Old Soompi Shop accounts deleted?

Tried to log in but it always say "Your username is not on our database stuff stuff blah blah blah..." WHAT IS THIS? I ordered an album (SuJu's 6thJIB) last July 7, 2012. But it still hasn't been shipped! It arrived here in my country last July 27, 2012 but still not shipped to my house. Our post office usually sends a paper/notice to claim but it has not sent me one. I emailed the post office about it and they were asking for my tracking number. AND THEN, when I tried logging in to Soompi Shop, It didn't work! I'm sure I know my password because I saved it. Now I don't know if I can still have my album! It's worth $24 USD and also, it was my first time ordering online. This is sad. Really really sad. Please help me get back my old account and my tracking number. Thanks.
