my friend from korea told me that seung ri hurt his ankle again during the Big Bang is Great Concert.

apparently he was rushed to hospital once it had happened.

to make u feel better from being sad abt seungri....TOP FACE PLANTED WHILE DOING HIS SOLO, IT WASNT SAD, IT WAS QUITE FUNNY (IMO)...he was half running and was suppose to get on his knees and slide but he ended up falling forward after he hit his knees on the floor, he tried to play it off, but it was done so badly, it was funny...i love TOP

I'm so glad that the boys have had such a successful year. They've been topping charts everywhere and taking home awards, yay. I'm so happy that they've gotten so much attention, recognition, and positive feedback. Their music has only gotten better and better. I can't wait to see more from them.

hEy i-VIPs!

just a quick update for y'all

1st Day concert was amazing....but i'll write more on that later...today's was sooooo freakin bittersweeet. During their performance of Babo, i can see Seungri limping, at his part he was running out of breath...i knew there was something wrong...at the end of performance he was carried off. Then GD sings This Love, and when mangnae didnt come out WE (anaya, fye all the iVIPs with us who was at the first concert who already knew that SR was gna come out) began to worry when DS came out to sing mangnaes part. and for A FOOLS TEARS they changed it up to where it was only DS & YB who sang and RAP the whole song (YB rap GD's part and DS rapped TOP's part_he left halfway through the concert to go to hospital, it was really nice tho..SUNDAE DUET<3. They performed songs without Seungri, and us i-VIPs were all quiet coz we knew something was wrong, THEN 1TYM CAME OUT TO PERFORM AND THAT RELIEVED US A LIL BIT FROM WORRYING. It took a while til BigBang say something about SR, not until everyone started to chant "LEE SEUNG HYUN! LEE SEUNG HYUN!" then the mood kinda went down when they told us how Seungri was hurt and was now at the hospital. they didnt perform some songs like the INTRO medleys and I DONT UNDERSTAND, WE BELONG TOGETHER AND FOREVER WITH U like DAY 1 Concert...

tho seungri's reaction wasnt as bad as Inkigayo performance...actually seeing it LIVE and him being carried off the stage was heartbreaking. PLEASE PRAY FOR SEUNGRI! If he doesnt perform at tomorrow's concert, i'm okay with that, i just want him to be better....BY THE WAY HIS SOLO PERFORMANCE WAS AMAZING ON DAY 1 CONCERT BUT TODAYS CONCERT BEFORE HE WAS HURT, IT WAS EVEN MORE AMAZING, HE HAS REALLY STEPPED UP HIS GAME (gna steal him away from mangnae lovers). I WAS SERIOUSLY IN AWE at his performance, part of the reason why i am so sad about this incident...he was giving it ALL and more. SEUNGRI HWAITING! (i really wanna give my gift to him, so he can just stay at the house and watch JT live concert dvd all day instead..rest to a full recovery this time pls)

Tarik, I agree with you. Nothing can compare to their Korean lyrics. Their Korean lyrics ARE deep, and the English ones have less feeling I guess. But listen to all of the regular English songs in the world. They barely have any meaning xP This album is a huge accomplishment for the boys, all in all.

oh my... right after i downloaded the japanese mini-album... i went to hear lies first...

when i heard the start in korean i was like: "wth????"

i had thought it was wrong or something! oO

but once it got to the chorus i saw it was the right version... >.<

^^ yeah i felt the same way, haha i remember looking at the korean version of the lyrics some time ago, and when i read it, it sounded really beautiful, like the lines that were written, but they sounded really superficial in the english version, which kind of disappoints me.

GOSH, there is so much happening with big bang that it's almost OVERWHELMING and hard to catch up with during the holidays!

thanks for the concert info monica! poor, poor mangnae... </3 it really breaks my heart to hear that he's not better and that he had to be CARRIED off the stage. i bet he felt upset to have not been able to perform for the rest of the concert. man, ALL the fans care about your health seungri~ that boy needs to fully rest, and i hope he gets it! the 2nd special stage wasn't as orderly as the 1st one was, but it was still pretty entertaining and cute to watch. i could tell seungri was trying to be careful with his movements though, he wasn't as energetic and lively as he usually would be. sunmi's rapping is really nice, it reminds me of hyunah's. sunmi IMO is pretty underrated~ she has a nice voice and she's so cute~ i thought tempo looked really cute with his long hair too!

and HAHAH what's up with GD's mushroom/willy wonka hair~?!! that boy will try ANYTHING, and have fun while doing it too

their "for the world" album: i think their english is pretty good for what i thought it would sound like, especially daesung's his part in "together forever" is so wooow, and tempo's rap in that song is even MORE WOOOOOOW but i agree with what some of the fans have said about the lyrics: it's very "pimp'ish" and it doesn't sound as 'real' as their korean lyrics. but i still give them credit for writing lyrics in a language that isn't their first, i'm sure that's hard to do. and i still looove "how gee"~ that song just gets to me

yeah, i have to agree. i like their korean lyrics way better. i actually liked learning the korean lyrics and being able to keep up, because it was a challenge lol. But nontheless, i am impressed that their english is that good... and i'm proud of them either way.

well anyways i just watched the BB+WG drama and it was UBER funny. Daesung is such a cutie, as usual. i loved it when GD did "omona". TOP made me crack up at the end SO bad. i screamed when Girls' Generation came on. that part was just to cute. i missed Seungri so much when i saw this. it's not the same without him.

due to his ankle ..

he called back and told other members must end the concert properly ..
