Here are some the Acronyms which we see and use in our daily life:

• A.M and P.M : Both of these are used when telling the time. A.M stands fro Anti-Meridian( before Noon) and P.M stands for Post-Meridian (After Noon)
• ASAP  stands for "as soon as possible". We you use this abbreviation when we want someone to do something quickly.
• P.S ) stand for "post script" and is used at the end of written letters to add extra information.

• ESL means English as a second language. - It is mostly used in American English.
  EFL means English as a foreign language. - It is mostly used in British English.
