I'm now figuring out what I should eat before dance class :/ My class starts right in the middle of dinnertime. It'll probably be something light like grilled zucchini and rice with scrambled eggs. I ate this again today and remembered that I had put it up on youtube for a competition. It is a milk custard that is similar to that at Bread Top.
