I thought the same thing a continuation from ep 16 LH and Sunny actress dating lol...
Its good that LDW & YIN are striking while its hot, I noticed that LDW agency as well have been quite quick to post bts vids and photoshoots. So probably that means more to come.

Hi guys, thank you for all the info and updates, I am mainly a reader but LDW was so good in Goblin, I noticed he is the mood maker on set everyone always seems to be laughing when he is around.
Also after the bts vids of LDW & YIN anyone else waiting for a photoshoot with them..?

Still not sure about the rules but I don't think it is possible and I think Grim would probably get more punishments.
I do miss their cute date scenes for quite a few eps most of their scenes have just been so sad.

And what bothers me that GR should receive punishment after he has disobeyed so many times.
My issue also is that I feel like Kim Sun/WY and Sunny/Grim have barely had a chance of happiness together, how long were they even married for? It did not seem to be for that long and now they just had a few cute dates.Yes they had cute moments but right after all the troubles came their way. Kim Sun/WY with the interference of the eunuch and WY actions and Sunny/Grim the past hovering over them. Is that the only small good moments they will have. One of my complaints is that it would have been nice for them to at least have more lovely moments together if they are heading the sad route.
Its actually interesting because I have been wondering about Sunny's love life in the future, It seems no matter what Sunny was meant to be with WY and cannot forget WY. Is she dating? Will she always be alone? We still don't have information but ouch how sad will that be if Grim is still watching over her.
I am rooting for everyone to get some sort of happy ending but I am not even sure if Grim reapers can even get out of their punishment/role. Also like you mentioned he has abused his powers will they really give him a chance for happiness as WY?

Right so is Sunny never meant to get a happy ending because her one true love is WY that is actually quite sad. Maybe there will be some sort of twist for Grim and Sunny to be together but I actually would be more surprised if they did get a happy ending so far it is like they will get a sad ending.

I think ET/Shin will probably have some sort of happy ending but I am wondering about WY/Sunny will WY also get a chance to start again as human? If speculation is correct and ET gets her memories wiped what about Sunny? I am wondering if they will even be together in the end.

The thing is what exactly is the reincarnation rules in the Goblin universe? They never really have gone in depth about this. Who says that Sunny or anyone reincarnated will have the exact same personality as their past self. Maybe they just take some traits and traces.
Also the time/era they are born in is bound to affect them, their personalities and how they act now. Kim Sun was from the Goreya era and Sunny is born in this current timeline wouldn't it be normal/expected that she wouldn't act and be exactly like her past self...?
Grim is another story because his a supernatural who has lived for years with no recollection of his past, so him being different to his younger King self is not odd but we also still don't know how he changed when he got older.
I think someone mentioned this sorry don't remember who, that maybe also its kind of a role reversal this time, with Sunny being the dominate one in the relationship.

@hushhh About Sunny,
SpoilerI agree that they have not done much at all with her. I know that as second lead she will get less screen time but they have relegated her too much in the background and they could have done so much with her, having watched QIHM can't help but feel like they wasted an opportunity with YIN. They gave Sunny a great background and YIN has great chemistry with the cast but must of the time she does feel like a guest appearance with not much do. I am waiting for the last episodes to play out as now Sunny has a lot to figure out with Grim, Shin and her past.
I also didnt think it made sense narrative wise for Sunny to be the King, I feel like the writers wanted to make an impact with Shin and Grim and like I mentioned Sunny was way too much in the background for it to truly have an effect on the story and Shin also the fact they meet way too late in the story.

I am also expecting to see Yoo Inna's acting more. I don't know how to name it, of course she has been acting too (obviously) but I wanna see her doing more serious(?) acting. Like her scene with Euntak when she came back. That was a very touching scene, reminded me again why I became a Yoo Inna fan in the first place.
I agree just have to say loved YIN in QIHM. I know she is the second lead but imo YIN has been underutilized its a shame, she has been great so far in the Sunny role but I am hoping that she will have a bit more to do in the last few episodes.
Also love the friendship with Sunny/ET I actually want more interaction with them both.

Sunny suddenly singing Hallelujah was so funny and unexpected could not stop laughing Grim's reaction was so cute.
Also YIN figure seriously... Anyone know her workout routine lol. That outfit she was wearing was so cute any information on Sunny's outfit....?
Even with the tight schedule the actors/actresses and crew are doing such a great job.
That ending scene with Grim/Sunny in the present, Shin watching them and combining the flashback together and the silent background and adding the music/drums was so well done.-

This might be explained by reincarnation, yes, regardless of her being a king or queen, it will shed a light on her. But as a viewer and the actress' fan to boot, I think Sunny deserves a background. Why she is the way she is now, as her current self.
I think YIN is doing good with the little given to her but I do agree out of all the four characters we know the least about Sunny, I am waiting for the show to delve more into her character, they could focus also on the human side of reincarnation through Sunny. Why is she always counting? Does she ever get dreams of her past? She is cool and confident but was she always like this? They have given her character such a rich background and such a shame they haven't delve more into that story. I hope in the upcoming eps she will be given more to do.

I am just wondering if there is more to it the touching rules, it is still not clear if it was because he touched a reaper or maybe pickpocket guy upcoming death? What about the grim reaper that ran off with his wife? They haven't really gone into detail about grim reapers powers and what they can and cannot do so I am interested in finding out what will happen with Grim and Sunny.

I could be wrong but I thought for the pickpocket the punishment in a months time was not because he touched a grim reaper but because he was a bad guy as in he keeps doing bad things and eventually it will all catch up with him and eventually his punishment.

