On the April 12 episode of KBS2’s “Superman Returns,” Song Il Gook teaches his triplets how to brush their teeth. He lends the lyrics from EXID’s hit “Up & Down,” and tells his boys, “Up and down, up and down, is how you move the toothbrush. Do not swallow the toothpaste.”





At this point, Man Se says “up and down” in time with the rhythm of EXID’s popular track, and Song Il Gook, basking in all of the cuteness, sings along with his triplets.

I love the triplets to pieces but I am nervous that they have been doing so many CFs, yes they are popular but is it healthy for them? Filming a 30 seconds CFs could take daysss... the poor boyssss

i don't think it's a problem Their mother wouldn't let them doing this if the filming took more than they can take.anyhow, if you watch the bts, they're not acting..they're just playing around.so while they're playng around, the film taking.it's just like a playground for them...i just worry about the after effect of the popularity...but i think SIK already prepare that once the boys knew they're on tv, they would quit from the show.at this moment they thought they're just having a regular dino ahjussi at home.

So proud of Minguk.
He was afraid of animals before (even flies!) and now he even experienced having an albino snake wrapped around his neck!
That's like going from 0 to 10!!! =D> =D>
And this "ohmygat" moment is the best. )



I had a good laugh when the twins had the dance battle and the bang! battle. )
They seriously are so fun. Big contribution from their dad, definitely.
