Does anyone know how to get to the SM Building (322 Wilshire Blvd) in L.A from the airport?

Im going to audition in LA this weekend and I have NO IDEA how to get there from the airport. The address is
322 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 300 Los Angeles
Im coming in from Terminal 4.
I would greatly appreciate advise on specific instruction on how to get there by bus/metro and the fee it costs and also the time it will take to get there.
And maybe some experiences too?
