I haven't watched many sageuks but I love watching historical drama even tho I'm bad at history lol
my first sageuk is jewel in the palace and I really love it. what I love from historical drama are the sets, the costumes, and exploring different historical periods so I'm looking forward to this drama.

I hope she don't get upset what they are commenting, but continue to give us her best performance in every project.
KGE is pretty especially when she smile, people who make a bad comment abour her looks must be beheaded or thrown into space without spacesuit

I'm still have a trust to KES gives us a happy ending. Hear from my friend that the original ending of Yoon Myung Joo on DOTS was supposed to die but KES changed it because she was afraid that she couldn't have a peaceful life at SK or get out from SK
so If KES dare to give us a not happy ending so she wouldn't have a peaceful life not just at SK but all over the world because monarchs all around the world will haunt her lol, so for the sake of her safety, she must give a happy ending to our King and Queen

If I'm not mistaken LG used 자네 to call JTE and netflix just subs it as "hey", 자네 means you but it's a bit old way of calling you, I'm not used to hear this word too when watch K-drama because young people usually don't use this word but old people do.

Interesting, well In Episode 1, we are told that the manpashikjeok has much more power than just opening a portal and maybe this flute (when become one again not just half) has a power to make someone traveling back so LG can be one of his savior candidates

yesss, he's not slow, he's smart enough and fast learner because he doesn't know much information and it's already 24 years (?) that LR back to back between ROC and KOC, prepared and made a plan but LG can make some hypothesis and conclusion about what already happened in just a short amount of time, for me LG is a good enough as a observer and analyst

Hi i'm newcomer in this thread and thanks to everyone in this thread for your insightful posts
i was intrigued from the beginning because this drama talk about writer and book and yes its getting interesting, i'm still on SJ Father didn't see Yoo but what he's talking to SJ is the fate first draft but we will see later haha. I also love the conversation between SJ and YS, like @ohanialready mentioned that their convo is intelligent and well written and also heart touching. So far I love our main character Se Ju, Yeon Seol, and i just call him "Yoo"
they are interesting characters, hope their ratings will increase and btw GKP was so cute when hiding under the table haha
