Choi Siwon And Kang Sora Are As Different As Night And Day In New Drama Stills

After revealing a video teaser and official posters, tvN has now released the first stills for the upcoming drama “Revolutionary Love” starring Super Junior member Choi Siwon and actress Kang Sora.

tvN’s “Revolutionary Love” revolves around an unemployed third-generation chaebol with zero life survival skills named Byun Hyuk (Choi Siwon), an overly qualified part-time job worker named Baek Joon (Kang Sora), and an elite who dreams of becoming a chaebol named Kwon Jae Hoon (Gong Myung). The drama will tell the funny yet sad story of the youth who want to change the world they live in.

In the stills, Byun Hyuk (Choi Siwon) causes laughter with his funny clothes and by sticking close to Baek Joon (Kang Sora)’s side in fear that she may desert him. The actress is the definition of a “girl crush” with her chic appearance and ability to control him with a single hand movement.

The photos depict a scene where Byun Hyuk gets kicked out of his house for causing trouble. With Baek Joon’s help, he buys some new clothes at a market.

Choi Siwon’s character Byun Hyuk lives every day like there is no tomorrow, without any goals or helpful skills. He’s also a hopeless romantic who randomly recites poetry and sometimes incites anger from others around him with his super positive attitude. Unlike other third-generation chaebol characters from previous dramas, he has an innocence that adds to the anticipation for the comedic romance between the two contrasting leads.

A source from the drama said, “Byun Hyuk and Baek Joon are innovative characters who break stereotypes. Choi Siwon and Kang Sora cause nonstop laughter on set with their amazing acting and synergy,” and asked viewers to look forward to the refreshing comedy that is “Revolutionary Love.”

“Revolutionary Love” will premiere on October 14 at 9 p.m. KST.
