Okk so i went to the San Gabriel auditions.

I didnt audition, my cousin did. Im not old enough. x_x

Anyway, basically you apply there, then you get a number, and you wait until it starts.

They call about 5-10 ish people to go in the room at a time.

So when its your turn, you introduce yourself. Its better if you introduce yourself in manderin.

My cousin asked if she can speak canto, but they told her to say it in english.

Then you sing. BASICALLY.

-If they LOVE you, they ask you to sing a chinese or english song. (it depends what you sang first) then they ask if you can dance.

-If they LIKE you, they comment your singing and say thank you and you can go.

-If they "think you are ok" they just say thank you.

For the San Gabriel auditions, there was a waiting room and an audition room.

You can SEE the auditioners by a TV in the waiting room.

I felt bad for the people that were laughed at

And yup you dance with no music..

It was kinda sad though..

Some good singers didnt make it because of their image.

The people who made it in were tall, skinny, goodlooking/pretty, and most of them wore skirts and shorts. x_x

If you were pretty, they keep asking you things.

But if your average looking, they basically ignore you.

Many people sang Hero by MC and the judges got tired of it....So you might not want to sing that song for the next one.

If you guys have any questions, just ask.

awww...but even though this song is not hard to sing..it really depends on your feelings into it i think..

but anyway...now i have to think of another song!!

I think there was a girl who was half korean half chinese....

These auditions are for Chinese Americans...but i dont think they are allowed to say that.

so they just said "Asian American" although they really mean chinese american..

To mostly every person, they tell you to sing a chinese song.

So yeah.

but that doesnt say for sure that they will go to the second auditions.

If you get a phone call, then you go to the 2nd auditions.

but the people who were called at the end, it just meant that had a bigger chance

umm..i emailed them asking if i could do an email audition.

they replied but i don't really understand..

Please send audition to auditions@mnetsearch.com. Include

age/location/interests and contact info. Also, if you dont have image of

yourself int eh vedio, please attached most recent pic. Send audition no

later than August the 4th of 2007.
