hi..i just want to know what are your experience with the metabolism pills..are they diet pills?do they help in losing weight?

because i want to try these metabolism pills to increase my metabolism rate..so please share your experiences.

I use fat blaster.

It really curbs my appetite and speeds up my metabolism. I also don't feel tired when I go to the gym so I think its pretty good. works for me but I've heard i doesn't work for everyone.
