    Ha ha.. I think it was easier for me to recognize his voice because I saw the video of live version that he performed in last fan meeting in Korea.. And you're right this OST is very different. I saw someone commented in DB that may be Joo Won sang it as GW. and I agree. The song delivers the emotion of the drama and that particular scene where it was played, very well.

    I know..I don't blame him for that. He needs to protect his own social life. Anyone in his position would do that too. Just because we're following him as he is our favorite's best friend doesn't mean we should make it obvious to him by questioning about JW every time. I hope fans will learn to be more subtle.

    @airplanegirl, Oh his fanboys! Good for them..They'll get to train with their favorite actor! He'll be instructing them.. :D

    I actually was quite surprised to see(from your tweets) that many JW fans active in internet are boys from ..I know that through Gaksital he gained fans from all ages and gender but when I saw his interview in Insadong by SBS Entertainment Night it felt real.. There were so many boys! I saw a bts video upload by a fan where JW shakes hand with a boy and he screams( I'll post it later). It was quite funny but SBS didn't include that. If it was KBS Guerilla Date, they surely would've included that.. :confused:

    I'm also very curious about JW DC Gallery? Is it official Joo Won Fan Club? It always comes with the latest update about JW right? How do they do that? I once read ( may be in JW cuties) that JW actually joined there to chat with them while promoting Catch Me..But they thought he was fake..ha ha.. That's totally understandable. :lol:

    Only dimples..! The drama made a record of wide variety of facial expressions from many casts ( OYS,CRY-Wonja etc) specially from JW. :lol:

    I'm enjoying it very much. I love how they are so brotherly and how they all adore JW. I've actually first watched few episodes randomly from YouTube including the last ep (:(). Then decided to watch from the start as YT doesn't have all the episodes. I saved my favorite JW moments too. So I'll share my thoughts one by one. :D

    That's really sweet of them.. I secretly wished for it. The fact that they're are considering it despite not being able to hit the target, makes me happy. JW will be very happy too if this happens. Lots of love for MSG cast :heart:

    You're most welcome @airplanegirl.. I was actually doing quite okay only searching for your tweets and learning what's currently happening with JW. But sometimes I had this intense urge to reply to your tweets. Then when I joined Soompi I learned it only accepts photos with links. That's when I thought I'd just open twitter acc as it will serve both my purposes. Your translation are very helpful.. I was actually curious about JW relationship, but other than the message from their agency there were no buzz about them. I'm glad you started this.  :)

    Our new admin is the one who owns BoA-Joo Won English. I've fortunately found out her tweets about Joo Won-BoA ( I was searching a lot about Joo Won knowing he'd start his MS and be out of news for 2 years) I didn't have twitter account then. But I regularly searched for her tweets to know more about Joo Won's relationship with BoA. Then after I joined she posted here about them(may be just 2/4 pages back). It was nice to meet @airplanegirl here. :) and nice meeting you too @sagaseed . :D

    It'd be awesome if they decided to cut term. If it doesn't get approval, let's not be upset. Let's just hope he comes back safe and sound be it in 2018 or 2019.

    @sagaseed, I'm not sure exactly what I'm scared of but enjoy them less..The only Historical I recently enjoyed was Moon Lovers. I even delayed to see Bridal Mask because of 1930's setting( I know I'm a fool to do that when I already knew that it was famous JW Drama) . I saw Bridal Mask in 2015 after Yong Pal and I absolutely loved it..It is the best(est) drama ever! I think Joo Won's best performance was in Good Doctor and his best drama Bridal Mask!

    I definitely want to see him in a Crime/thriller drama.It will be awesome..:D

    And about Joo Won's attachment with his co actress, I don't think he always liked them romantically. I think most of the time he genuinely liked them as a person and that's why expressed his fondness. It's natural to fall for a charming co actress but that doesn't mean it incudes his intention to be in relationship with her. He expressed that he is a very observent person when thinking about relationship. You may have watched KBS Drama Awards Best Couple interview. The MC asked if he has any intention to date Moon Chae Won. He felt awkward and said he didn't think about that. Then the MC asked Do you not like each other..! I think that was an absurd question! Just because one likes another doesn't mean he/she would want to date that person specially if he takes relationship seriously.

