recommend me a good anime? based on the ones i've seen and liked....
inuyasha- i liked the anime but it did tend to drag out too much at times.
death note- absolutely LOVED this one, except for the fact that it wasn't realistic at all. by that I don't mean the death note or the shinigamis. it was just unrealistic how L or Light could come up with a conclusion like they just pulled it out of their richard simmons.
samurai champloo- love it. nothing bad to say, nothing extremely great to say.
Code Geass has a "death note" feel to it... check that out. (in both cases, the protagonist are schemers and it's a "cat and mouse" game....)
Hello guys, can you please recommend anime similar to Saiunkoku Monogatari, Fushigi Yuugi or 12 kingdoms.I've watched 12 Kingdoms (well most of it) .. so a female lead? that's not so great at the beginning? I'm currently checking out "blood+" and for some reason the girl reminds me of the protagonist in 12 kingdoms

i watched this too.. but i shouldn't have read the synopsis on the first post.
it ruined half the show for me.... so i enjoyed the last half because i was waiting for someone to die in the first half...
this is one of the better dramas I've seen. I wrote a review of it on my LJ

wu chun's english is not that bad... he's pretty fluent, but has an accent though. But it's pretty good
some of the press conference questions were a bit weird though... -

I have a question.. why's his name sometimes written Wu Chun other times Wu Zun? As well, is there a clip of him speaking english? i''m curious about his english skills since his blog's in English.

Fumoffu is so funny.... it's a spinoff of full metal panic, but you really don't need to watch the original series to watch it. I liked it even more than FMP

I think at least among the three men, time was divided equally. But Mr. B. was out of the picture, i didn't see him as a competition to the guys. Well, during the time in Ulsan, I thought yeah he's a competition to the guys but after that he was more like a romantic distraction. As if NY is wavering when you know she's not.
Though, I like it as it is, you're version is also interesting.
Initially I was like three men wow, i'm sure the focus would be on just one... ohh that's good. That's what I thought. But watching the drama was different. It was confusing at times, but still nice and entertaining. I wish that they stressed one of the daddies, without leaving the other two out. And instead of jumping years without much changes in thier characters and personalities except for an older HS, a single-mom fashionable ahjuma, and three almost 40 ahjussi(s). It would be nicer if one or two of the men have moved on with their personal life. It's just pitiful to see them at the same point all chasing NY and HS. you know what i mean...
yea i agree.. it makes me a bit sad that they didn't develop their own relationships... like they haven't "grown"
mandalaywith - what are the episodes previews? didn't the show end at ep. 16? is the writer planning more tv episodes? or is it just for reading for the fans of the show?

I'm currently rewatching it.. and I still love every episode... hehe I get mad when my sisters tells me the plotline again though (cuz I want to forget as much as possible and rewatch it)
Ah... I remember why I'm so addicted to this and why it's my number one drama. Every episode is so sweet... and leaves me happy, not hating any characters.. yes there are a few oddballs around (the representative and his wife) but their relationship is kinda cute in a way...
I haven't watched any other of the lead's dramas.. perhaps I should check them out one day, but I don't think they'll have the "magic" of this drama. I love how they overturned some of the kdrama cliche around...

I just finished this drama... it's fairly good. Cute but not stupid... and I really liked the ending

I got into Kame cuz of Gokusen and Nobuta wo Produce XDD I just loved how he was so reserved and quiet and cool-looking, lmao. Although his facial features make him look super skinny.. I like Akanishi Jin in Gokusen too but Kame just overpowered him. -shrug- Lol.
that guy is too skinny... I heard that when he was filming NWP, he was underweight
Right now i'm addicted to Ueda's solo.. I think I love all his solos so far... this guy has great writing skills

Oh yeah I forgot Kusano's in the states... studying or something. don't remember where though (either NY or LA)
hehe I miss him even though I haven't seen many clips of him... he might have been my favourite NEWS member if he wasn't kicked out... Kusano's cute... hehe I liked him when I was watching the performance with KAT-TUN (baby blue) and which he kinda annoyed Ueda XD it was too adorable and funny...
I like his style in his solo she's all mine
he has a good voice and dances well.
I don't think he'll go back to NEWS either.... but i think it's very harsh that he (and Uchi) got kicked out. Perhaps I don't understand the culture.. but I remember JJ (DBSK) driving after drinking... and he got suspended for a while, but wasn't kicked out of the group.

Jerry's too old.. ok maybe not.. hehe he's hot enough but his acting skills aren't very good (hm.. actually he isn't that bad. there are a lot worse actors than him... lol i probably feel embarrased over that short fancrush I had of him after watching MG)... the character in the manga is supposed to be so good that he moves people
twdramas tend to drag everything. I hope they keep it light and short... (reason why i would perfer a japanese adaptation) oh well... I like this manga and probably will check it out if the first episode doesn't suck
