Choi Ji Woo joins Grandpas Over Flowers S4 as a Surprise Guest

Porter / guide Lee Seo Jin and 4 halbaes Lee Soon Jae, Shin Goo, Park Geun Hyung & Baek Il Seob gathered at Incheon International Airport last night to fly to their next destination for the fourth season of popular tvN travelling variety show Grandpas Over Flowers. They’re going to Greece for 10 days 9 nights.

Choi Ji Woo made a surprise appearance!

Everyone couldn’t take their eyes off their beautiful surprise guest / guide Choi Ji Woo. 

Grandpas Over Flowers is Choi Ji Woo’s third time guesting in PD Na’s variety show, she first made her appearance in 1n2d actresses special. Last year she guested in Three Meals a Day which earned her lots of praises from Lee Seo Jin who found another neat freak like him. He proudly chose her as the best Three Meals a Day guest.

It’s going to be very entertaining to see Lee Seo Jin and Choi Ji Woo guiding the four halbaes together. One thing for sure, she’s a great cook! I’m wondering if she brought hand-made kimchi like the one she made in Three Meals a Day.

Probably because they had a hard time adjusting the schedules, the only available time is during Lunar New Year’s holiday week. They won’t be celebrating Lunar New Year with their family this year. Have a great trip, everyone!

Grandpas Over Flowers in Greece is scheduled to be aired after Three Meals a Day Fishing Village wraps up next month.

Choi Ji Woo joins ‘Grandpas over Flower’… Meets Lee Seo Jin again

Actress Choi Ji-Woo of ‘Grandpas over Flower’ is appearing on as assisting porter.
On tvN announced that Lee Son-Jae, Shin Gu, Park Geun-Hyeong, Baek Il-Seop, the carrier Lee Seo-Jin and the producing crew left for ‘Grandpas over Flower’ in Greece adding that Choi Ji-Woo joined as a new member.
According to tvN, Choi Ji-Woo will be together through the whole schedule as an assisting porter.The production crew of ‘Grandpas over Flower - Greece’ said about casting Choi Ji-Woo, “When she appeared on ‘3 Meals’, it was good seeing her doing well with Lee Soon-Jae and Lee Seo-Jin, so the production crew asked her. And she agreed to be in our team. Lee Seo-Jin has been a quiet son and the best porter, and Choi Ji-Woo is expected to be a charming daughter.”
‘Grandpas over Flower’ production crews will come back on February 25 after schedule of 10 days.

Choi Ji-woo joins ‘grandpas’ on tvN show
Actress Choi Ji-woo will star in the next edition of the tvN reality show “Grandpas over Flowers,” alongside Lee Seo-jin. 
The show, produced by Na Young-seok, revolves around four elderly actors -- Lee Soon-jae, Shin Goo, Park Geun-hyung and Baek Il-seob -- as they travel overseas with the help of Lee.

The show will be shot in Greece, and the cast is set to return to Korea on Feb. 25. The show will be aired in March. 

While Choi has concentrated on dramas and films for most of her career, this will not be her first appearance on a variety show produced by Na. 
Her first encounter with Na was on KBS’ “2 Days and 1 Night” in 2011. She then appeared in tvN’s “Three Meals a Day,” which is also produced by the former KBS producer.

“On ‘Three Meals a Day,’ (Choi) and Lee Soon-jae created a good atmosphere, and she worked well with Lee Seo-jin,” a member of the production staff was quoted as saying by the local media. 

The official was also quoted as saying that Choi quickly confirmed that she would join the latest edition of the cable television show. 
“Unlike Lee, who has played the part of a quiet son, Choi will serve as the charming daughter (of the elderly actors).”

Actress Choi Ji Woo surprised the “Grandpas Over Flowers” cast by hopping on the plane with them as the crew traveled to Greece.
On February 15, actors Lee Soon Jae, Shin Gu, Park Geun Hyung, Baek Il Sub, Lee Seo Jin, and Choi Ji Woo left for Greece. The four grandpas and luggage boy Lee Seo Jin have taken three other trips together, in 2013 and 2014. For this trip to Greece, Choi Ji Woo joins the group as an assistant porter or ‘luggage girl.’
A staffer shared how Choi Ji Woo came to join the show, saying, “When she appeared on ‘Three Meals a Day,’ she seemed to get along well with both Lee Soon Jae and Lee Seo Jin so we urged her to appear.” The staff member also shared what viewers can expect to see, stating, “Lee Seo Jin played the role of a blunt son but Choi Ji Woo will play the role of a daughter with a lot of aegyo.”
The Greece edition of “Grandpas Over Flowers” is expected to air in March.

