i just realized i didn't have a decent meal yesterday...

it's 1:33 a.m. here so yesterday i had:

couple of chips

fried chicken w/potato salad

candy

grapes

rice w/ dwenjang jigae & banchan

yumm, but i don't eat as much as i used to D:

Hmm...I just finish dinner anyway. (lol) It not really a family dinner just a meal.

Potato Chips,Green tea and an apple. (I think I'm gona get a stomach ache tomorrow morning.)

For midnight snack I got : Green tea and left over from dinner...or to make my life easier chips or biscuits.

breakfast: apple breakfast bars

brunch: shrimp scampi, mashed potatoes, mac&cheese and dinner roll

lunch: hot dog, string cheese, cheese munchies

dinner: lasagna alfredo w/broccoli (tv dinner), snack sized kettle corn

snack: small cup of oreo ice cream..

... i ate a lot. and i'm still hungry =X

overall i think i ate well today. haha :D i was satisfied everytime i had each and every one of them.
