Spam block is too harsh.

One minute is too harsh. Two minutes for posting 59 seconds later? C'mon, son. Can it be changed? 30 seconds and a 10 second extension?

I even get the spam block when trying to report a post!

^ YES! That happened to me today. I reported a spam post that was full of links and I replied to a normal post and I got that stupid spam block. I don't think it's good to have a spam block that counts a report as a regular post and prevents multiple posts for such a long time. I reply to members like zantac_2 and that requires more characters than "LOL" before I reply to other members on other threads I've participated in. It's not good.

Can this be fixed before adding more people to a moderator list?

I usually don't have a problem... But when I am doing live recap, it is so hard with spam blocks...
