I knew ex dirty cop will go after her uncle she should have told him if anybody approaches him with a deal that sounds to good to be true not to take it he's to old to be believing in that crap..  

​now maybe the dirty ex cop a.k.a JST knows who MH is...then what will he doing?? haha

only MH always know nothing here...huwe??

The ending ... DC knew that MH and JST are related thru the DNA tests? She must be in shocked if she knew that   JST is her biological father .:sweatingbullets: hu hu

OMG, MH is really JST's daughter. What will happen between DC n MH? Oh, NO!!!

Because no engsub or vietsub ep 7 and 8 , i'm don't understand , why HDC do DNA testing of JST and YMH? Why?

Episode 7 – Recap by @kbleon’s fan

(1) DC woke up and asked why MH was in his apartment. All MH cared about was the wall full of information about the former spy and the victim and possible murderer of the construction CEO. DC was evasive about why he is involved but MH was unhappy that he didn’t share the secrets with her. DC used the excuse that it was a secret project with the Minister of Justice, Seo Min Seung. MH thought that excuse was iffy but DC told her that is why they have to get to the bottom of it so the victim can have peace (MH kept referring to the fact DC dad died with eyes opened).

(2) Meeting of SRN, DC and Minister of Justice, SMS (Seo Min Seung). SMS was angry because of what DC did to expose DA Song, the fallout caused the Inspector General to resign in disgrace and in his place, the AHole Ma Sang Ho got the important job. DC didn’t quite get who Ma was but SRN told him he should know him well (the one he beat up). The scene is interlaced with the scene of the meeting of the “Just Prosecutors’ Group,” all the bad and corrupted prosecutors in Song’s group. Song introduced Ma as the new District Director and told everyone the guy he trusts the most is still KHW, “his words are my words.” Song then told HW to lay low for now because the pressure is on them but when he returns he would be even higher, perhaps to replace Song as Song moves on to replace a higher official who is running for President. (I have a feeling HW will not make it back.)

(3) After the meeting with the minister, DC appeared to be depressed and started to question his way of doing things. He put on the mask in the bathroom when JHS rushed in to use it. His side-kick-to-be was shocked to make the connection and they had a talk in the living room. JHS was wondering why someone as powerful as a prosecutor would do what DC did and was wondering why he was beaten up. DC told him he deserved it. JHS tried to negotiate with DC and threatened to turn him in. DC was in no mood and told him to do it, he does not care. DC finally shut him up, saying people would believe him more than a crook like him. DC said to call it even because he is providing room and board to JHS.

(4) HW is very interested in other sightings of the mask man in other cities, JinJee (where SRN got a lot of help as a new prosecutor) and PyeongTaik. A flashback scene showed how DC beat up 4 underlings of a murderer and then threatened the boss to confess of his own crime by beating him up as well. It was witnessed by a school kid. Another flashback scene showed DC getting a video-taped confession from a math professor who sexually assaulted a student and a graduate student. DC told him to turn himself in or else he would play the video to all his students. HW’s assistants reported events plus others and they suggested the witnesses’ accounts could be exaggerated (not really, just unbelievable, that is all).

(5) SRN and DC discussed the plans to take down Song and she felt he needs to take down people below him first. SRN said to DC his method of beating people up could only cause them to confess and DC knows she is right. DC has to re-think a new strategy. Just then DC received a call from HW and DC was summoned to see the higher up, HW. SRN told him he is going into a Tiger’s Den but DC said either he gets eaten or he could kill the tiger. So DC must do the risky thing.

(6) A scene showing Detective PI riding with JST and apparently Pi was a mole in MH’s division. Now that explains why killer Lee was easily accessed by JST’s men to get him to commit suicide. JST told Pi to continue working hard and he will be promoted. After Pi got out of the car the flashback scene showed Pi kneeling to ask forgiveness from MH because he didn’t know JST was going to kill her. I think Pi was touched by MH’s kindness to sew his bullet-hole shirt and that made him remember his mom. MH refused to accept the apology and asked Pi to be on her side from now on. So Pi will now spy on JST for MH, a turn of event.

(7) DC talking to HW and HW is in charge and asked DC to look into the masked man’s evidences. KST and Ma showed up and all 4 dined together. There were introductions all around. The conversation built DC’s anguish more and more and he finally had to leave early because he couldn’t deal with the stupid stuff talked about by the semi-drunken bad guys. HW was under control and he warned JST to be careful of the things he say but the bad guys Ma and JST were boastful of their bad exploits because they want  show they have so much power. JST complimented Ma by saying he could tell a corrupted prosecutor when he sees one and Ma said that the job pays so little but he has so much power. Ma then asked about the rumors that CEO JST has misused his power as a policeman. JST said if you kill someone you committed murder but if you kill a pest you are doing the society a favor. He said he turn a pest into a spy and that he could throw him into the river and make him a murderer. Ma asked, “really?” That was when JST backed off a little and said it was a joke. DC was getting sick and angry because he knew that was not a joke.

(8) The scene that was interlaced with the above was MH looking for the witness Min at his garbage cleaning job. Min has been avoiding her because all police are scary to him. MH convinced him to help and told him how she grew up as a byproduct of that rape. Apparently she didn’t know the Korean language and suffered a learning disability. All MH did as a child was to remember her name, her class number and her student number when asked by a teacher. MH was in tears and that affected Min and Min said he saw the rape incidence as a drunk. He confirmed MH’s mom was “mental” (JST said later she was retarded) and the next morning Min felt uneasy to let the event go and he reported it to a local police station. He said he was beaten and was accused as a robber if he does not shut up and he received that aluminum bat treatment and that marred him for the rest of his life. Min didn’t see the rapist but he could identify the bad cop when MH showed him a picture of JST. Min said, “this is the bastard.”