This is kind of perfect: Choi Ji-woo (Temptation, Suspicious Housekeeper) pulled off a surprise (thanks to — who else? — Na PD) when she arrived at the airport to join the unsuspecting cast in the latest installment of the globetrotting-halbaes variety show Grandpas Over Flowers. Returning for this latest edition were all of the original cast members, who are grandpas Lee Soon-jae, Shin Gu, Park Geun-hyung, and Baek Il-sub, led by their resident luggage boy/tour guide/cook/Seo Genie/Seo Genius Lee Seo-jin.
Lee Seo-jin confirmed that Na PD hadn’t breathed a word of her participation to them, and they only realized it when she showed up at the airport on February 15 for their departure flight to Greece (plans were changed after the show initially announced heading to Jordan). Choi Ji-woo is well on her way to being a full-fledged member of Na PD’s family; she’s been a guest on a couple of his programs, first with the Actress Special on 1 Night, 2 Days and then more recently on the farmhouse edition of Three Meals a Day.

Actress Choi Ji-Woo, who joined ‘Grandpas over Flower’ as the porter showed a fine airport fashion.
Choi Ji-Woo went on the trip to Greece with Lee Soon-Jae, Shin Gu, Park Geun-Hyeong, Baek Il-Seop and porter Lee Seo-Jin. Choi Ji-Woo appeared without a notice to amaze everyone.
Choi Ji-Woo wore a comfortable jumper and grey skinny jeans to complete airport fashion. She added freshness with navy colored knit hat and high top sneakers. Choi Ji-Woo showed off her beauty even though she will be 40 years old, she shines in such simple fashion.
The people of ‘Grandpas over Flower’ including Choi Ji-Woo will come back on February 25.

Grandpas en route to Greece

A team from the popular reality TV show “Grandpas Over Flowers” left for Greece on Monday. The team initially planned to travel to Jordan, but the production team changed the destination at the last minute because of safety issues. 
Early Monday morning, four actors in their 70s - Lee Soon-jae, Shin Goo, Park Geun-hyung and Baek Il-seob - showed up at Incheon International Airport with actor Lee Seo-jin and actress Choi Ji-woo. 
The hit reality TV show features actors in their 70s who go on excursions. Lee Seo-jin has played the role of a tour guide since the show’s first season in 2013. Choi joined the team for the new season. 
“She will follow the grandfathers from the beginning through the end of their stays in Greece,” said an official from the production team of the show. 
Choi previously appeared in one episode of another popular reality TV show “Three Meals a Day,” in which some of the seniors showed up as guests. That episode earned high ratings. “Three Meals a Day” is also produced by Na Young-seok, who takes the helm of “Grandpas Over Flowers” series, and the show’s host is Lee Seo-jin. 
The fourth season of “Grandpas Over Flowers” set in a Mediterranean country will broadcast in March.

Crews of "Grandpas over Flowers" Season 3 / Yonhap
The veteran cast of "Grandpas over Flowers" left for Greece on Sunday to film the show's third season, with actress Choi Ji-woo joining them.
The actors are Baek Il-seob, 72, Shin Goo, 80, Lee Soon-jae 81, Park Geun-hyung, 76, and "baby" Lee, 44, Seo-jin, who helps the four veterans.
Producers of the cable network tvN show say Choi will add some feminine charm.
Filming in Greece will last 10 days.

Choi Ji-woo joins Lee Seo-jin in reality show, 'Grandpas over flowers'

Choi Ji-woo has joined in the tvN's travel reality show, 'Grandpas over Flowers', which made the four grandpas and Lee Seo-jin wear a big smile on their faces.
On February 15th, Choi Ji-woo came to the designated spot where all the cast members promised to meet before they departure to Greece. She is the only female member of the show.
When Choi Ji-woo made her appearance, the cast members were full of smile. The vibe was incomparably warm and friendly to the time when there was only Lee Seo-jin as a luggage attendant.
The production team said, "When she appeared in 'Three Meals a Day', she got along with Lee Soon-jae very well and also showed a good chemistry with Lee Seo-jin. This is how she became to join them on this trip".
Choi Ji-woo, who has joined as an 'Assistant luggage attendant' in the show, will come back to Korea on February 25th after she has completed the journey for ten days.

   For me right now more on LSJ..well we as her fans will support no matter who she chooses as her life partner.. the most important is that she found someone that really love her and can make her happy for the rest of her life..hopefully the time that CJW and LSJ spent together at Greece wiil come out with some good news for us..who knows
