EDIT: and neurosurgeon family ask for cheap renting price because its hard for them economically is just hillarious..JOKE OF THE CENTURY HEREE!!! and noone, no best friend would make jokes about one's first love like that!!! This PD should watch architecture 101 really, heck YYS is in that movie how come he couldnt get any clue?????

Wow... I got angrier reading that, too. What a disservice towards Chilbong as a character and YYS as an actor. It sounds very bs to me and more like a damage control kind of explanation. His explanation doesn't even make sense and that thing would never happen in real life. Nope. No one in their sane mind would believe that explanation, seriously. If you rent your place to someone's else, although you're the house owner, you don't go to sleep in the couple's master bedroom, what more when the wife was your first love. Shin PD, go home, you're drunk.  If we are to list of all of the demanded explanation, I wonder what kind of other bs would he spew out. 
Lol earlier I thought they would have strong explanations that would make me go "ahhhh really?" and make amends with the ending or something. But nope the lame explanation made me a whole lot angrier. And don't let me go on how the writer basically made the other loveable characters as insensitive pricks in the last two episodes. Honestly, if I'm Chilbong's wife, I'll never let my husband be near that group of friends who failed to connect with him emotionally and failed to be sensitive with his feelings. That forgetting birthday scene fumed me to no end, seriously. Instead of realising how bad they were since they forgot his birthday, they scattered away to tell people about their short stint of fame on national tv. Chilbong seemed to always be on the giving end, never receiving.

...lol sorry for being very bitter but I'm a person who's reactions always come very late. I was kind of calm and just feel disappointed when the last episode airs. but I realised now that the anger are just setting in after a few days, lol.

His talking about reality which is in real life doesn't happen. Call me bitter but my friend's husband divorce his wife because of his so called friend which was his first love in high school and the woman left her family because of the guy. So did they think nj will still remain faithful to t for all the lack of time with his family? Cmon..one of the reasons that the couple get divorce because of the lack of communication and time.

i'm working right now, but soooo much thing to rant out reading the PD's interview...
can't take the explanation about how unfair they treat CB's character, it's ridiculous that i dunno whether to laugh or cry...

@tikamicizia those people in that drama must be the army like in the movie 300, they must be the legion who save the country that they are recieving love from Chilbong..thanks writer and PD you makes me hate all the characters in SCB

PD nim, you really have a weird taste of giving explanation... I really can't accept your explanation about the ending... Like at the first you made Chilbong's first love is so beautiful and memorable, but in the end you broke that concept into a joke... Seems your words and your acts are different too... You said you didn't want have an open ending, but then you said what happen after is up to the imagination of the viewer...

Okey...now I really think I'm stupid. Or blind.I just don't get it.Didn't we all saw a drama where the girl loves in a obsessively way the same guy  from her 20's till her 40's and more? Oh yeah we left our Plot Device's sad life to be imagined by the viewer because we gave other characters enough screentime to play poker with it, but we couldn't even bother showing how he got over his first love and found another one. We're so cool, and LIFE IS LIKE VARIETY (whatever that means lulz).
