No I'm not his fans... but I only have long ranting about Ying Yuan... I dislike his one side decisions about Yandan... In episode 17 finally he regret his own decisions but later still choose to make one side decision about Yandan.
He knew that he's fallen in love with Yandan, he also willingly confessed about his love and accepted the punishment of love, but he never put his mind on Yandan's POV, he never tried to understand Yandan's POV. Yingyuan as one of Great Deity, used that title and position made decision about the one and only woman he loved.
That's why I prefer Yandan end up with Yang Mo despite that actor's acting still is not as good as YZ nor CY here.

I just wanna say that I have fallen in love with this drama since episode 1, scene RJS - FSZ dance. Somehow I got some weird tense that made me felt so excited.. Hahahahahaha...
So far I like the ML-FL's scene together, and yes the ML is still young here, he's 20 y.o meanwhile she's 23 y.o, she's 3 years older, and yes his father did something bad with her family business. Indirectly his father was the cause that made her became poor like that.
Oh yah the conversation between ML and his fiancee, that made me wondering about his real intention towards FL, is it true feeling or obssession to get what impossible?

We have 3 couple
Spoiler(1) Both alive, husband and wife but can not live as husband and wife because Nation and People always be their first priority
(2) Both die and left their son to their trust person - Di Xu trust Shifu like half parts of himself & Ti Lan also trust Haishi as her own sister and the only friend
(3) Both alive and live together as husband and wife
They have their own happy ending, meanwhile we, the common viewers, sit and cry because of their bittersweet journey.
My opinion
Spoilerabout Shifu and Haishi has their children, only for let their own child become Baixi for this Crown Prince. That's cruel. Eventhough the Crown Prince not their own son, but they indeed looking after him like their own son. Both of them take care the Crown Prince together, make sure the Crown Prince become the great and wise leader. As Haishi's wish, they grow old together and looking after their child.
And Shifu in the end back live in shadow, that's the best. Because Emperor already declared Shifu has died. That's good Shifu not back in court because if both of them stay in spotlight, people can use their relationship as backfired. With Shifu stay in shadow, their relationship can be stay close

Finally tonight the last episode will be aired. I really need happy ending, but with many sweet moments between Shifu and Haishi made me lil bit afraid with the ending tonight. Will they give us sweet before tears?
Somehow I have feeling eventhough Haishi kept talking about having child together with Shifu, they might not make it. Because with Haishi's position as Young Emperor's Regeant and has Shifu's child, that can be a new problem. But I don't know. For now just trust our PD and the writer.

Oh my gosh... when Haishi still asked about 'likes' (shi huan), our gentle Shifu answered with 'love' (ai). But unfortunately Shifu only kept that in his heart because he's afraid eventhough Haishi looks so drunk maybe she could hear what he said....
Okay so sweet how Shifu finally proposed Haishi, but why Shifu asked Haishi married him that night? If Shifu and Haishi already had their first night together, that's big chance that's their children. But in preview, the Emperor said that's the only one thing that she should do.
Curious for the next episodes... The Emperor clearly knew that Shifu really loved Haishi and did all he could for Haishi. And he also clearly admit that he loved Tilan

As for the Young Emperor, my guess is that he is the child of Sifu and Haishi. Because knowing Haishi, she will Never Allow the emperor to consumate their wedding. Their wedding is all a Show, put on for others to see. And of course the Emperor gladly uses it to get back at Sifu for causing the Death of his beloved Queen. To check and balance Sifu. Because with Haishi at his side, Fang Jian Ming will never dare Rebel against the emperor. The emperor is not stupid

Shifu did that because he thought Haishi's life was safe with The Emperor.
In episode 11/12, when Shifu explained about him as The Emperor's Baixi, I got the feeling that time Shifu got conflict in his minds, he made his best friend lost his wife and his unborn baby, but in same time he realize as a Baixi his life was in danger and he could die anytime, he indeed loved Haishi and he clearly knew that Haishi loved him, but he couldn't with her, so he apologized.
One question, if The Emperor let Shifu-Haishi's son as the next emperor, isn't he's not Royal Blood?
I remember a drama Legend of Phoenix, the FL become the regent of the next emperor but actually that's not her own son. The next emperor, the young boy, really loved and respect her as his Mom and Queen Dowager. But later FL asked his young emperor to let her out of palace, let him become the real ruler. In the end FL met again the ML and they're together. The ML was the general that protected the country. So young emperor who knew about FL actually loved the general, let FL and ML together

