I can't see Yoona wearing it for such a long period of time and be stuck to it for so long if it was from Jessica. Surely enough, someone in the comments mentioned that LSG had it as well. :D
It's so ironic, because both LSG & Jessica have a thing for jewelry, they both modelled for the bracelet (just like Yoona), and they were both so close to her. Surprisingly they're quite similar that way.
In fact, the only 1 who noticed LSG's necklace was Jessica. Only she has an eye for such things.
I never realised LSG wore the bracelet throughout his entire fan meeting in September, on 130922, reportedly when YoonGi started to see each other, at least per Dispatch.
But I can see why someone would see that and link it to Yoona. Krystal posted it on weibo on 160620:

What they don't know is that Yoona was first seen with it a month earlier, on 160512, and that period is when LSG was coincidentally out on vacation.
But like I said before, I don't believe he gave it to her then. I can't get my head around how he would've done it. Of course it's possible, but I don't really believe it.
Likewise, I can't see Yoona wearing it for such a long period that goes from May till August (minus July) if it was from Jessica.
I'm more inclined to link it to LSG based on the fact that she wore his necklace for 11 straight days, then again when he got injured on the set of YAAS.

Yoona doesn't do these things for no reason. She's not going to wear a ring, a bracelet, a necklace, or any other accessory for a long period if it wasn't particularly meaningful to her.
At the end of the day this is all speculation, speculation that has 1 hard fact as it's base though..
YoonGi was real. I believe it still is, to a certain degree.

Don't know if this means anything just yet, but considering what occurred last year, it's worth pointing it out. Other than Yoona looking extremely cute while eating, you can see a Cartier Juste un Clou Bracelet. I don't think I've ever seen her with it before.
It happened again. Her birthday draws near, and she's seen wearing a Cartier Bracelet. That's curious. Both times when LSG is away. But unlike last year, I don't know if LSG had any recent breaks.
I won't give it too much importance for now unless she sticks to it like she did with his necklace and the love bracelet.
For now it's just a curious occurrence.