Do you mean their personalities? The thing is we haven't gotten to really know the personalities of the King and Queen, maybe the way Sunny is and the way Grim is they could have been similar in the past, I actually wouldn't be surprised if Queen was quite similar to Sunny and dominate in personality from the snippet we got her talking to Shin she was no timid person.
As for the King and Shin we also need to know what was happening outside the palace as well as inside, from what we know Shin was dedicated to the King but unfortunately for him there probably was a lot of shady politics going on behind the scene and people like the eunuch used the Kings fear, insecurity as well as jealousy to get into his head. I don't think this happened overnight probably years of manipulation. I am interested in finding out how the Queen was handling it, she must had an idea what was going on, how was the King treating her in the palace?

That's why I’m hoping that the writer will provide the backstory we need to judge the King’s and Queen’s actions fairly. Because as it stands, there's nothing.

The fact that I cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that he is the king WARNS me that there is more to the king/queen business than meets the eye. It isn't an open-and-shut case. Other people might be satisfied and contented to have this issue settled as early as the Episode 1, but you know me, @phikyl I require a preponderance of clear and convincing evidence before I decide one way or the other. lol.
I can cite AT LEAST four things that are inconsistent with the Grim Reaper being the king. Namely,
1) the DOMINANCE of Sunny in their dating relationship is comparable to the king’s SUPREMACY over the queen. She orders him to call her up and meet with him. Most of the time, he cowers when he's with her. He's intimidated by her.
2) the Grim Reaper’s LACK of telephone, of name, of business card, of “reputable” job, etc., is comparable to the DEFICIENCIES of a non-royal like the queen-in-training. He's always lacking in something, did you notice that?
3) the Reaper’s REHEARSED RESPONSES are similar to the GROOMING of the queen-in-training for the royal court. He needs to give her the right answers so he practices (I’m 34 years old, My birthday is on November 5, I’m a Sagittarius, my blood type is AB, I’m single, I rent…). This is like the queen-in-training who needs to know how to walk elegantly and practices it. He’s being coached on how to behave with her although he’s never stiff, tongue-tied or awkward with other people. To me, there’s something DYSFUNCTIONAL about the way he interacts and converses with Sunny. It isn't normal. It’s like he’s under a spell or something. And if that’s love, I don’t want any of it. lol.
4) their DISPARATE reactions when they see the ring. The reaction of the Reaper is visceral and tear-inducing (he’s like Gollum with his Preciousssss) while Sunny’s reaction was that of a typical girl who is proud and delighted to have a pretty ring from a handsome suitor.
Try as I might, I can find no rhyme nor reason for these four inconsistencies in their characters. That’s why even if I have to wait until Episode 15 to figure things out, I can be patient. I like the mental exercise, anyway. It keeps my brain cells from atrophying.

Some very good points, sorry for cutting your post..
When she died true there seem to be no feeling but after, the script does seem to indicate that the King did regret killing the queen and was pained by her death, the fact that there was so many pictures of the queen, you do not have numerous paintings of someone that you do not care for all around you which I am guessing was painted by the King himself shows that there was some remorse and he did love her and miss her, we only saw the moment that he killed her but who knows how he reacted after it hit him the repercussions of his actions.
About their characters more good points, we still have so little to go by on the King/Queen personality thats why we are still playing the guessing game lol but couldn't that be down the fact they have no recollection of their past? And we still do not know the dynamic of the King & Queen could it be possible that the queen could have been the dominate straightforward one in the relationship?
I agree with wanting more backstory because there is still so much to know, I am intrigued to find out how the King was all giddy and heart eyes with the Queen to being so quick and ok to having her and others killed, I guess it was the palace mind games that changed him, Im sure there were some people using his love for the Queen and jealousy to their advantage, the eunuch sure seem to be satisfied after.

I'm still in the Grim is the king camp, the theories of him being the queen are still possible but with Grim and Shin getting along well him being the king will probably have the biggest impact/affect on Shin so far Sunny is still not in Shin's orbit he doesn't really know her, I am still waiting for Shin/Sunny to meet as I think he will maybe able to tell who she is.
I have been wondering what will happen with Sunny will she get her past memories back?

I am waiting for Sunny and Shin to meet just to see how he will react, Grim he instantly felt some sort of connection with Sunny and I am wondering if it will be the same with Shin, will Sunny be slightly recognizable to him, Shin reaction will probably be very telling, also she has the ring now the ring is of some sort of importance, Shin's reaction to the ring will also be interesting.
Wouldn't be surprised if that will be an ep cliff hanger lol Shin meets Sunny looks shocked/surprised and end of episode.

Sunny having customers all of a sudden is interesting, does this have something to do with ET or Grim or both? Why when she meets them she starts getting customers?
Also intrigued about people who think Sunny is the king and grim the queen would be a unexpected twist but at the moment still not convinced why would the queen be a grim reaper and not the king? Didn't they say becoming a grim reaper is punishment?
Also with the bromance going well I feel like the writer will have to throw a little drama there. Can you imagine Shin's reaction finding out the person he has been interacting with, friendly with is the king the person he has hated and wanted revenge on?

What's funny about the Grim/Sunny scenes is the look of satisfaction when he is able to finally answer a question like Sun Hee and now his name Kim Woo Bin, I am wondering if next ep he will show up with a business card lol... Isn't it going to start looking odd if he is always unable to provide information until the next day lool Sunny sooner or later she will think he is definitely hiding something.
The eps are cute/fun but I don't know if it was always planned like this or its due to the live filming but there more filler eps feel like the story has slowed down.

Thanks for the info so there is no February spread..? The agency should be doing so much promotion now, I remember reading that he has been getting quite a lot of cf offers hopefully with the popularity of Goblin, and his character his agency will be thinking of doing more interviews and pics. They should really be going all out at the moment.
