Thanks ngoc chieu nguyen for the IAQ video,  it's nice to see that SHK is having fun filming this movie ! when i saw the still photos and trailer of IAQ it somehow reminds me of the "Sex and the City" hollywood movie with 4 female lead stars also but just dont know if the storyline do have similarities. With the still photos/trailer of this movie , i can say it is more of a commercial film that we can't really expect that this will be cited by any award giving body but then it is more of a breakthrough character/role for SHK coz this is something different from her usual "pitiful/damsel in distress roles" and she got to dress up glamorously  and this production does have an extravagant and fancy settings which makes this movie something to watch out for. and oh how i wish ill be able to watch this on the big screen! hope we can hear soon some reviews of this film to know more about it and looking forward for more promos!photo-B4Z3DB72ZRD4
hi scf12! yeah very true that we are looking forward for more updates and we just have to be patient as she needs to have a break also  , who knows in the coming days SHK will just surprise us .
thanks ticktockjuly for the confirmation of that issue! always hope for the best for SHK!

With the current trend of male stars dating older ladies, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun made a sudden confession to actress Song Hye Kyo.

On July 17’s broadcast of MBC’s Radio Star, the MC panel discussed the older woman-young man coupling taking the entertainment industry by storm recently.

They particularly talked about Han Hye Jin and Ki Sung Yueng, who have a 8-year difference between them.

Speaking on the topic, Kyuhyun remarked, “I heard that when Ki Sung Yueng saw Han Hye Jin, he called her ‘Hye Jin’ almost immediately.”

Noting that Ki Sung Yueng got his lady by dropping honorifics, Kyuhyun asked, “Will it work if I do that?”

Then he turned to the camera to address his ideal lady and said, “Nuna, you are Hye Kyo. You′re the only one I see in my eyes!”

@Jennifer, greetings
SHK has no "public confirmed" BF. However, there is an active "ship" going. Lots of speculations, analysis, and of course, pictures that seeminglyshow "action speaks louder than words." She has two movies with this particular actor. The most recent is of course, her movie "My PalpitatingLife". It attracted 1.8 million viewers in Korea, with film budget 3.2 billion won.
Her Korean name was included in the movie "Kundo" line of credits. Last line before the sponsors, 7th name, among 15.

Details of the 2014 London Korean Film Festival programme, and of its literature strand, are still emerging. As already announced it’s great news that Kim Hoon’s short story Hwajang is featured, in Im Kwon Taek’s adaptation. The story is available in an English translation by in the expanded edition of Land of Exile, translated by Marshall Pihl and Bruce & Ju-Chan Fulton.

Not yet available in an English translation – although a few pages of the story were the subject of a translation battle between Deborah Smith and Eugene Lee at the London Book Fair 2014 – is Kim Aeran’s My Palpitating Life (두근두근 내 인생 – translated as A Life Aflutter by the London Book Fair contenders). The short story has been brought to the screen by LKL’s favourite director, E J-yong, in a film which has been given the title My Brilliant Life for the purposes of the international film audience. The film is anticipated to be screening at the LKFF as part of the literature / webtoon strand.

Wikipedia has the following plot summary:

Immature and clumsy Dae-soo and beautiful but foul-mouthed Mi-ra were both seventeen-year-old teenagers when Mi-ra became pregnant. Their son Ah-reum was born, but he was diagnosed with the extremely rare genetic disorder progeria, which makes its recipient age prematurely and rapidly. Years later, Ah-reum is now seventeen himself, but his body is that of an eighty-year-old man. Sensing that he doesn’t have much time left, Ah-reum writes a story about how his young parents fell in love and how he came to be, hoping to give it as a gift to them on his eighteenth birthday.

BUSAN: Song Hye-kyo to Reign in Desen Media’s ‘Queens’

BUSAN — Korean star Song Hye-kyo, Vivian Wu and Shawn Dou star in “The Queens,” a contemporary Chinese rom-com in the vein of “Tiny Times” or “So Young.”

Like “So Young,” which was directed by actress Vicky Zhao, “The Queens” is the directorial debut of actress Annie Yi (“The Assassins,” “Good Men, Good Women”.)

Production is by Ann An, whose Desen Media was among the producers of “Tiny Times,” and the “Ip Man” features, and which is currently preparing a wartime epic “Moon Flower of Flying Tigers,” with Hollywood’s Paula Wagner.

“Queens,” currently in post-production, arrives at the Busan market handled by Easternlight, the specialty Asian arm of Australian-U.S. sales and production finance group Arclight Films.

The story involves three cosmopolitan women – an actress, a PR specialist and a gallery manager – wrestling with the ups and downs of their romantic lives. Along the way they manipulate friends, embarrass their enemies and try to show the world who is queen in the game of love.

The technical package is first rate. Cinematography is by Mark Lee (“In the Mood for Love”); sound designer is Taiwan’s Du Tuu Chih; film editor is Korea’s Hah Sung Won (“Christmas in August,” “A Moment to Remember”); production designer is Hong Kong’s Second Chan (“Iron Man 3” “Kung Fu Hustle”).

Other cast include Joe Chen, Vivian Wu (“The Joy Luck Club,” “8 ½ Women”), Shawn Dou (“Under the Hawthorn Tree,” “Wolf Totem”), Jerry Yang, Jiang Wu, Zheng Yuan Chang, and Qin Hao.

Desen is aiming to for a release next month on Nov. 11, known as ‘Singles’ Day’ in China.

“We want to present the mystery, desires, sorrows, and pain of urban relationships,” said An.

“The recent trend of adept actors-turned-directors such as Zhao Wei and Wang Leehom has proven very successful in the current market. Nick Cheung’s ‘Ghost Rituals,’ showcasing in BIFF this year is another recent example,” said Elliot Tong, head of Asian sales and acquisitions for Arclight.

Song is a leading example of the Korean film, TV and music stars who have made the successful transition to stardom in China. She recently appeared in Wong Kar-wai’s “The Grandmaster” and next appears in John Woo’s “The Crossing,” which is set for a peak season release this December.

Chinese films previously handled by Easternlight include Nicolas Cage-starring “Outcast,”  “Special ID,” with Donnie Yen “The Assassins,” with Chow Yun Fat and “Dangers Liaisons,” with Zhang Ziyi, Cecilia Cheung and Jang Dong Gun.
