is close too. Also, you'll never know, when CJM mentioned about the 2 actresses he is close to, MGY did before the end of the show mentioned 2 names of guys she is closed too.

There is a woman she is with...is she someone impt.? I really hope that CJM and MGY will fall for each otehr in real life. It's been almost 7 months that CS ended in Korea but no sigthings of them together yet. I hope they are just hiding. By observation, it seems that CJM ismore into MGY and therefore, maybe the reason why there is no development yet is bec. MGY is not attracted to him? I noticed too that CJM's projects are with characters of a bad/tough guy lately. His movie and new drama with a bit of action. Also his hairstyle is like TY of 2pm now with bangs. Does the transformation integrate to MGY's interest in a dating partner? I noticed too in happy together show, it seems the CJM thinks or observes that MGY is more into TY and that's why he is being BITTER! JUST MY OPINION;)

Chun Jung Myung wants to work out with UEE and Son Ye Jin

Actor Chun Jung Myung (of “Cinderella’s Sister” and “Fashion 70’s” fame) revealed his crush through MBC’s “Come to Play“.

Chun Jung Myung is known for having an interest in sports, so when he was asked about who he wanted to work out with, the actor chose After School’s UEE. He said, “I heard she’s a good swimmer. I really wish I could learn from her.”

He also chose Son Ye Jin as another star he would like to hit the gym with.

He revealed, “I saw her once in person and she was shining.” When Kim Won Hee advised him to send a video message to Son Ye Jin, he gladly accepted.

He said to her, “Son Ye Jin-sshi, I want to kiss you. I’m the best guy in Korea.”

The hilarious episode airs on February 21st.

Someone did make an MV of Mr. Bitter during his X-man day. Man he was such a dork, but at the same time, can't really blame his fashion because it was the fashion back then. But his dance was LMAO. No wonder why when in HT MC Yoo asked everybody to sing and dance except for one person, Mr. CJM himself. All CJM did was laugh and cheered on. I guess MC Yoo knows that CJM dance is not his strength.

And I agree, CJM is a very very private individual. We don't know a lot about his family, minus the fact that they are very close and have a good family BG. Otherwise, not much his known. Then, there never been any serious scandals about him, but if you say his rumor relationship with GHJ is, then ok, but I doubt it's that serious because Jo In Sung was also involved, but all parties joked about it because they are very close friends.

I doubt blame him for being close to SW because she jokes a lot on the set and I understand that out of the four, MGY is the most serious one. SW is also close to Taec too as you can see during the HT sets, how she jokes with both guys and MGY is more distant. But I guess things have changed now and all 4 are very close, especially with CJM and MGY.

I have a question...during the HT and MGY was dancing, why did MC Yoo grab CJM hands and they both laugh? Is it because of MGY sexing dance? It was funny how everybody was looking at MC YOO and CJM thinking, is these two guy crazy?

Hello! I so love CJM and admittedly love him for MGY! It might be too late to comment on this post as it's been 9 months after. However, in my country, it is presently on air. I watched HT videos when I started liking CGJ and MGY... I think, the reason why CJM and MC Yoo were laughing or laughed all of a suden bec. CJ said said MGY's hobby is Jazz dance but the first highlighted dance step of MGY is not. lol so maybe they both wondered if that was the Jazz dance of the younger generation. LOL

On the other hand, the BTS kiss, I should say was quite telling that the last two takes or NGs were real kisses and not such simply an on-screen kiss. You could notice the facial reaction of CJM being so engrossed for "real" with the kiss upon say "cut" of the director. Also, in this BTS, you could somehow sense that MGY was already very comfortable and maybe close to CJM bec, she was kissing him back.

This thread has been quiet for some time so I searched for updated news of CJM in his DCInside Gall website. Using goggle to translate (and I hope I got a clear understanding of the translation coz you know how frustrating goggle translations could often be), I gathered that he’ll be having a fan meet on Nov. 19, 2010 in Tokyo, Japan. This will also serve as an inauguration of his fan club there. Meanwhile, CJM surprised a lot of people and attracted attention when he came to watch the Lotte Giants vs. Doosan Bears baseball game in Busan. Here's a picture.