    Like he said in tvN Taxi, reporters asked him after each projects How do you like Moon Chae Won, Do you like Kim Ah Joong, How is Ivy..When this kind of questions are asked he can't say that he didn't like them. They're good co-actresses of course he liked them. As @lavender2love previously mentioned that he always picks his current actress when reporters asked anything by comparing his other co actress. In this respect he is very professional and courteous! Last time he picked Kim Tae Hee as his best acting partner saying she was very humble and this time he picked Oh Yeon Seo saying as she was same age as him they become closer quickly which helped in their chemistry. 

    But I do believe he is not professional enough when facing the reporters. He speaks his innocent mind. That makes me worried for him. But I also find this honesty and sincerity of him charming. He's such a baby.. :wub:

    About his relationship with BoA they actually kind of knew each for some time and their relationship grew over that time. I think our admin @airplanegirl can explain more. :)

    @lavender2love, We definitely should do that..I joined Soompi just to do that.. :D I was very sad that only few people were active here ( I was sad that I joined here late) and MSG was such a deserted island.. Then you and all other came, made that thread active with nice opinions and I really had an amazing journey with all of you there. It was nice to see more new people are noticing JW because of his talented and diverse acting. :)

    We should start with MSG!

    While Joo Won absolutely slays heavy role, I totally love him in MSG.. I'm really glad he choose MSG as his last project before enlistment. We got to see all types of acting of JW in just one drama..And I believe not every drama needs to be great to be liked..MSG has it's unique charm. :)

    I'm scared of Sageuk drama though..I've only seen three or four historical..but I really liked MSG which is not so Sageuk.

    But yes to more serious Modern Drama...Forget it... I'm already very interested in his next project after his discharge whatever that is!

    and yes..Let's make this thread active. Joo Won left his fans with so many nice works( I'm planning to rewatch ) ..waiting together won't be that painful, right? :)

    Oh I also missed talking about Yong Pal! How can I be so forgetful!

    I watched Yong Pal just after it ended..I remember watching it 2 days straight! My eyes hurt but I was so satisfied to with Joo Won's performance and character. 

    But I really wished for Yeo Jin to be less revengeful..she could clearly enjoy her life with Tae Hyun without being entangled with all those politics. But she was so blind for revenge that it made me quite frustrated.. :(

    But then again that's the message of the drama. Revenge will not make you happy.. It'll only make you and people around you bitter!

    I was actually planning to rewatch Yong Pal.. I thought I'd first end watching 7th Grade Civil Servant, but now I'm in a mood to rewatch Yong Pal ( It's the only mid-length drama of Joo Won that I watched only once because it's the latest one).

He just became my top favorite without any doubt after starting Bridal Mask. I sometimes get confused which one is his best- Good Doctor or Bridal mask! I ended up deciding that Bridal Mask is his Best Drama and Good Doctor has his Best Performance! :heart:

    After that I saw all other dramas and movies of him one by one..Recently after my graduation I found sometime and started watching all his interviews and eps of 1 Night 2 Days Season 2..and Right now watching his latest drama My Sassy Girl.. Joo Won recently expressed his longing for doing more mature and serious roles right after he comes from his military duty. So may be MSG will be his last rom-com for a while if he find projects according to his choice (I hope he will find amazing projects and make us happy).  :D  So I've decided to enjoy this rom-com and all his varieties of expressions to the fullest. :wub:

    I have yet to see Drama 7th Grade Civil Servant and ,movie Don't Click. I was saving these two for these coming days days when I'll miss him very much because of his absence and will enjoy a horror movie even if I dislike the genre. 

     

    @airplanegirl, This is my story.. and I'm glad he did a lot of dramas with KBS. Which is why I know more about him through entertainment weekly interviews, guerilla dates, bts videos, Happy Together appearance and of course 2d1n. Also special thanks to JOO WON CUTIES. They translated so many videos and Life Log which helped me knowing JW more. :wub:

    (I wrote the post for his debut anniversary. I see that I've missed Ojakgyo Brothers, a good family drama. I watched Ojakgyo Brothers very recently (in the start of 2017) and I really found him cute there. His crying scenes there made me cry bucket every time. )

    This is the drama that introduced me with Joo Won and it was also one of those dramas that developed my keen interest for K-Drama.

    He gained 7 to 8 kg for Fatal Intution and loose the same for My Sassy Girl.

    This is something interesting. I remember that before his enlistment he looked very thin and I thought why is he becoming so thin!! Then I found out from an interview (may be) that he lost weight to not look fat in Hanbok. 

    He gained weight, cared less about his appearance to look like a random village guy and he lost weight to look like a perfect handsome Joseon Man!
