Nearly wanted to go on their diet but looking at their list for my blood type, felt I'd be malnourished by the time I finished! A lot of good nutritious foods are cut out. Personally, I'd eat the widest range of foods possible, and eat less of the "less desirable" foods. All in, a good guide, but I won't take their theories or hypotheses as law.
