This is a summary of what I've got from our puppies' interview:

1. They've built a very strong relationship with each other as their source of strength

2. They spent lots of private time together for the drama (texting, eating out....)

3. Their mutual understanding has gone up to a level that they didn't have to talk to understand each other 

4. They were very sad not to be filmed together (in the later half of the drama) and so happy to meet again,

i.e. BoYoo missed each other a lot once they're not together?

5. There's absolutely no awkwardness between the two. They basically could share everything with each other. 

(Explain the Cebu trip's awkwardness then hahahaahah)

6. The kiss was not awkward at all because of their strong "oppa-dongsaeng" bond.

Lmao this is entertaining!! Tell me where on Earth do normal oppa-dongsaeng kiss each other??  This is such a funny excuse, Yoo Jung ah! And are you sure you two weren't awkward during the kiss scene? How do you explain this? hehe

In regards to that article about the kiss scene and what YJ said- there is a slight mistranslation:

I dont know where the source is but it was YJ who said to BG that HE is a great actor and such and NOT BG who said that to YJ based on the one article that i read. 

 

She is incredibly humble and I am in awe of both and they sound so eloquent during these interviews. There are over 100 something articles from the interviews but it is clear they built a very strong friendship with one another during this set. As i said before, this summer when they filmed was the hottest summer on record. Wearing hanbok with the numerous layers could not have been easy as it was physically taxing on both of them.

Thank you for your clarification. I was reading from different sources as well and the use of "3rd person" in Korean language is very vague and confusing at times so the translation could be off

That I must say is a sign that they have more than just normal oppa doengsaeng feelings to the other person. When you see the other party and you as ONE. It's something that is disclosed subconsciously while they talk.

We did a lot of practice to make the ending just so perfect...

I guess his statement below will most likely explain that awkwardness during the Cebu Trip, if true there was a management's decision to at least refrain them (BG & YJ) from seeing/interacting together in public. Knowing PBG's good nature and transparency as a person, it must'ved been hard for him to hide his excitement or anticipation the entire trip which he must enjoy with. Not everything is being revealed in this interview, we just have to read between the lines... that's just my wild guess... It must be good to know from someone who knew PBG way back before the fame and the limelight showered over him...