SpoilerI dunno the reason Shifu pushed Haishi away. He clearly knew that he loved Haishi, and the mermaid also confirmed about that.
Why he did that kinda flirting with The Emperor's sister but got jealous when Haishi was close with another man? Actually when Haishi threw the hairpin from Shifu, I got conflicted feeling, I felt happy because Shifu got the pain because of his own stupid choice, but I felt sad because both of them were in pain.
About the spoiler Yangmi and the young boy
SpoilerThe young boy with that clothes would be the young emperor, the next emperor. I dunno he would be Emperor and Haishi's son or Emperor and Princess Tilan's son. If that's Emperor and Haishi's son, I guess this would be similar like in novel.

perhaps she is the one who reveals that Hai Shi is a girl to someone who is Sifu's enemy and that person brings it up to the Emperor so that the Emperor will punish her. And to save her from the official's wrath (as pretending to be a guy is a crime punishable by death), sifu has to allow the Emperor to take her into his harem. This is my guess, and this is where it takes a departure from the novel.
@maria_m2me HIGH FIVE, I do the same exact things as you, we are kindred spirit, I too watch new previews first!!And yes, I am wondering if he relaxes his stance a bit towards Hai Shi, sending her sweets?hhmmm. But you know in C-dramas, all this sweetness is setting us for the agony that's gonna happen soon, right? Pleasure before pain...sigh.

I am sure he realised she rested her head against his back, there's no way he didn't feel that.Actually I'm not sure about Haishi would be a concubine, but sure the fact that Haishi's a girl would make The Emperor put more attention about her. Remember that he clearly knew that Haishi's absolutely special for Shihu, The Emperor was the one who called Haishi as Shifu's favorite disciple.

But I also ever read some spoiler from the novel said that Haishi would had a son from the Emperor, the next Emperor. But if Shifu didn't have any son, so the next Emperor never had Baixi right? As I remember it said there's special blood connection between Royal and Fang, Fang always be Emperor's Bai Xi.
Hahahahahahaha... Sorry if I think unrelated with this dramas, because I still have hope that the Emperor will has his son, the next Emperor from the princess, and Shifu has his son too with Haishi. Still hoping for happy ending please.

- withhold strategic info from Sifu
- delay getting the news back to Emperor Chu
The Emperor should not have given this responsibility to her. Perhaps Emperor Chu wants to compensate JQQ for not getting married to Sifu.

Agree Manager Ju not only shared about the real identity but also Shifu-Haishi's relationship. She also blocked the news to the Emperor. The Emperor only knew Shifu went to the North but didn't knew about Haishi's condition, still with Shifu chose to the North, the Emperor certain there's something happened about Haishi
So lucky to joint here, just watched the interview... We can get little clue about this dramas. And for now I got feeling from 90% to 98% for BE, I will not get HE.

From the preview ep 18, I thought Manager Ju was died, maybe she did suicide because she knew Shifu would hate her now, at least from not have any significant feeling, she got hatred from Shifu because she wanted to kill Haishi? And I thought, her dead would be related to her niece's blind later. That would hurt FZY.
Yups, I thought FZY and the man who looks like him are twins brother. And what would be happen later, if FZY knew that the one who killed his parents were his Shifu who he looked like his own father?
Somehow I just got the feeling that Emperor already suspected General Su as the mole. When he mentioned about the spy brought to the city, he put more attention towards General Su.
I always watched new preview before I watched new episodes. So maybe in ep 18 we will get little sweetness, because in ep 19 preview FHS got sweet candy from Shifu. Omo... sweet candy in battlefield? What do you mean, Shifu?

Lord Qinghai (Sifu) made it clear to Ju Qi Qi that their Bethrothal is invalid. So I was right. Haishi has jumped into the wrong conclusion and created her own miseries.
* Somewhere along this Story, I expect the Mermaid to help Haishi. So far what the Mermaid has transferred into Haishi's Palm (Ep 1) has not come into Play.

So now Ju Qi Qi became Bitter. That is the problem with the women from ancient eras.
The Emperor is too Revengeful. No doubt Lord Qinghai has accidentally caused the death of his Queen and the yet to be borned Baby. But he did it in the course of carrying out his duty.
He should at least appreciate what Lord Qinghai has done for him all these years. But Emperors (people in Power) are like that.
I expect the Emperor to create more angst for Lord Qinghai - where Haishi is concerned. He wants him to go through the same anguish: "The Lost Of The Woman He Loves"
Fang Zhou Ying is a Traitor from the "Huku Tribe"? Haishi saw him there at the battle. What a Twist?
(But I still doubt it. Separated Twins Perhaps?)
I really love how Shifu made it clear to Manager Ju. After he knew that's the real reason, he spoke his feeling towards Manager Ju "Nothing about romance, in past, present and future", he also spoke to The Emperor.
But he didn't explain to Haishi, because this post to the North indeed could make Haishi become more mature and. He let Haishi go but he definitely should know any news about Haishi, always stand by everywhere and every time. And seemed others finally were sure that Haishi was Shifu favorite desciple.
As @Prettysup said, for this actor he will act 3 different character. For Ti Lan, that actress will act 2 different character. For Ti Lan, as we know beside as Ti Lan, she play as Zhe Zan.
SpoilerFor Fang Zhou Ying, as I remember, Shi Fu saved him 3 years before Shi Fu saved Hai Shi. So maybe Zhou Ying and that man in North is his twins. And because it said he will play 3 character, maybe the last character he play as his father? But Fang Zhou Ying and that man in North will fall in love with same woman. As I remember in one of interview, he said Fang Zhou Ying always one step behind, so I thought maybe that woman will be with that man in North?
In episode 18, from the teaser I guess manager Ju passed away. And Haishi finally knew that Shi Fu not married Manager Ju.

