Well, a lot on the surgery side do look unnatural, but that doesn't mean that all of them got surgery. The ones on the natural side definitely looks better.

Some of those people in the "natural side" does not have a natural nose. In reality, people with plastic nose have 'better looking nose' (since the whole point of surgery is to make your nose look better) unlike what the picture's trying to tell.

i think some of the people on the un-natural side are in fact NATURAL...

for example junjin hasn't changed ever since shinhwa came out and hyung joon i think thats just what he looks like seriously
