    Yes..the photographer really did cash on our hunger. We've got no news or other new images since Singapore. :bawling: The green shirt was nice, actually seems like my first time seeing him wear that color tone.

    Is it just me or Bazaar Korea's pictorial did not do justice to PHS? I've seen other celebrities' pictorial with Bazaar Korea too but they always seems to be short from captivating, failed to capture the essence of the view.  I think PHS's hotness and the scenery save the pictorial, if no, some images will look like something from normal people's facebook.:o The photographer even missed his broad shoulders vs his lanky waist ratio. 

    I am not saying PHS is not hot, he is HOT that I need panadols, but I wish the photographer had done a better job. They had traveled that far, and PHS cut short his Bali trip to fit this into his busy schedules.

    Or is this not meant to be a pictorial but just add-on images for his interview?

    For me, as much as i enjoy him in a rom com, I would prefer to see him in an action, bromance type thing, even another melo too. He has a lot of potential and i dont want him typecasted as strictly rom com. He's just too good and he'll need various experiences to grow fully into a great actor.

     

    I hope there will be a good sageuk drama before he starts on movie. And I agree with you and @jechoi1, as a second or even third lead. Like what PSJ and Siwan did. Even Kang Dong Won (who used to be with UAA) shares lead with other veteran actors.

    Everybody is recognizing his sageuk speech ability now, so it will be good to follow up with a good sageuk.

    There's one set that he wore in HS that I specially like : blue collared shirt + black knit top + blotchy patterned blue blazer. 

    Greys... he wore them a lot in Romantic & Idols but the materials didn't complement him well. I hope this is the burgundy you wished for? :tongue:

    My thought... hmm... it was before the broadcast of Hwarang. Although he was rather recognized after WHTMF and HS, it's Hwarang that catapults him to another level of recognition as actor. On the other hand PSJ was already very established after KMHM and She Was Pretty (I know some might not agree with this statement but myself and friends really had no idea who was PHS until Hwarang). If he's too forward, it might seemed disrespect to sunbae/hyung. You will notice the YT video comments started with comments about how funny PSJ was.. then gradually (after the Hwarang broadcast), comments about PHS were getting more and more.

    When I first watch 1D2N, I was watching PSJ (I might have got irritated if they focused on PHS, at that time :tongue:) and hardly notice him until he threw that rock. :lol:

    It will be a different scene if he attended 1N2D with Jisoo to promote SWDBS, as he is the main lead (has the biggest responsibility to promote the drama) and hyung to Jisoo.

    I am confusing right? bottom line I meant he will step up to be the big bro when he's the big bro, but if there's a senior in front of him, he will be respectful and be more reserved. Another reason could be - he was really tired from filming SWDBS and then rushed to 1N2D filming site.

    One thing I noticed about him was, he has hard time accepting when people betray or do sneaky things on him. Eg; Haha's betrayal during RM, and Joon Ho's sneaky action. He doesn't like to sneak up on people, hence he couldn't splash the water on sleeping Joon Ho.

    Thanks. That's too bad..I've been searching high and low for it. Yes, he's feeling the song and dance really well to it.:) Another 2 songs he danced really well was in Breathe and Phoenix's dance practice videos.

    I enjoy most of their choreography except when the choreographer added in some parts that seemed more fitted for early 2000s.:tongue:

    Thank you for sharing... I agree with the KBS e-Today and something tells me that KBS might be approaching him for a certain drama now .. Hope he will get another daebak drama to add into his portfolio.

    I think someone mentioned his favourite color, it's been speculated as blue, probably because he wore a lot of blue (and looks good) in HS. No official details of his favourite color but I notice in his earlier days, he seems to wear a lot of grey. He looks good in any color, anyway.

    And our long time fans @lovephs101 , @Amanda_HS and others are here, may I ask which of the ZE:A album has the song "Run This Way"? I have been searching for it but all I got are the youtube videos of concert, never the whole non-concert version. I like this song, it has the feel..

    Actually, SHK, in my opinion, is one the most beautiful actresses in Korea and she's really popular in Asia which is why they keep casting her. She keeps sticking to melodramas and DOTS was kind of a different pick for her which is why it worked well this time.

    On her acting, even though I like her, you're right she needs a really a good actor with strong screen presence opposite her to make it work.It was the same case with Jo in Sung. I mentioned Park Hyung Sik because I think he can act opposite her but compared to SJK he does kind of look really younger than her lol. 

    I would love a bromance story for PHS like the one in Goblin. Which actors do you think he would have good chemistry with?

     

    Now I know what's up with SHK - she's been taking 'safe mode' acting these years, that she made her characters solemn. 

    PHS with SJK? PHS with Ji Chang Wook? I think JCW rarely has bromance time in his dramas. He can be the cool big bro, and PHS is the smart annoying younger friend.

    It was Sunhwa. The comment might not come from her fans, maybe someone who just loves to drag PHS and Siwan into the equation whenever there's a chance. Had seen these opportunity comments a few times in NB, :unsure: They once dragged his name into a drug usage rumor.:angry:

    My first is the Hot King SMJ. He looked good top to toe, episode 1 to 20. And I can't complain about his acting in Hwarang. It turned me from "I don't know who is this" to "He's good." 

    I did noticed him during the Nine days, and thought he was a child actor. Can't believe it took me another 3, 4 years to really notice him. ( I didn't watch any of his drama after Nine).

    i never watch siwan drama before, but looking at their comparison, they are indirectly agreeing that hyungsik and siwan are hot items now,which is good :)

    if female idols work hard as him, i'm sure they will get recognition. SK industry is very big and competitive, so they gotta work hard and not depend on that 'female idol' title forever to get offer :D

    I was going to leave comment that how many actor/actress actually shined even when they are in a badly written drama? PHS has the skill to rise from a messy drama. This is something not can be achieved with just ZE:A fandom alone. But forget it.. someone will probably try to justify their hate for PHS later and it will turn into a war in NB.

    Woke up to find this hate comment :angry: in Netizenbuzz translation of Sports Chosun. I don't know why some netizens like to drag his name out on other celebrity's news.

    2. [+3,757, -290] Wow ㅋㅋ when male idols get into acting, everyone's like "our actor this", "our actor that", but a female idol who gets into acting is treated like a richard simmons ㅋㅋ such a different reaction compared to when Park Hyungshik or Im Siwan transferred to full time acting.

    Luckily some comments defended him. It's not fair, as he started with cameos, minors and second lead roles. It's not like he got to be male lead straight away. It took him >5 years to get the lead role, so why hate him? :bawling:
