just curious... everyone: what's your favorite hikki album?

My fave album would have to be Exodus, and that is because it was the first album I ever heard from Utada.

I actually didn't like it to begin with, but somehow it ended up on my mp3 player and I was busy reading a book with my headphones on when it came on. After I heard it from start to finish I was like, "OMG, what a great album" lol.

Utada Tour in Early 2010?

Rumors have been circulating of a possible tour in January, and we have gotten word that Utada will in fact be touring in early 2010, though no dates or venues have yet to be set in stone. It appears that, in addition to DJ Mike Rizzo (confirmed by a member at UtadaNet), Utada will have a band backing her on this tour, opening up the possibility of more than a simple club tour. An official confirmation from Island Def Jam should not be far behind.

Yes, you read that correctly:

Japanese superstar Utada will be touring under Live Nation stateside (AND at least one date in the UK) beginning in January of next year.

According to an e-mail directly from Mike Rizzo (who will be DJ’ing her sets), Utada will begin the tour in Hawaii in mid-January, move through 10 U.S. cities, and end in London on February 12

Oh yeah and Dj Mike Rizzo is making a remix version of Dirty Desire

and DJ Goetz is mixing new track for Utada!

Good to see her doing something again. I am still disappointed she and her company didn't try to put forth more of an effort in the US. I guess after seeing the record sales for her album it just wasn't worth it.

Hey STEPHiiiEx3 you might want to check on Utadanet.com to see if someone is selling an extra ticket they may have. There might be some other sites where people might be selling extra tickets but I'm not sure.

Also there is a rumor that they might change the venue for London to a bigger one because the demand is so great. So you might want to check the site of the venue or something for more updates.