As I read the synopsis, it said The Emperor start to like Hai Shi because she's different form his official courts, she's straightforward and brave, and later he knew that she's a woman. About Hai Shi as Shi Fu's beloved one, I think The Emperor already knew because Shi Fu really overprotective towards Hai Shi sometimes

Seriously I love how Haishi looks so almighty and inspiring in ep 13 & 14 plus I really love Shifu's hairstyle now. So Shifu hairstyle like the difference of his on of mode between as a court officer (general) and as daily hair style?
Oh yah for anyone who already watched, can you explain to me why Shi Fu imagine Haishi with woman looks in water? Does it mean since that day he see Haishi as a woman, he wanna help her but in the end let her drowing?

I just finished episode 10 last night after I back home (I have one day hectic because of my little sister's engagement party but after I washed my hair, I chose to watch ep 9 & 10 last night instead of sleep like my mom's order to me.. wkwkwkwkwkkwkw)
Seriously with teaser ep 11 and ep 14, highly excited for ep 13 and ep 14 for Haishi.
SpoilerFor my own guess, Haishi asked Emperor to send her to the North because Shi Fu rejected her. I remember one of scene that Haishi kissed Shifu and he later pushed her. Shifu started becoming cold towards Haishi because Haishi liked him (sure you would regret this decisions, Shifu)
About bounding between the Emperor and Shifu
SpoilerSince episode 1, already showed that the one who got the arrow was the Emperor but the one who got the wound and poisoned was Shifu. So Shifu was the another's life of the Emperor, back up life. So if people wanted to kill Emperor, the one who got that poison or wound was Shifu.
As I remember, Haishi would know later when she's with the Emperor. Emperor asked her to bite him and later the one who got the wound would be Shifu and the Emperor would be fine, no wound.
About The Emperor
SpoilerAbout him, I thought he actually a good guy too because he's care towards his brothers. He did bad to the princess because she looks like his Empress, so he felt little guilty because he liked her but then he betrayed his dead wife.
And about he did bad to his official, because he knew that officials had bad agenda, to their own benefit. That's why he looked Haishi was interesting because he's brave enough to critic him in front of him.
So that's my own opinion... I put on spoiler tag because I don't want others think that's the real story, as I said that's just own opinion, my own crazy guessing...

Finished watched all 6 episodes and I need more... The feeling for ongoing drama.... Hard to explain it... But honestly till now I got 90% feeling for BE
Spoilerthis drama will be end like the novel (this just my own feeling based on teaser and the MV - as you remember in one of teaser video there's backview of FL (I guess) with long majesty coat (the blue one), maybe FL will be the Female Emperor???
So in drama ML isn't a eunuch, but he's Emperor shadow (for now) but maybe later he make a comeback to court and that time FL become one of Concubine. Oh yah ML choose to not marry, but somehow there's one woman in Palace who likes ML so much, maybe later he will choose to marry her to push FL to the Emperor?
So far all the romantic scene are FL's imagination so later the wedding or another romantic scene will be ML's imagination. Specially for wedding scene, that's ML's imagination because actually that day FL married with the Emperor.
Okay I just want to share my craziness about this long waited drama...

I just watched trailer episode 19 and 20, curious why Li Qian's stepmother and that Lady Gao not respect Baoning Princess? No matter what Baoning is a Princess and because of her, the Li Family get promotion in social life right?
Dunno why I feel Baoning become dull in Li Family, she agree to accept 2 concubines when her husband go to war?

Just finished watching episode 27 and 28. So part 1 about CSS finally willingly accept LBY. And now in part 2, they will start their love journey. I thought we will face about CP's matters that will affect the Queen.
I'm waiting for episode 34 so much.. I wanna see how That Queen Ruyang and LBY's step mom will be shamed because LBY come with The Emperor and King Ruyang.
