how do you make your own protein shake?

FOr me I use...

 

1 scoop of vanilla whey protein

1 whole banana

1 cup of milk

Some ice and water

 

 

I want to add in blueberry and greek yogurt for more protein though.

Yeah try adding blueberries, blackberries, and greek yogurt. Should taste real good

I make my protein shake in a simple manner: a cup of milk+ chocolate flavour vanilla powder+ some ice.
Pills, Protein Shakes and  Powders are effective supplements.

if you decide to go 100% naturally (no supplemennts) then it would be:

lowfat and low sugar greek yoghurt, half sliced avocado, 1-2 scoop of oatmeal, cinnamon and 1 tea spoon of honey

What I personally do is:

skinny milk, a lil bit water, whey protein (make sure it has a high L-cysteine value. the higher the better quality), optional for extra power add some espresso coffee (no sugar)