The Duo establishes itself as Monday-Tuesday leader

Dream High‘s departure from airwaves paves the way for a new Monday-Tuesday ratings leader, and it’s MBC’s The Duo, the switched-at-birth sageuk drama starring Chun Jung-myung and Lee Sang-yoon as men living each other’s lives.

The latest ratings put The Duo well in front with an 18.4% rating for Tuesday’s episode, its highest to date, buoyed by the entrance of its adult cast. (The 32-episode drama spent a good number of years in the main characters’ childhoods, and although the young actors earned praise for their performances, let’s be honest: We’re all in it for the grown-up boys.)

Second-place finisher was SBS’s finance-themed Midas with a 12.4%, while new kid on the block Crime Squad came in third with a 7.9%. It’s not a great number for the crime drama starring Song Il-kook as a hotheaded cop and Lee Jong-hyuk as his (ice-cold, yet so hot) police chief boss — but I take comfort in Girlfriday’s favorable impression of its premiere episode.

This is good news for MBC, which has had very little luck cultivating hits in recent years. Although the so-called “MBC curse” is reserved for the ill-fated Wednesday-Thursday slot, MBC has been struggling all around, and badly needed The Duo to be a hit. (They gambled on it, tacking on 11 extra episodes of Queen of Reversals to accommodate The Duo’s delayed filming schedule even though the ratings didn’t really justify the extension. MBC’s only other midweek drama with a decent showing was the cute ball o’ fluff My Princess, although ratings on that slid down as the story got a little less cute and a lot more boring.)

I don’t anticipate that either Crime Squad or Midas will suddenly shoot up to double their ratings, so I suspect The Duo will find its path clear to remain in the top slot and, perhaps, perform well into the 20′s, ratings-wise.

"The Duo" rules primetime slot for 2nd week

MBC’s historical series "The Duo" ruled the Mondays and Tuesdays primetime slot another week, according to data by two media research companies on Wednesday. "The Duo" yielded an average viewership rating of 13.7 percent on the poll for Total National Multimedia Statistics (TNmS) and 16.2 percent on the findings by AGB Nielsen Media Research (AGB), leading its competitors for the second straight week while showing almost no change in terms of the rating itself. In this week's episodes, Mak-soon (Yoon Yoo-sun) lies to Chun-dung (Chung Jung-myung) once again, saying she is his real mother. She then schemes to take him to old and wealthy official Yi whom she had an affair with a long time ago, in order to receive a family fortune by claiming that Chun-dung is his son. SBS drama "Midas" scored an average viewership rating of 11.9 percent on TNmS' chart and 12.8 percent on AGB’s poll, the figures about a one percent improvement on the former chart but showing no change on the latter. In "Midas," Kim Do-hyun (Jang Hyuk) succeeds in bringing down HanYoung Bank in order to take it over but conglomerate son Yoo Sung-joon (Yoon Je-mun) suddenly joins the bid and is named the preferred bidder, leaving Kim in trouble. KBS series "Detectives In Trouble" revealed an average viewership rating seven percent and 7.55 percent on TNmS’ and AGB’s surveys, respectively, continuing to remain in the seven percent range since last week. In the drama, after the death of two ballerinas who died while performing "Romeo and Juliet," detective Park Se-hyuk (Song Il-gook) finds a clue in one of the girls’ diary and sets off to arrest staff member Kim Hyung-tae only to be halted by a sudden gunshot.

It's good to be back! Long time no hear!

I just read about CJM's recent spine injury while filming The Duo. And acc. to the news here in Soompi's, he's suppose to have surgery today. I do hope all goes well! (A spinal surgey is very serious! I had one years ago).

Keeping CJM in my thoughts and prayers.

he's going to do a film called 따이공 'ddayigong' , a thriller where he's a smuggler who travels back and forth china, japan to korea.(reminds me a little of yoon kye sang's pungsan dog... )

Hello to All Chun Jun Myung Fans Out There....

As probably all of you have known already, CJM will have another drama soon (October 2011) in KBS "The Man of Honor" or "Glory Jane" with Park Min Young (Sungkyunkwan Scandal, City Hunter). Let us put his thread back to life again by supporting him on his new drama....

I am not that familiar yet with Chun Jun Myung however I've watched him in Cinderella's Sister with Moon Geun Young. He acted great there. And now that he's teamed up with my favorite K-actress (PMY), I got the interest to know him better. And I hope through this thread, I will learn more from him.