(9) JST went to his daughter house and parked outside to wait for her. DC, as a masked man, put a choke hold on JST and JST used a taser device on DC’s right leg and that affect DC’s fighting ability. JST got away and as walked down the pathway he called the police. MH got an alert that JST has called the police and that was someone she was looking for at that time. DC caught up to JST and a spectacular fight broke out and JST actually didn’t do badly. DC thrown him using a wrestling move and pinned him onto the ground. DC saw a large rock nearby was going to use it for big damage and with his rage there is no doubt he could have finished him off. JST taunted him that he has no guts to kill him and that is why he is wearing a mask. DC was ready to reveal his face and then finish him off and that is when JST daughter arrived using a car and pleaded for the masked man to spare her father. At the same time MH showed up (both daughters of JST) and pointed a gun at DC to stop the possible killing. JST was spared and DC ran away without a shot being fired by MH even though JST yelled, “shoot!”

(10) MH gave chase to the masked man into a nearby parking lot and she ran out of gas chasing him up a ramp.  A police car arrived and MH showed her badge as a detective and she misdirected them to go up the ramp while she knew the masked man went down. MH and the masked man exchanged gazes as she let him escape. MH is sure to have appreciated all the masked man’s help before and the one the masked man was beating up on was her enemy as well.

(11) The next day JST appeared at MH’s division to report an attempted murder. JST, in the interrogation room, asked if MH is related to the masked man as they appeared to know each other. MH brushed that suggestion aside and started a formal file on her computer, first by asking JST for his name as a complainant. After that MH asked JST about an old case of the rape. JST was very playful about it and that made MH super mad. JST said he took a bride of $1000 USD and that would be less than $10,000 USD and that would be considered a small bribe and you would only get a small sentence. All that illustrated that JST knew the rules well and JST continued to say the statue of limitation of that case ran out 25 years ago (meaning he knew that case was from 30 years ago, he was well aware). MH asked if who that man was and JST said the bribe is still in effect and MH was ready to throw a chair at him and Detective Park restrained her.

(12) MH at home looking over the picture of her mom, a slow moving scene. Uncle was surprise she was home early but MH told him she wants to catch the rapist. Uncle said to let the past go but MH was determined to get it done.

(13) JST greeted his daughter and assured her she will never see that masked man again.

(14) HW was studying DC Father’s case and notice he has been in PyeongTaik and that caused him to correlate with masked man sighting in that area. Just then HW mom came in with tea. HW was fetched away by his dad so Mom was there to see the crime board and wondered, “this person, why this person?”

(15) HW Mom called DC to meet in a café and asked him another favor. She wants DC to search for data concern that drowning victim. DC took the opportunity to quiz her about her relationship with him, mok claimed she reminded her of someone she may have known before. DC asked if she was close to him, mom said it was a bad relationship. DC rejected the request by saying it was out of his reach to touch someone else’s case. DC left the café and drank a beer at a bus station, talking to his imaginary late father and told him this woman didn’t like him.

 (16) Scene of JST at a high-end parlor to get his shave. DC paid off the regular guy and use the shaving blade cut JST and then pretended to have a bad cold when JST was mad about being cut. DC saved the bloody shaving razor in a plastic bag. DC went to storage room and found his father’s mask and put some of JST’s blood on it. Afterward he asked assistants to tell the CSI lab to do test on the material in that box. The lab techs were wondering why do it again but they were told the Central Office rushed it last time and they will proceed to do the testing.

(17) DC was studying the case in his office while JST met HW in HW’s office. DC called HW and asked him if he could overturn HW’s case if he could identify JST as the murderer.  DC told HW not to inform JST about his new investigation. HW, staring in JST’s direction, told DC on the phone he would do that until some fresh evidences could be obtained. I think HW is not sure now whether to stay on JST’s side. The reason for JST to see HW was that he feels MH and the masked man are related and that was actually new to HW and he kept that in his mind.

(18) HW mom went to a private investigator firm to ask the PI to find ALL detailed information about DC’s father.

(19) JHS asked DC to do him a favor as a masked man to beat up someone. DC said to do it by law but JHS insisted it cannot be done by law. DC beat up a guy on a rooftop and showed him some pills (for suicide) and asked him to shape up or else die. That beaten man went to the kitchen of the café and begged for forgiveness from a woman (JHS’ former girlfriend?) and DC and JHS saw it from a dinner table. JHS, after seeing DC’s success, raised his right hand to swear as DC’s partner to fight crime the masked man’s way. DC told him to stop embarrassed themselves in front of everyone.

(20) HW and DA Song were going over the list of potential prosecutors they could use, Song was arrogant to say that some of them he could use once and toss away.  Song suggested a school underling’s son to invite and then HW asked to include DC as the second invite even though Song sais his resume looks like crap.

 (21) Critical scene at the end when HW Mom visited the apartment that her EX used to live as the PI informed her that his son might still live there. Just then, DC was leaving for work so HW mom hid down the alley way a little and overheard JHS telling DC that he left his prosecutor’s badge at home. That conversation got HW mom to realize the connection that DC might be her EX’s prosecutor son. Episode ends. Thank goodness the wait is only one day for the next episode.
